Lily's POV~
Another school meeting. Yay.
"Given recent events, a few students have expressed concern that I am not allowing you to have a say in the decisions of your future. And I agree. If you are expected to abide by the school's policies it's only fair that you have a voice in how those rules are made." Josie, Lizzie and I high five. I wasn't present for the talk, but I did ask Josie to talk about offensive magic during said talk, which she did. "So I am forming an honor council. One vampire, one witch, and one werewolf, each elected by their school peers. All along with our school counselor Emma, who's vote will represent the younger students. Now I have to go off-campus, in the meantime, I expect you to make good decisions, and to vote wisely."
Once dad finishes his speech, I walk up to him. "Ugh, dad. Dad." "Yes sweety what is it?" he asks turning to me. "I want a seat on the honor council. I'm the only vampire witch hybrid so technically there's no one to truly represent me, but me." he pauses to think. "Okay. You have a seat. Now get to class, I love you." he kisses my forehead then leaves.

"I'm not worried about losing the election, I'm worried about my outfit for the victory party. The outfit makes the speech. How do I look?" Lizzie asks magically changing the color of her outfit in the mirror. "And may the odds be ever in your favor, dear sister," I say leaning with a perfect British accent whilst leaning on the door frame. Making both Josie and Lizzie jump because they didn't see me.
Lizzie scoffed at my comment and changed the color of her outfit from pink back to blue. Laying on her bed looking at her I take the pencil Josie had and wave it like a wand. "Make it blue. No, make it pink. Blue! Pink!" And Josie laughs at my movie reference while Lizzie looks at me like I'm crazy and I simply smile, "Sleeping Beauty anyone?"
"Maybe you should wear something that makes you look like you'll take the job seriously Liz, because you look like you're from the hunger games, and Vice all in one." I say and she glares me, I raise my hands in defense. "That is why I am perfect for the job. I am a tastemaker, an influencer. People don't really know what they want until I tell them. They need me." Lizzie says looking Josie. "Lily, you're voting for me obvs right?" Lizzie turns to me. I smile and stand, touching her shoulder "Liz, you know I would, but I don't have a which vote. I'm not all witch, and I'm not all vampire either, I'm a hybrid. So I have my own seat on the council." I hug her and walk out, passing Rafael.

"Okay Jake, so if the velocity is 7.5 and the acceleration is 9.5, and the equation is acceleration equals velocity over time, then what would the time be?" I asked Jake, he's one of the kids I tutor for advanced physics. "1.26666667?" he asks looking at his calculator. "good! That's right, but we only go to the fourth number after the decimal, so when you round it, it would be?" "1.2667" "Yes. Great job Jake, you can pack up for the day, see you next Tuesday." I pack my things and go to leave the library when Rafael stops me.
"Ugh, hey, Lily. Can I talk to you?" "You can follow me and I will listen to whatever it is you're asking me. I can't promise the response you want." I say walking past him and towards my room, he follows. "Well, I couldn't help but overhear you say that you have a seat at the honor council-" "Close the door," I say walking into my room and setting my things down, then walking to my walk-in closet. "Yes, I have a seat in the honor council I'm the only witch vampire hybrid, what's your point?" I ask and Rafael just stands in my room while I change, he can't see me but I think he feels a bit awkward.
"Well, I was wondering, the honor council gets to decide if Landon can stay a-" "And you want to ask me to vote yes." I say walking out, no longer in my uniform. "Yeah, I already got MG's vote, and Lizzie's, Emma won't say how she's voting and Jed said no." Rafael plays with his hands. "So I'm the deciding factor. Look I'll think about it. But I'm not biased. I will do what is best for the school, not one person." and then I walk out of my room. "Close the door when you leave!" I yell behind me.

The honor council votes are in. "Alright. Voting is now closed. Lily, seeing as you have your own seat, want to do the honors?" Standing, there's a round of applause, and I walk to the ballot box. It shoots out one of the results, and I catch it. "The werewolf representative will be... Rafael." a round of applause from the wolves goes out, guess he's the new alpha. Soon another result comes out and I catch it. "The vampire representative will be... Kaleb." I look to the vamps, and MG, who was standing, sits back down disappointed. That wasn't the worst one. This one, this one was. When the witch result came in I froze for a second, but no one noticed. "The witch representative will be... Josie."
Lizzie freezes, so does Josie, then I look behind them and see Penelope smirking. She ran against Lizzie, but not for herself, for Josie.
Later... I was looking for Hope, I was curious if she was getting her own seat at the council as well, but when I was looking, I found something I didn't expect but wasn't surprised by. "Oh my god, Landon! Hey, hey Landon, can you hear me? Shit!" I pick up a bleeding, unconscious Landon and vamp speed him to the nurse.

