Secon Chapter 79 If He Wonât Drink It, I Will 379%0 Finished Olivia knew Mason would inform Liam about what was happening at school, but with her graduation approaching soon, she didnât see the point in switching schools.
âThatâs okay, Grandpa. Iâm fine where I am.â
Liam smiled, intending to probe further and figure out who the two little punks trying to steal his granddaughterâinâlaw were. But seeing Olivia didnât plan to elaborate, he decided not to push.
Soon it was dinnertime. As Alexander descended the stars, Olivia was already seated at the dining table with Liam..
âSo you do know how to come down for meals. I thought you werenât hungry. Sit down!â Liam said gruffly, motioning to the seat next to Olivia.
Respecting his grandfatherâs command, Alexander sat down.
Alexander and Vanceâs parents had always been free spirits, leaving the two brothers in Liamâs care while they traveled the world. Raised almost singleâhandedly by Liam, both brothers held him in the utmost respect.
Just as Alexander reached for his chopsticks, Vance came bustling in with a steaming bowl of soup. He placed it squarely in front of Alexander, then exchanged a meaningful glance with Liam.
Liam immediately caught on.
âYouâve been so busy with work. This soup was specially prepared to nourish you. Drink it while itâs hot.â
Alexander eyed Liam skeptically. Since when do I get this kind of treatment? He glanced at the soup, the faintly familiar aroma raising his suspicions. His gaze shifted to Vance.
Vance avoided eye contact and leaned toward Olivia, whispering. âTonightâs the night. Just wait and see!â
Olivia looked up, confused.
Is he losing his mind again?
âIâm not hungry today,â Alexander said, suddenly pushing the soup away and preparing to leave the table.
Liamâs eyes narrowed. âSit down! I had this soup made for you, and youâre just going to waste my efforts?â
No matter what, Alexander was drinking that soup tonight. How else would Liam get his great- grandchildren?
Alexander sighed and sat back in his chair. âIâm not drinking it.
Does he think I donât know whatâs in this soup?
Liam looked about ready to explode, glaring at Alexander with enough intensity to bore a hole through him.
Seeing Liam on the verge of losing his temper, Olivia reached for the bowl. âGrandpa, donât be upset. If he wonât drink it, I will.â

Chapter 79 If He Wonât Drink 11,1 W Liam and Vance froze, momentarily stunned.
Alexander watched Olivia with amusement in his eyes.
Olivia shot him a glare. If it werenât to spare Liamâs feelings, I wouldnât bother with you at all.
Without hesitation, Olivia picked up the bowl and downed the soup in one go.
Alexanderâs eyes sparkled with intrigue.
Fruched Vance, on the other hand, was dumbfounded as he watched Olivia finish every last drop of the soup.
Uh... well. I guess that works too?
After drinking the soup, Olivia dove into her meal with gusto. After all, she had been pretty active that day and had worked up quite an appetite.
She was entirely unaware of the meaningful looks Liam and Vance were exchanging as they watched her.
Once dinner was over, Olivia went upstairs to her room, and Alexander retreated to his study.
As soon as the coast was clear, Liam pulled Vance aside.
âThat soup wonât cause any problems for Livi, will it?â
Vance scratched his head awkwardly. âItâshould be fine. Itâs mainly. Well, it has some aphrodisiac effects. But since sheâs sleeping in the same room as my brother, it doesnât matter who drinks it!â
Liam relaxed, nodding in approval.
After returning to her room, Olivia started to feel unusually warm. She couldnât pinpoint why, but the air felt stifling. Opening the window, she leaned against the frame, letting the cool night breeze wash over her flushed face.
It was at this moment that Alexander walked in, only to find Olivia, cheeks red and glowing, leaning by the window, desperately trying to cool off.
