Catherine Rogers found it hard to reject her best friend's brother, who was set on winning her over. He embodied everything she hated in a man, pushy, shallow, and selfish. But, Taylor and her had been friends for over 10 years, and Catherine's constant rejection of him, was putting a strain on their long term friendship.

Moreover, Catherine's heart was already fluttering for someone else: the endearing stranger she meets on the bus. He was kind, patient, and charming. She didn't even know his name, yet there was just something about him that made her swoon.

When this mysterious stranger disappeared, she was left with an aching heart, and nothing more than sweet memories of a man who made her smile every time they met.

She feared she would never see him again. Until one day, the most unexpected thing happened.
