We took a cab to our new apartment . He gave me the keys and asked me to open the door . I smiled and opened the door .
It was a posh , 3BHK apartment . My mouth widened , to see the beautiful apartment .
I ran towards the balcony , to see how it was .
I was spellbound , to see the beauty . It had the same grass mat as our house in Chennai , a swing and a cozy place in the corner of the balcony . I could see the opposite buildings a little away from my sight . Ours was in the 16th floor , so I could see people down , moving like ants !
" Pudichurka ?" He asked me
"Yaara kekringa ? " I asked
" Enna paathu thaan mayangitanu enaku aerkanave theriyume. Veeta kekren ma " he replied.
" Pitch - perfect Ashwineyy .. Na avlo happy uh iruken theriyuma? Thankyou " saying this , all the overwhelming adrenaline rush in my hormones made me to give him a bone crushing hug .
I hugged him tightly , to convey my happiness . He gave me a warm hug back ! I don't know why , I didn't wanna leave him . We stood there hugging for sometime , only until my phone rang !
He groaned , breaking the hug .. it was mom , who called us .. to ask whether we reached home safe !
I spoke with mom for sometime and passed the phone to him . I wandered around our home to take a look . You won't believe if I say , it was the same home , which I've dreamt of . The wooden book shelf , king sized bed , the wooden wardrobes , the cozy sofa , dim ceiling lights , chandeliers , the coffee table .. everything in the home was made with utmost care , I could say !
My dream home with my man with me !
Such a beautiful phase to start my life with him !
I had a week's time to join in my new company . But Ashwin had to go as he's the head of the enterprises . But he promised to take me out in the evenings . I was dying to roam around in the busy streets of Mumbai . Gosh ! Yet another thing in my bucket list .
It was , Sunday .. so we had nothing to do. I was sitting on the dining table , hanging my legs down and scrolling my phone . I was starving as usual .. But he was working on something in his laptop , sitting on the chair beside me .. I couldn't control my hunger anymore ...
" Ashwineyy , saapdlama ? Enaku pasikudhu !!! "
Ashwin : Yeaa , one minute ma , let's eat ..
" Okayy .. na order pannava ? "
Ashwin : Order ? Edhuku .. why don't we try something new ???
" Something new na ? Veliya poi saapda poroma ?? "
Ashwin : Uff ... Something new ma , something like cooking ??
" You know to cook ? ð³ "
Ashwin :Â Well .. I'll cook , saptu pathutu neeye sollu epdi iruku nu !!
Saying this , he closed his laptop and walked towards the kitchen . I jumped down from the table , and followed him like a school kid following their teachers .
He took out the pan and started heating it .. I made myself comfortable on the kitchen counter as I had not even 0% idea in cooking 𥺠.
He chopped the vegetables and began to saute . The smell of shallots being roasted in the pan made my stomach grumble with hunger .. I had the urge to eat it right away . It smelled yummy !!!!
All these time , I was admiring my husband , his serious face while cooking . His eyebrows scrunch often . His eyes narrowed due to the smoke from the pan . Yet another fantasy of me , to watch my husband cooking . His hands moving then and there to take something .
He suddenly came near me and leaned over me . I was tensed . My heartbeats , uneven . He leaned over and took a box above my head , which turned to be salt .
Phew ! I couldn't even withstand this pressure when he comes near me ... I did nothing but smile like a fool , thinking of what happened
Ashwin : yaaro blush panranga ! Enna ennalam yosikiriyo.
" Adhellam onnum illaye "
Ashwin : I could feel you . Nee sollanum nu avasiyam ille . Un kanna paathale therinjukalam . Your eyes speak !
I didn't say anything further , not to help , my face was going red !!!!
He took the whistle of the cooker , and placed it ..
Ashwin : Just 4 whistles , aprm food will be ready !!
" Adhukullaya ??"
Ashwin : What do you mean .. Namma samaikka aarambichu 30 mins aachuð
" 30 mins uh ? "
Ashwin : Yeaa .. seri keezha erangu , let's go to the main room !
I again got down and followed him .. But to my surprise , it was very cloudy outside .. I ran to the balcony , the tall buildings opposite to us , the silver railing of our balcony which was ice cold at that time , the beautiful aroma from the kitchen ... Okay , wait .. now this smells so delicious .
I ran back in , only to find him with two plates of biryani ! My heart fluttered to see the hot man with hot biryani in his hands ..
I insisted of sitting in the balcony .
I was still dense dark , rain was yet to come . We settled in the cozy place in our balcony and began eating . It was more like a date with my husband ! Comfortable yet happy date in our new home !! Not to forget .. the food was mouth - watering delicious .
How lucky I am , to get him back in my life ! I knew , he was Destined to be mine and I was destined to be his !
I am hoping for life and love to brew more and more !
I was lying on the cozy , fluffy bed and aimlessly scrolling instagram on my phone , while Ashwin was working something on his laptop .. I felt bored ...
" Ashwineyy .. "
Ashwin : Sollu ma .. he said with his eyes still glued to the laptop
" Indha veedu epo interior decor lam panninga ? "
Ashwin : Namma inga varadhuku two days munnadi ma .. En ennachu .. do you need any changes ?
" Illa .. theriyama dhan kekren .. epdi enaku pudicha maariye elame panringa ? "
Ashwin : Unnaye enaku pudikum .. aprm unaku pudicha maari pannama ?
My heart fluttered hearing this .. I blushed and got back to my phone , so that he wouldn't tease me more ð
By that time it was raining outside and was pitch dark ... I went to the balcony and stood holding the silver railing ..
The smell of the mud , while the rain droplets hit the ground prevailed all through the place .
Suddenly I was trapped inbetween two strong arms and the silver railing .. I felt the muscular body was leaning on my back .
I turned towards him and was sandwiched between him and the railing .
There were droplets of rain over my face ... He leaned over and kissed all the droplets away !!
I was losing myself to when his warm lips touched my cold face !
I closed my eyes to feel him !
His right hand slowly moved towards my face and the left encircling my waist . His long fingers held my neck and his thumb caressing my soft skin of my cheeks ....
I could feel his hot breath on me , he then pursed his soft lips over mine ... It was a soft yet a passionate one ! It showed all his love towards me .. and I felt our souls inclining ....
We pulled back , and he rested his forehead on mine , both sighing with content and a small smile on our faces !
I rubbed my nose with his and pulled away myself , now looking into his chocolate brown eyes .
I couldn't look into his more than five seconds and burried my face in his chest , my home !
With all the happiness and love .. our day was made !
