She quietly sat and started taking her make-up off when her phone chimed.
Her assistant texted that she needs to clear her schedule because something urgent came up.
Her brow furrowed but brushes off her intrigue as she looked for her planner, she never really got to open it for weeks dahil ang assistant niya na ang nag-aasikaso ng lahat, she doesn't even remember the last thing she wrote.
She always has a thing for travelling, it's one of her escapes. That's why she has a planner, she doesn't want to be stuck in the digital world while exploring, and she loves the feeling of her fingers dancing across the pages of her notebook, as if the ink-kissed pages held her secret.
She finally found it and as she opened her planner, a photo slipped out and fluttered to the floor.
It was their last photo together.
She smiled wryly.
