Even if it was just a simple âCan I have a pencil?â and a cute smile followed by it, but this made my week. I mean, we ARE making progress. Yesterday, you acknowledged me and today you asked for a pencil, now what? You are going to ask for my hand? Ha ha, kidding, but I wish that was true. You have no idea how much I love you, maybe a little more than how much my Grandma loves to beat me with her old broomstick.
