She had always suspected Bryce had a darker side, and now it seemed she was right. Meanwhile, Sergio’s frown deepened as he observed Maeve and Bryce’s close interaction.

On the other hand, Larry, having received news from the security, turned pale and hurriedly informed Sergio, “Mr. Brooks! Mrs.

“Who allowed them to come?” Sergio’s gaze tumed cold.

Maeve and Sergio hadn’t officially divorced yet, and this seemed like a blatant attempt to embarrass the Scott family. Clara’s arrogant demeanor only fueled their resentiment.

Swirling her wine glass, Maeve observed the scene with amusement.

Bryce glanced at Maeve beside him and asked, “Was this your doing?”

“I just added fuel to the fire,” Maeve replied. “But I didn’t expect Mrs. Brooks Senior to so audacious to actually bring Clara here.”
