CHAPTER 9: THANK YOU

Jisung entered his apartment and took off his shoes "I'm home!" he yelled out and walked towards the kitchen, putting on the counter two bags "And I brought food"
There was silence filling the whole place, something Jisung found very weird since everytime he would return from work the two hybrids would run up to him with a hug and a welcome back. But this time he was met with none of that.
"Minho, Felix?!" he called them out but still no answer.. "Did they leave?" he mumbled to himself with a small frown "They wouldn't leave, right?" walking to his room he saw his door was closed and when he tried to open it he noticed it was locked, "Did you seriously lock me out of my own room?" he pinched the bridge of his nose when he heard muffled giggling which he figured it was Felix's because he heard Minho's voice telling him to shut up.
"Why won't you let me in?" Han leaned his ear on the door, listening to their footsteps "Oh god, please don't tell me you broke something" he placed his hands on his cheeks worried that they had indeed done something not good. But even if they did, he wouldn't kick them out or anything. He wasn't that type of person.
He sighed and as he turned around and was about to walk back to the living room he heard the door unlock. The boy raised an eyebrow as he pushed the door open, his eyes widening the moment he saw the countless papers on his walls. They were all drawings. Drawings of the sun, rainbows and happy stuff.
But what hit Jisung the most was that one drawing of the three of them just above the headboard with Jisung's figure being in the middle. There was also something written with big letters,
'Our savior!'
Minho and Felix had big smiles on their faces while they yelled "Surprise!" and threw their hands in the air. Felix went behind him and pushed Jisung into the room before standing next to his brother again. The two waited and waited for Jisung's reaction but the latter only looked at the drawings.
"H-Hyung, I don't think he likes it" Felix whispered at Minho whose smile had dropped after seeing no reaction from him. The older shushed him before sighing "Seems like we have to get them down, come on Lix" he waved his hand at his brother as he reached up to one of the drawings until Jisung's voice stopped him.
"Don't."
Minho and Felix turned their heads towards Jisung and watched as he picked up the drawing of them together. The two brothers thought Jisung was going to tear it apart because he was taking a good look at it without saying a word. However, their eyebrows raised in surprise when Jisung spoke up "Thank you guys"
Felix pointed at Minho and himself "You- You thank us? But we did this to thank you" Minho nodded, agreeing with his little brother's words. Then he tilted his head, his ears falling flat on his head "Are you crying?" he took a step closer to the other boy when he turned his back towards them but they could still see his hand movements. And it looked like he was wiping tears, "No, just- something in my eye"
"Yeah. Tears" Felix said before receiving a glare from Minho "What? If they're happy tears then what's wrong with that?" the blond shrugged but he did have a point.
Jisung laughed slightly after hearing that so he turned around to face them again "Okay, you caught me they are tears" he admitted and Minho quickly got closer to wipe them away with a frown "Are they sad or happy tears?" he asked to which Jisung replied with "Happy"
Minho's frown turned upside down and he nodded "Good" he rested his soft hands on Jisung's cheeks for a few seconds while they maintained eye contact. 'That stupid feeling again..' he mentally sighed, disappointed when Minho pulled his hands away.
Felix were eyeing them suspiciously as he had narrowed his eyes at them "Really? Right in front of me?" he remarked which confused the other two "If you want to kiss my brother at least don't do it in front of me-"
"Felix!"
Both yelled at the same time, suddenly feeling shy at their actions. Felix exited the room with the excuse he wanted to use the bathroom but the other two hadn't notice that he also took the key of the bedroom. That was until they heard him locking the door, "Hey!" Minho ran to the door and tried to open it before it was completely locked but it was too late.
"Have fun Minnie, thank me later"