We got him cleaned up, and then I took him to his room, then Rafael and Hope came in. "I was looking for Hope, and found him outside, covered in blood. He says it was Jed."
"I'm gonna tear Jed apart." Rafael said getting angry. "No, you're really not." Hope said looking at him, causing him to turn around and stalk towards her. "He's gonna pay for what he did. He could have killed him." he was getting to close for my liking so pushed him back a few steps. "You want to do something for your friend? Go to the herb garden and get us some Hazelwood root." I say and he walks out. Hope goes and sits on one side of Landon's bed, while I sit on the other.
"Whats Hazelwood root do?" Landon asks and Hope and I laugh. "Makes him cool off before he realizes that she made it up." Hope says with a smile. "Raf's had a... Ruf couple of weeks." "Look who talking," Hope says in a whisper. "I'm sorry this happened to you. Jed's one of those rare cases where his bite is worse than his bark."
I look at Landon, "Landon, you're not safe here. I know how badly you want to stay, but this school is full of people like Jed. Some of us are nicer and have more control, but we are all capable of doing what he did. Do you honestly think that you're safe here?" I say and he looks at Hope and me. "Yes, I do." "You should rest." Hope responds and we leave. When we walk out the door, Hope pulls out the truth orb. It's glowing red. He lied. We sigh and walk away.

Walking into the meeting, Hope says "Sorry we're late." "Hold up. Who voted for them?" Kaleb asks looking at us as we take out seats. "We ran unopposed. Seeing as we're the only ones of our kind." I retort back.
Emma said a spell and made a scale rise in the air. "We're here to discuss if Landon should be allowed to stay at the school. My vote, as for those of the lower school, is to err on the side of inclusion. We exist to help kids like him." Emma places her judgment stone on the side of the scale that says yes to Landon staying. "Which is what I'm going to go do now. I have a search party out looking for Jed. As you've all seen, violence leads to more violence. If you'll excuse me." and Emma leaves.
"Alright, who wants to start?" Kaleb asks and Hope speaks up. "Landon has to go." "Never thought I'd be saying this but... Hope's right. Humans never make a place for us in their world. We start letting them in, it's only a matter of time, before they take this place from us too. Landon goes." Kaleb takes a voting tile, and puts it in the no side, evening out the scale.
"Landon is my brother. He's the only reason I'm alive. He can't go back to his human life knowing that magic and dragons exist. We took his whole crappy life from him. Be awful selfish of us not to give him one to replace it." Rafael takes his voting tile and places it. "That's two-one" the scale goes back down.
"It doesn't matter how much we want him, or don't want him to stay. Look what one mad wolf did to him. Earlier, Lily and I asked him if he felt safe here. He said yes, but he lied. This place is dangerous for him. And even he knows it." Hope said, causing Rafael to speak. "I will protect him" "Oh yeah? Then where were you an hour ago when I found Landon bleeding in the yard?" I ask looking at him. "If Landon stays, his safety is on all of us. Are we all honesty prepared to take on such a big responsibility?" I ask, and Hope puts her voting tile on the no side. Evening the scale again. "Looks like it's on the sisters. Josie? Lily?" Kaleb says and everyone looks at us.
"Lily?" I sigh. "Since the moment that I have met Landon, I have almost died twice. My sisters and my father have almost died. The younger students here who can't protect themselves were almost killed. I told you, Raf, it doesn't matter who your friends are, or what you want. What matters, is the safety of our school and everyone in it. Landon isn't safe here. And none of us are safe with him around either." Picking up a voting tile, I place it on the no side. "Landon leaves."
"Lily is right. My sisters, my father, and I have almost died. This school isn't just a school it's a family. And we don't know what Landon is so we can't know if he is a threat or not. And I am not putting my family in danger again." Josie places her tiles on the no side as well. And the vote is final. Landon goes.
Rafael flips his chair. "Raf. Calm down!" I yell and Kaleb stands up in case Raf does something stupid. Then I leave. Not caring about his wolf fit.
Hope's POV~
It sucks that Landon is leaving. But it's what's best for everyone. "Thanks for walking me. Had to go before Rafael tried to follow me again." Landon says as we reach the bus stop. "We didn't take the cote lightly it was close." I said trying to make him feel better. "Yeah, I don't really need to hear about that I'm in enough pain as it is." He says sitting down.
"I voted no." "Yeah didn't need to know that. Why exactly?" he asked me. "Remember when you asked me to make sure that Raf didn't follow you? It's cause you cared. That's why I said no. This place isn't safe for you." "Is that your way of admitting you care about me?" he asked smiling. I smile back. "Maybe I'm a little biased." I get up and hand him a bus ticket to New Orleans. "I have a friend there who will help you find your mom."
"Thank you, Hope." Landon looks up, and he leans in, trying to kiss me. But I pull away, "uhm" he pulls back too. "Great. Now I'm even more embarrassed to look like this." "Landon, it's not you it's just-" "That you like someone else. You know when we were talking earlier, you said that when you let your guard down people disappoint you. In my time here I think I have found the one person that doesn't do that to you." he says looking at me. I shake my head "Landon I-" I go to speak but he interrupts me again. "You should tell Lily. About how you feel about her. I'm sure she feels the same way."
Before I could say anything else, the bus came. "Landon, take this. It's like a magic compass, if you're in trouble press this button, and it will lead me to you." I say putting on the bracelet. I go to walk away, when my bracelet lights up. I turn around and laugh. "I wanted to know if it worked." I smile, "Bye Landon." "Goodbye Hope Mikaelson." and then he gets on the bus, and I head back to school.
When I get back to school, I decided to see what Lily was up to. When I get to her room, I knock and she doesn't answer, so I open the door. When I walk in, I smile. She's sitting at her window, her glasses are on, so her eyes must have been strained, and she is sleeping. Going to her, I take the book and set down, take off her glasses, and carry her to bed, tucking her in. She cuddles into her blankets which makes me smile. I kiss her on the cheek, turn on the stain glass butterfly nightlight she has next to her bed, she's scared of the dark, and turn off the rest of the lights.
Walking back to my room, I sit by my window and look out at the moon before going to bed.

