Jeong-wu was spending a rainy afternoon in his dorm, trying to decide on the best art style for Minato's portrait. Each version was so different, and he had no idea which one he'd prefer.
His roommates came thundering in while he worked.
"You're still here? You've been working on this boy's picture for weeks," Nico said with a raised brow.
Baljeet chuckled. "You're obsessed, brother."
He turned around in his chair to talk to them. "Maybe. But did you know he speaks four languages, is learning four instruments besides vocal, an-"
"And you're going to adopt four kids with him?" Nico smirked.
Jeong-wu made a face and took a wadded up piece of paper to throw at him.
He laughed as it his his shoulder. "Okay, okay, we get it. You really like this guy, not just for his pretty face."
"Of course," he smiled. "He's wonderful."
Baljeet shook his head. "How many pictures of him are you going to do? Your bulletin board is half covered in tiny sketches. It's a little weird."
He rolled his eyes. "I'm just trying to get the perfect style for his portrait. I want to give him the best one."
Seeing his paintings tucked behind his desk, Nico nodded to them. "And what about the others? I mean, you're really talented, highness. You should enter one of them into a competition. The village has one every year, right?"
Jeong-wu glanced over at them. "I guess I could. I don't know how the prince would feel about it though, given that it's his face."
Nico shrugged. "It's art. No one would know it's him except his friends."
The prince bit his lip. He still felt so badly that Minato was struggling to find a new group of friends. Putting down his pencil, he stood. "Yeah. I'm uh, going to go take a break. See you guys later."
"Oh, okay." As he walked out the door, Baljeet added, "Say hi to him for us!"
