Chapter 1529 - Chaotic Dawn Stone

Su Mo was full of joy when he arrived at Saint Zhen Xian’s residence. This time Saint Zhen Xian was resting on a wooden bench below a tree in the yard of his manor.

“Senior Zhen Xian!”

Su Mo walked into the yard and bowed to Saint Zhen Xian.

“Su Mo, you are here!” Saint Zhen Xian opened his eyes and smiled lightly at Su Mo.

“Senior Zhen Xian, I have a question for you!” Su Mo directly told Saint Zhen Xian.

“Mm, sit down first!”

Saint Zhen Xian nodded his head slightly and motioned casually. A wooden bench appeared behind Su Mo.

Su Mo helped himself to the seat as soon as he saw it.

In a deep voice, Su Mo asked, “Senior Zhen Xian, do you know about Origin Energy?”

“Origin Energy?”

Saint Zhen Xian was slightly surprised upon hearing Su Mo’s question. Then, he nodded his head and said, “I know a little about it.”

“Then Senior Zhen Xian, do you know what powers the Origin Energy have?” Su Mo continued.

Saint Zhen Xian’s face turned serious as he explained, “The Origin Energy is a type of ultimate power.”

“Ulitmate power?” Su Mo was shocked upon hearing his words. Meanwhile, a thousand questions filled his mind. What was that power?

Right at that point, Saint Zhen Xian continued, “The Origin Energy isn’t a single type of energy. Instead, it is a general name for many types of powers. Every single power needs a source of origin.”

Su Mo’s brows furrowed even further. Saint Zhen Xian’s explanation had made him even more confused.

Every single power needs a source of origin?

Then what about the origin of the five properties? Is it the chaotic energy?

“Saint Zhen Xian, what is the origin of the five properties?” Su Mo poured out the main question in his mind.

“The origin of the five elements is chaos!” Saint Zhen Xian replied. He knew that Su Mo was cultivating a five-elements skill but he did not know the specifics of the skill Su Mo was cultivating.

At Saint Zhen Xian’s words, Su Mo’s heart jumped in realisation. As expected, the origin of the five elements was chaotic energy.

After a long moment of silence, Su Mo asked again, “Senior Zhen Xian, since every power has an origin, then there must be different types of Dawn Stones right?”

“Mm!” Saint Zhen Xian nodded his head slightly as he said, “That’s right. There are different types of Dawn Stones. For instance, there is the Fire Dawn Stone Water Dawn Stone, Wood Dawn Stone, Chaotic Dawn Stone, etcetera!”

Su Mo’s eyes flashed brilliantly. His Dawn Stone wasn’t any of the five elements. Could it be a Chaotic Dawn Stone?

Saint Zhen Xian glanced at Su Mo and asked, “Su Mo, did you obtain a Dawn Stone?”

“Mm!” Su Mo nodded his head and flipped over his palm to retrieve the Dawn Stone. However, the Origin Energy within the Dawn Stone had already been absorbed by Su Mo.

Saint Zhen Xian took a look at Su Mo’s Dawn Stone and carefully checked it.

“Saint Zhen Xian, do you know what Dawn Stone this is?” Su Mo asked curiously. His heart was palpitating quickly, full of anticipation at Saint Zhen Xian’s answer.

A few moments later, Saint Zhen Xian shook his head and replied, “This is a useless Dawn Stone and there isn’t any Origin Energy within it. Looking at the aura and the color of it, it should have been a Chaotic Dawn Stone!”

Su Mo’s heart jumped. As expected, his guess was right and the Dawn Stone was a Chaotic Dawn Stone. The Origin Energy in the Dawn Stone must therefore be Chaotic Energy.

Despite his surprise, Su Mo’s expression remained calm.

“As expected!” Su Mo gleefully exclaimed.

“The Origin Energy isn’t something that you can touch now. You will only be able to come into contact with it when you are in the Empty God Realm!” Saint Zhen Xian explained.

“Mm, I only wanted to know more about it!” Su Mo nodded his head.

“If your cultivation rank can reach such a stage in the future, you will naturally get your chance to come into contact with Origin Energy!” Saint Zhen Xian said.

“Mm, thank you Senior Zhen Xian!” Su Mo cupped his fists together and thanked Saint Zhen Xian.

After a talking to Saint Zhen Xian for a little while more, Su Mo took his leave.

Looking at Su Mo’s back, Saint Zhen Xian’s face turned serious. Su Mo gave him a mysterious, unordinary feeling.

“Five elements, chaotic!” Saint Zhen Xian mumbled to himself. He knew that Su Mo was intending to pursue martial arts in the direction of Chaotic Energy.

However, Chaotic Energy was one of the most incomprehensible and mysterious forms of energy in the world. The chances of success of controlling the Chaotic Energy could not be predicted.

After Su Mo left Saint Zhen Xian, he immediately returned to his palace. Su Mo’s eyes flashed brightly and his heart filled with excitement.

Sitting cross-legged in the cultivation room, Su Mo raised both his arms and retrieved the Origin Energy from his elixir field. He used a dense layer of Dark Force to cover the Origin Energy and kept it within his palm.

“So this is the Chaotic Energy?” Su Mo looked at the greyish white aura in his hand and wondered. His eyes were bright with excitement.

This was the power that he had been seeking for. The Chaotic Energy he needed after the five elements were merged.

No wonder this tiny thread of Origin Energy was so strong. It was only as thin as a hair strand, but it required him to use so much Dark Force to control it.

Furthermore, not only was the Origin Energy thin, it seemed to be violently circulating in his palm. There must be a lot of vicious force within it.

“If I can understand the components of this Chaotic Energy, I will be able to merge the five elements and create Chaotic Energy!” Su Mo muttered under his own breath. He was full of confidence, as though he had already attained his goal.

A few moments later, Su Mo suppressed the excitement within his heart and slowly began to search through and comprehend the Chaotic Energy.

However, even after a full hour of careful comprehension, Su Mo was not able to find anything within the Chaotic Energy.

Although this Chaotic Energy was viciously circulating, it was very smooth and clean. Su Mo could not find anything within it.

In other words, Su Mo could not find anything useful for him to merge the five elements with.

The five elements were still the five elements, and the Chaotic Energy was still Chaotic Energy. It seemed as though there was no link between the two.

“How could this be?” Su Mo’s face darkened in frustration. He had thought that the Chaotic Energy would be greatly beneficial for his merging of the five elements. Who knew that the reality would be like this!

“It can’t be this bad right?”

Su Mo was a bit lost for words. Staring directly at the Chaotic Energy, there was nothing that he could do about it!

“How can I merge the five elements to become Chaotic Energy?” Su Mo felt his head spin. He had squeezed out virtually all of his brain-juice to merge the five elements.

A while later, Su Mo really couldn’t think of any way to proceed with the five elements. He had originally wanted to forcefully split open the Chaotic Energy to understand it. However, he was also afraid that he would completely destroy the Chaotic Energy once he split it.

This Chaotic Energy might not be within his range of comprehension now, but it might be in the future.

All in all, this Chaotic Energy would be of great benefit to him and he definitely could not destroy it.