Third Person POV~
Alaric is on the phone with Caroline trying to figure out how to tell the girls that their mother isn't going to be there on their birthday. When two people who were supposed to be dead showed up. "I've gotta call you back Caroline. DORIAN!" Alaric hangs up the phone and points a crossbow at them.
"Woah! Ric if you put the crossbow down, my freak out level is at about 11 right now." Jo said while the other just stood there and before he could say anything Dorian came in. "Woah, Ric, calm down. You know these people?" Dorian asked, not seeing their faces. "I know who they're supposed to be. The love of my life and-" Dorian finally saw the face of the man. "You're s-" the man interrupted him. "Yeah, I am. I was kind of yanked awake, and then I was here." Jo nodded, it was the same for her.
"You thinking what I'm thinking?" Dorian asks and Alaric raises his crossbow more. "Yeah, shoot them both and prepare for the next monster attack" "I was thinking more along the lines of interrogation." Dorian said and Alaric puts the crossbow down. "Fine, but nobody sees them. Especially today."

Elsewhere, the twins are getting ready, talking about how good of a birthday it will be, when Penelope walks to their open door. "Happy birthday witches" holding two cupcakes with candles. "Oh look, it's Satan in a crop top. Come to burn my world down?" Lizzie glares at her...

Meanwhile, Hope is talking to Emma. "I think I have feelings for someone. I never really thought about them that way until someone mentioned it and now that I noticed it, I can help but admire how blue their eyes are, and sometimes they're like this beautiful turquoise color, and their laugh just makes me happy, especially when I caused it and oh my god what's wrong with me." Emma laughs, "You're being a normal teenager, having a crush isn't a bad thing. But it doesn't seem like you need a counselor, you need a friend." Emma said getting up and Hope groaned. "That's the problem. My crush is my friend." "You like Lily? I have to say I think you two will make a lovely couple." Emma says smiling. "You think?" Hope asks smiling as well. "Hope, go see Lily. Tell her how you feel, maybe not today. But today would be a good chance, it is her birthday after all." "CRAP! I'm late!" Hope yells and runs out of the room.
Lily's POV~
Waking up, I see I'm in bed. How did I get here? Last thing I remember I was reading by my window. My thoughts are interrupted when my door opens, and Hope walks in with a tray of food. When she sees I'm still in bed she sighs. "Thank god, I thought you would have been up by now and it would have ruined your surprise. So, surprise, I brought you your favorite breakfast in bed, but a banana nut muffin on the side with a candle." she said lighting the candle on the muffin sitting down on my bed with me. "Make a wish Lillian" I close my eyes and make a wish I wish I find true love then I blow out the candle.
I open my eyes and smile at her, "You brought me French toast, bacon, AND a banana nut muffin?! I could kiss you right now. I love it, thank you." I say hugging her. "Alright, eat, get dressed, I have to talk to someone but I will come find you later." Hope says and she leaves.
Once I eat I'm getting dressed, I chose to wear white ripped skinny jeans, a light blue and white striped crop top, and light blue and white checkered vans with natural-colored make-up. As I finish, the twins burst into my room. "Lily! Let's go! We're interrogating dad to find out why mom isn't coming home for our birthday." Lizzie yells standing at the door. "Moms not coming home? How do you know?" I ask following them. "Because Satan told us just to ruin our sweet 16." Lizzie says with hatred.
When we get to his office, the door is locked. "Uh, dad? Why is your door locked?" Lizzie asks trying to open the door. "And when we're you going to tell us that mom wasn't coming back?" Josie and I say at the same time. "I-i was about to, there's a strike at the airport in Mozambique." "She couldn't compel a pilot and hop on a private jet?" I ask. "Look, she will explain later, right now I need to to go because I am wrapping your presents" Looking between Lizzie and Josie, none of us believed him. I listen into the room. "Then why do I hear three heartbeats?" I say. Putting our hands to the door and siphoning magic we open the door.
When the door opens, I look past dad and freeze. He's supposed to be dead. Josie and Lizzie don't notice him. They focus on the lady. "Whos this trollop?" "Oh my god."
