After I done experimenting with my little project, I assume my class with Shawn and Isaac. I also find times to do other dish and pastries. The chef excited when I share the recipe with them. Not only they can prepare another type of foods but also broaden their knowledge about ingredients that can be used in the food preparations.

Right now, the only one thing in my mind is chocolate. I really want to savour the sweetness, delightfulness of the tempting sweets. When I found the right time, I will recreate the recipe. For now, I will focus to pick up where I left off the last lesson.

After few weeks,

Finally, I got off from the lesson. Now is the time. During the weeks that I can't done the recipe, I have dried off the cocoa beans. Now, it's roasting time. The cocoa seeds must be roasted at 4000c during the first five minutes and 2500c at the next five to ten minutes. After that, the outside (skin) and the inside (nib) of the seeds must be separated.

Then, the awaiting time is here, the cocoa beans were placed into the plastic bag and what do you wait for, crush 'em. After finish crushing, put the seeds at the sieve to separate the skins and the inside.

The end result after the sieve is that it must be grinded into smooth, uniform texture. After finish grinding, put sugar depends on how sweet you want for the chocolate taste to be. Then, it's time for conching.

The process need to use a heated mortar and pestle. Put the grinded chocolate and grind again. When you're happy with the taste, of course! Every five minute, give the batch a taste. Once it done, it's done.

After done all the hard process, the final is to tempering the chocolate. I ask our gardener, uncle timothy if there is a stone slab and scraping tools that does not used anymore. He said that both of them are available and he gets it for me.

The melted chocolate was poured onto the marble slab. Using the scrapper, fold and agitate the chocolates to ensure there is no lumps form. The chocolate will be thick and with sludgy existence. At this point, the chocolate can be poured into molds.

I put the molds into the refrigerator so they can cool down faster. Waiting for the chocolates takes time so I let them be. I went back to my room to get bath and rest for while waiting for it.

After a day, I look the end results of my hard work. The outcomes always reflecting on how much effort a person poured into it. Like always, I gather all the household members to taste the chocolates.

"Mom, will you have the honour to taste this sweets?"

"Oh, yes my dear." She takes one of the chocolates and put it into her mouth. Every one wait for the reaction but krik,krik,krik...... mom doesn't say anything at all. But, from her face I can expect a good reaction from it.

She looks so happy and delightful from a bite of the chocolates.

"I, for my entire life never I had any type of delicacies like this. This is so astonishing, delicious and I don't even know what to say any more. How about you guys try it?"

All of them get their hands on the chocolates and eat it. Their expression, well I think its good enough cause they not said anything after eating the sweets.

Well, what you expect from another world sweets. It so good that you can't talk after eat 'em.

For now, I think it's enough. In future, I will try to do more sweets that is so delicious they can't say anything after eat it. That dream, I will place it beside. For now, I want to remember this memory that I creates with them.
