To construct the special buildings like the Weapons refining hall, Potion refining hall, and Pill refining hall, Leo needs to spend Hero Coins to bring them out of the city pillar before constructing them.

Even though it was a special Building, the Weapons Refining Hall was not as special as the City Hall or any other special buildings in the city.

Hence, Leo was not surprised to see there was only one simple effect for it.

‘If the success rate of the weaponsmith is increased by 10 percent, then Duthol’s overall success rate would reach 30 percent. I can expect one extra low-level supreme-grade weapon before the world assessment.’

Leo silently thought, ‘Moreover, it can be upgraded in the future. When it does, the existing effects will be upgraded and new effects will be unlocked.’

“Skye and Lionel will clear a Beast type [God Ruin].”

Leo didn’t wait for their response as he gave the full information of each [God Ruins] to them.

“Boss, where did you get such valuable information?”

“Of course, we will complete it.”

“Don’t worry, Boss. By the time we complete these [God Ruins], we will definitely become supreme-ranked heroes.”

Soon, all the leader-level followers under Leo said different things; however, Leo gave a single reply to them.

“I don’t know what you do, everyone should clear the [God Ruins] within two weeks. If possible, complete it sooner. Also, it is better to split into small teams and clear the [God Ruins].”