"Girls, I need you to leave right now." Dad tries to get us to leave, but I still don't move, and the lady asks a question "I'm sorry, how old are you?" "16" we all say. "Today actually, it's our birthday," Lizzie says while I say to the man in the room "You're dead." "You're twins? Triplets?" "What are we interrupting here daddy?" Lizzie asks "Lizzie, Lizzie it's her," Josie says grabbing a picture, "holly crap, you're bio mom"
Jo apparently looks between the three of us, "But, we only had twins, and I wasn't even showing at our wedding" "Your freaky ancestors magically implanted them into Caroline when you died, and their magic made Caroline and Stefan's baby be born too." Dad says and I just look at the man in the room before speaking so everyone could hear me.
"You're dead. I went to your funeral." I shook my head and let tears fall before speeding out of the room. Not before hearing his voice yell "Lily!" "Uncle Stefan?" Lizzie and Josie said at the same time. Then I was out of earshot.

When I found Hope, she was talking with Rafael, I wasn't near the room yet because I was walking, but I could hear what they were saying. "I'm just saying, it's one thing to be cool with being alone. And it's another to want to be the lonely girl on purpose." "As opposed to Mr. Good Guy, who's taking a girl that you don't even like to her own party?" Hope says and I take this as my opportunity to walk in. "Hope," I say and she looks at me, her expression softens and then turns one of concern when she sees that I'm crying. She quickly walks out if the room and to me, "Hey, hey what's wrong? Why are you crying?" she wipes away a few tears, but more just come to replace them.
I can't think of how to say it, so I vamp speed us back to the office. It's locked, so I siphon the spell and walk in, pulling her in as well since I'm holding her hand. "My a- my dad is here," I say and point to him. "Oh my god. Wh-how?" she asks looking at me and I just shrug. "uh, excuse us for one second." Hope says and she pulls me back to the hallway. "What do you think I should do?" I ask crossing my arms. She takes a second to think before responding. "Well, if they were here to hurt us they probably would have done it already and Ric would have killed them. So talk to him. I know I would want to speak to my dad if he magically popped up." Nodding, I hug her. "I'll see you at the party, Lil." and she walks away.
Walking back in, dad stands up. "Lily? God look at how big you've gotte-oof" he can't finish his sentence because I vamp speed to him, hugging him as if my life depended on it. "ugh, Lily, can't breathe." I pull away "Oh god I'm sorry!" I say and he can't shakes his head before hugging me again. "Jo, this is my daughter Lily, Lillian. Thanks to your crazy coven, your daughters transferred some of their magic to her and allowed her to be born. She a living vampire, and a siphoner witch like the twins."
After a few minutes, I look at the clock. "I have to get ready for the party... Do you maybe want to come, dad?" he smiles "I'd love to. Go get ready, I'll be here." I shake my head, "No, you're coming with me. I'm taking this opportunity and I'm not going to waste it but not being near you." As I say that, Josie walks in, I guess having the same idea with Jo. "Do you know how to braid?" she asks and Jo smiles.
Walking into my room, my dad looks around. "I see you've changed the color." I laugh, "I wasn't into pink very long dad. The light grey is peaceful but still helps the light come in during the day." I say walking into the closet changing while he looks around. Walking out, I'm in a black off the shoulder floor length dress that has a slit on the right thigh. Dad picks a photo of Hope and I with her mom from a few years ago. "That's Hailey Marshall. Who's this girl? I saw you with her earlier too." he asks looking at me, "You look lovely Estrella" I smile and look down, he was the only one who called me by my middle name. "Thanks, daddy. That's Hope. Hope Mikaelson, she's Hailey and Klaus's daughter. And my best friend."
He raises his eyebrows "Your best friends is the daughter of Klaus Mikaelson?" I roll my eyes. "Not everyone turns into their parents. Though Hope is a lot like her mom." "So are you. Except for your hair and your eyes. Those are from me." he says smiling, making me smile. "I don't know, I think I'm more blonde than you are daddy." I retort making us laugh.

