Chapter 29: A Day Together
---
The Morning Begins
Y/N stirred awake as the first rays of sunlight filtered through the window. Blinking sleepily, she stretched and glanced at the clock on Kenanâs nightstandâit was barely 7 a.m. She looked around the quiet room, smiling to herself. Despite the teasing from the night before, she had slept surprisingly well.
Not wanting to wake anyone else, Y/N got up quietly, pulled on her hoodie, and tiptoed out of the room. The apartment was silent, and for a moment, she considered going back to sleep. But instead, she decided to make herself useful.
She found her way to the kitchen, intending to make tea. As she set the kettle on, she noticed the fridge stocked with fresh ingredients. An idea formed in her mindâbreakfast.

Kenanâs Early Surprise
Kenan groggily walked into the kitchen about 30 minutes later, rubbing his eyes and yawning. He stopped mid-step when he saw Y/N standing at the stove, flipping pancakes.
"What are you doing?" he asked, his voice still rough from sleep.
Y/N turned around, startled.
"Good morning to you too," she said with a small smile. "Iâm making breakfast."
Kenan leaned against the doorframe, watching her with a soft expression.
"Youâre full of surprises, Princess."
"You have to stop calling me that," Y/N said, rolling her eyes.
Kenan smirked, crossing his arms.
"Never."
He moved closer, reaching for a pancake, but Y/N swatted his hand away with the spatula.
"Wait until itâs ready," she said firmly.
"Youâre bossy in the morning," Kenan teased, leaning closer.
"And youâre annoying," Y/N shot back, though her tone lacked any real bite.

The Group Joins In
It wasnât long before Arda and BarıŠstumbled into the kitchen, both looking half-asleep.
"Whatâs this?" BarıŠasked, sniffing the air.
"Y/N decided to treat us," Kenan said, leaning back in his chair with a smirk.
"Oh, so youâre staying over and making us breakfast now?" Arda teased, sitting down at the table.
"Youâre welcome," Y/N said, setting a plate of pancakes in front of him.
BarıŠgrabbed his fork, grinning.
"You can stay over anytime if this is the result."
Y/N rolled her eyes, taking a seat beside Kenan as the group dug into breakfast.
"Donât get used to it," she said, though her smile betrayed her amusement.
---
A Relaxed Afternoon
Instead of heading out for football or any other outdoor activities, the group decided to stay in for the day. They played card games and board games, the apartment filled with laughter and playful banter.
"Youâre cheating," Y/N accused Kenan during a particularly intense game of Uno.
"I donât cheat," Kenan replied, smirking. "Iâm just good."
"Good at being annoying," Y/N muttered, earning a laugh from BarıÅ.
"You two argue like an old married couple," Arda teased, leaning back in his chair.
"We do not," Y/N said quickly, her cheeks flushing.
Kenan leaned closer to her, his smirk softening.
"Itâs okay, Princess. You can admit you like me bossing you around."
"I donât," Y/N replied, glaring at him.
"Sure you donât," Kenan said, winking.

The Evening Plans
As the evening approached, Y/N glanced at her phone and noticed a message from Duru.
"Arda and I are heading over soon. Wait for us, and weâll all go back together," the text read.
Kenan leaned over her shoulder, reading the message.
"Guess that means youâre staying a bit longer," he said casually.
"Not by choice," Y/N muttered, though she didnât really mind.
"I think you secretly like staying here," Kenan teased.
"Donât push it," Y/N warned, though her lips twitched into a small smile.
---
Duru and Arda Arrive
An hour later, Duru and Arda arrived, both looking cheerful as they stepped into the apartment.
"I see youâve survived a day with these three," Duru said to Y/N, glancing between Kenan, Arda, and BarıÅ.
"Barely," Y/N replied, earning a laugh from BarıÅ.
"Hey, weâve been great hosts," BarıŠsaid, grinning. "She even made us breakfast."
"You made breakfast?" Duru asked, surprised.
Y/N shrugged.
"Someone had to. These three would have starved otherwise."
Kenan wrapped an arm around her shoulder, his smirk growing.
"Donât act like you didnât enjoy it."
Y/N rolled her eyes, gently pushing him away.
"Youâre impossible."
---
A Sweet Farewell
As the group prepared to leave, Kenan walked Y/N to the door, his hand lingering on hers for a moment.
"Youâre sure you donât want to stay another night?" he asked, his tone light but hopeful.
"I think one night with you three is enough," Y/N replied, though her smile softened her words.
Kenan leaned closer, his voice low.
"Youâll miss me."
"In your dreams," Y/N replied, stepping back before he could say anything else.
Kenan smirked, watching her leave with Duru and Arda.
"See you soon, Princess."
Y/N glanced back briefly, shaking her head but unable to hide her grin.
