Not only you’ll agree to this but I’ll also make you confess that you’re in love with me very soon. My plan did backfire but there’s no way I’ll admit defeat so soon. You’ll fall for me and you’ll be the one to confess first, that I’ll make sure of. Teresa smirked at the thought.

Seeing Teresa, Ryouma cringed his nose and said, “Stop making that face you look weird, ugly.”

How dare he call me ugly? I’m far more beautiful, Mr. Monkey!

“Oh really? I think you’re just charmed by me, that’s why your eyes are on my face instead of the road, Ma-kun?” She blew her hair in front of her eyes with a huff and crossed her arms.

Ryouma didn’t argue back instead looked forward on the road.

When he didn’t retort or deny, she looked at him closely, “Are you blushing?”

Seeing Teresa’s face up close, he suddenly stopped the car, Teresa’s head almost hit the dashboard but Ryouma shielded it with his hands.

“Are you crazy?” She shouted at him.

“You’re the one, who’s crazy! Don’t you think you’re getting too full of yourself?” His palm covering her face, he pushed her back to her seat.

“okay, okay, my bad, now get your hands off my face.” She tried to shake his hands off.

“No, it’s better this way, I don’t have to see your ugly face.” He pushed her face, her head hit the seat.

She bit his hand.

“Are you a dog?” He glared at her removing his hand.

“No just a pitiful wife of the demon.” She stuck her tongue out.

After that the ride till their destination, the club was full of bickering and insults they threw at each other.

“Thank you for the ride.” She got out and thanked him.

“Wait, I’ll see you in.” He said and then again sneezed.

“Bless you.” She smiled at him. “Worried, are you? It’s okay, I’m getting defense lessons from Rina for 10 years and after that incident the training has hyped up so you should worry about yourself.” With her one hand on the window pane, with her other hand she took a tissue out from her purse and passed it to him.

“On the second thought, bye.” He drew up the glass which almost hurt Teresa’s hands.

“Oii, you almost hurt me.” She immediately pulled her hands back.

“Oh that was exactly I was trying to do. I missed it? My bad.” He said clicking his tongue.

“Meany, and as always you won’t even say sorry.” She rolled her eyes.

“He didn’t even say bye, jerk. I hope his car stops in the middle of the some quiet and unknown road where he doesn’t even get signal on his phone.” She cursed him as her husband drove off, she pouted sulkily and kicked the road but instead got hurt herself.

Seeing his wife kicking the road in the rear view mirror, “Such a kid.” He smiled to himself as she jumped around hurting her leg.

Teresa went inside the club and searched for Ren. She went near the bar as soon as she spotted him. "Hi! Sorry, Am I late?" She hugged him. "Yes, but I'll forgive you." He said hugging her back. "Okay then, what's the special talk?" She did a gesture folding her V fingers, emphasising the word 'special'.

“Yes, let’s go upstairs.” He pointed. “Follow me.”

“Yes boss.” She answered with a salute. He went ahead, she was about to go after when she felt a hand grabbing hers.

Ryouma parked his car on the road and sneezed again, his nose were red, even though he had turned on the heater he was still feeling cold.

“I should’ve stayed home.” He muttered wiping his nose with a tissue.

He rest his head on the steering wheel, his head was about to burst with a severe headache.

He then noticed a phone on the passenger seat. “She left her phone.” He sighed.

He turned the car around and went back.

He entered the club and scanned the crowd searching his wife. The music was too loud and people were dancing like crazy, clinging to each other, totally drunk. Teenagers! That’s why I never enter a club, too loud. The loud noise was adding onto his headache.

He finally spots his wife and called out to her but she didn’t hear him because of the loud music. Argh! I just want to get out of here, as soon as possible.

He paused when he saw her hugging her so called best friend Ren and her another best friend Rina was nowhere around. Did she lie to him? His blood boiled with anger.

He marched to her angrily and grabbed her hand.

“What are you doing here?” She looked at him with a puzzled expression.

Without answering, he dragged her out of the club.

“Ouch, you’re hurting me.” She shouted but instead of loosening his grip tightened.

He continued dragging her to the parking area.

“What are you doing?” She jerked his hands off and rubbed the area he griped on, which was now red.

“I should be asking you that? What are you doing?” He hissed with anger.

“What are you talking about? You’re the one dropped me here?” She looked at him in confusion, She didn’t get what was he getting angry about?

“Yeah but you didn’t tell me you were having a date with your boyfriend?” He pointed a finger at her accusingly.

“Boyfriend? Where did that come from?” She blinked at his words.

“And I wouldn’t have known about your little affair, if you didn’t leave your phone behind.” He yelled, his anger visible with a red face and flaring nose.

“Oii, don’t you think you’re going overboard? Affair? You’ve gone out of your mind?” She glared at him. She did lie but that doesn’give him right to spout nonsense.

“Don’t you play innocent, not after everything I saw with my own eyes?” He looked at her with disgust.

“And what did you see exactly? That I was talking with my best friend? Stop being a jerk!” She yelled back. How dare he?

“You lied to me.” He grabbed her by her arms.

“I see, so this is why Ren didn”t want me to tell you.” She glared at him.

“Oh so, he’s been filling your ears against me?” He tightened his grip and it hurt.

This man has completely lost it, She thought. She struggled to free herself and finally she did, throwing his hands away.

“Look Ren, he wanted to talk about something and because he’s not comfortable around you, he didn’t want you to tag along.” She didn’t know why she was giving an explaination but she did anyway. “If Rihito and you want to talk about something in private I don’t go around saying that he’s been filling your ears against me? I don’t doubt that you’re having an affair behind my back and here you are accusing me having an affair with my best friend?” She tried to control her anger but found herself yelling at him.

“Really? If you were going to talk about something not suspicious then why did you lie?” He looked at her, his eyes accusing.

“Fine, my mistake I lied, sorry. Happy? It’s a waste talking to you, I’m going in.” She tried to leave but he pulled her back.

“you’re not going back.” He said in a threatening tone holding her arms.

This man has completely gone insane! “Really, husband? I know I shouldn’t have lied but why do I need to even tell you anything? Why do I need your permission to meet my own best friend?” She shouted at him, he didn’t own her.

“you’re my wife.”

“Oh yes I remember now, you’re just a control freak aren’t you? But listen husband, even if I’m your wife you don’t control me got it? Don’t treat me like your property, I’m an independent adult, capable of taking my own decisions. Now don’t make it worse and go back.” She pushed him.

*Ring* *Ring* her phone rang.

“yeah Ren I’m coming, just came out for a fresh air.” I made an excuse.

But her husband took her phone and threw it on the ground.

“Have you gone mad?” She shouted at him.

“You’re going home with me.” He glared at her. She was about to yell at him but then he sneezed again. She calmed herself, because her anger wasn’t going to help her. There was a stubborn little kid in front of her who didn’t know how to give up.

Just then it started to rain, extending her hands, she felt the small raindrops against her palms. Hearing him sneeze again, she took off her scarf and wrapped it around his neck.

“It’s starting to rain, go home.” She patted his shoulder.

She turned around and was about to return but she heard him sneeze again. The rain was now pouring down.

“Go home Ryouma, you’ve already caught a cold. It’ll get worse if you get soaked.” I shouted at him, when he didn’t move.

“Don’t go.” He held her wrist.

“Why are you being this way? We’ll both get sick if we--”

But he cut her off pulling her into a passionate kiss.