After about an hour of me getting ready and just talking with my dad, we meet up with Josie and Jo and we decide to take a picture. After, while walking to the party, my dad asks a question that makes me blush "So, what does Klaus think of you dating his daughter?" "Uhum, well, first of all, Klaus is dead, so is Hailey, it's a long story, but they died protecting Hope. And secondly, we're not dating." Josie just rolled her eyes, "For now. I see the way you two look at each other, you're not going to stay just friends."
"Oooh is that so. Well, in that case, I think I should give her the 'if you hurt my daughter I'll hurt you' speech." he says and Jo laughs, "Stefan you will not embarrass our children on their birthday."
Then, they both faint, Josie and I scream at the same time "daddy!" "Joe!"

Third Person~
Stefan and Jo ran towards Alaric. "How did you guys get out?" "Lily and Josie wanted us to to the party. So Lily siphoned the spell. Alaric I know it was stupid but I wanted to be near my daughter on her sweet 16." Stefan explained. "Look just tell me what happened." Alaric said looking at the two. "I don't know, we were with them one minute and then we don't know. Ric we lost time. We have done something to them but I don't know I just-" Jo said and then both of them blacked out again. "There's a knife in your possession that'll buy you the answer," A demonic voice said from Jo. "No need to rush. I'm sure your daughters have an hour before the run out of air." Possessed Stefan says and Alaric runs at him, pinning him to a tree.
"Where are they!" He yells and the possessed parents just smirk. "Dr. Saltzman. What's going on?" he turns to find Hope standing there. "Hope I need your help." he says looking back to the possessed parents.
Hope's POV~
God how could I be so stupid to leave Lily alone with Stefan! Walking past the old mill, Penelope sees me. "You gonna howl at the moon wearing that?" "Sorry, no time for your bitchy banter." I say and keep walking, then I stop. "Actually, I could some help finding Lily and Josie." "What happened?" Penelope asks walking towards me. "Apparently their possessed biological parents barried them alive in the cemetery." after I say that, Penelope and MG follow me.
"MG listen for their breathing." I say walking forward looking for risen up dirt. "Hold on, I hear something, shovel." he starts digging and a zombie pops up. Penelope takes an ax and tries to kill it. "That won't work!" MG yells and takes the shovel shoving it in its head then stands up. "To kill a walker you gotta go for the head. Everyone knows that." "Yeah, every nerd maybe. Just call it a zombie." I turn around because I hear something and say "Zombies. Plural." as a bunch of zombies pop out of the ground.
"Wooo! Two for two baby" MG says looking at a decapitated zombie. "Penelope and I can handle the rest just find Josie and Lily," I say and he vamp speeds away. "So how you wanna do this? Magic." I ask looking at the zombies. "I say we DIY it and pretend they're Lizzie Saltzman" swinging a shovel I nod. "Works for me."
After killing them, I break the shovel and stab another zombie in the head. "MG we're running out of time!" "Hope behind you!" he yells and I turn around and a zombie grabs me. "Penelope! Ax!" she throws it to me and I decapitate the zombie before turning to MG and yelling at him at the same time Penelope yells the same thing, "Damn it MG get up and find her!" "There's too much noise." "Then listen harder! Pretend you're at a beach or something! They're running out of air, Lily may be able to come back to life because she's half-vampire but Josie can't and I'm pretty sure neither of them wants to be dead!"
"I got them," he says and vamp speeds away, making Penelope and I run after him. MG starts digging up one of them when he turns to me and points to another spot where the dirt is needed up. "Hope! Lily's in there!" running to where he pointed I start digging and find a metal coffin. I hear banging on the other side, its making dents. Grabbing the edge of the coffin, I use my super strength and fling the coffin lid off and Lily shoots up breathing heavily, Josie's doing the same. And I just pull Lily into a hug, looking at Josie I see she's wearing the necklace I gave her. "The talisman. It worked." she looked at it, "What's it supposed to do?" "Make quiet things heard." I say and just hug Lily tighter, she's shaking.

Lily's showering, and I walk into Ric's office to tell them we found them. "She could have died because of me." I heard a woman say. "But they're both okay. They're showering." I say walking in seeing Alaric, Stefan and Jo sigh in relief. "It wasn't either of you. It's what takes over. I know that now." after Alaric said this, Stefan walks up to me. "Hope is it?" I nod my head. "Can I talk to you?" and he leads me out of the room.
"It's not safe for me to stay hear. So when Lily gets out of the shower, I'm going to have her siphon the magic that's keeping me here-" I stop him. "Wait wait, you're basically having your own daughter kill you... On her birthday... You seriously think that will help?!" He shakes his head. "She'll be fine, she has Alaric, and her sisters, and you. Which is why I'm telling you this..." he places a hand on my shoulder and looks me dead in the eyes "If you hurt my daughter, I will haunt you forever." this makes me shake my head in confusion "What?" "I see the way you look at her, and the way you talk about her. So don't hurt her. And be there for her when I'm gone." with that, he walks back in the office.
Lily's POV~
After I showered, there was a knock at my door. And my dad came in with a box. "What's that?" I asked and he sat on my bed next to me, handing it to me. "I uh- I had this made for you when I found out you were a girl. I hid it in a special spot in the house so no one would find it until your 16th birthday. Guess I hid it well, it was still there." He said and we both laughed. "Go on, open it." I open it, and it's a necklace with the Salvatore crest on it. "Turn it over," he says and I do. There's an engraving on the back You will always be my one and only star Estrella -With all my love, Dad I look up at him to see he has tears in his eyes.
I put it on and hug him. He hugs me like he's saying goodbye. "Lily..." he pauses and takes a shaky breath, "I need you to siphon the magic from me." pulling back I look at him and shake my head. "Lil, if I stay I could just you again. And I don't want that to happen." A tear slips his eye and he glances at the ceiling.
"The longer I'm here, the more I remember where I was. I'm not alone. My best friend, Lexi, and I used to watch you. And Damon. And your mom. But mostly you. And I am so proud of the woman you have grown up to be. So when I leave, that's where I'll be. Watching you, with Jo and everyone else. I won't be alone. I'll be happy." now we're both crying. "Daddy, please... don't make me do this... I just got you back." I say with tears running down my face.
He takes my hands and nods. "You have to. And after you do, I want you to tell Hope how you feel okay?" I nod and slowly start to siphon the magic, "I love you, Estrella." and then he vanishes. I break into sobs and the room shakes, classes start breaking.
Suddenly, my door opens. Looking up, I see Hope. She closes the door and pulls me in her arms, and I just cry uncontrollably. After about 45 minutes I calm down.
"Come on," Hope says taking my hand and pulling me towards the door. "Where are we going?" I ask and she smiles lightly before replying, "To show you your birthday present"
After a few minutes, we walk into a room that used to have nothing in it. I come here when I need to think. But, in the middle of the room, sits a beautiful dark wood piano. "I had it made for you. I remember how upset you were when the other one the school had broke." Hope says quietly as I walk to it. I glance at her "You had it made for me?" she smiled and nodded her head yes. I pressed a few keys, it was perfectly in tune, I smiled and looked to her "Thank you. I love it." she motioned for me to play it. "Well go on, play something, I know you want to you have that look on your face."
Sitting down, I start playing a song from one of my favorite musicals, I sang too, and just closed my eyes.

When I played the last and ended the last note, I opened my eyes. Hope was just smiling at me and said, "That was beautiful." I blushed a little and looked down.
When we got back to my room, Hope was going to leave, but I stopped her, grabbing her wrist gently. "Could you um- could you stay with me tonight? I don't really want to be alone." I said quietly. She climbed in bed with me "Yeah of course." after getting comfortable, I was laying with my head on her chest and an arm around her waist. She was playing with my hair. Just before I fell asleep, I felt her kiss the top of my head and say "Goodnight Lily" then I feel into the darkness of my dreams.
