Chapter 77 If You Want to Care, Care about Your Husband Because they were going back to City S tomorrow, Sarah started to pack her things.

Christian insisted to take a bath, but fortunately Jayson was present today so Sarah didn’t experience that kind of awkwardness again.

She thought that she would never be able to return to this green military camp again. So after breakfast, Sarah changed into a casual outfit and walked around the military camp.

She looked at the rows of soldiers and officers on the training ground. Sarah suddenly felt a little reluctant to leave this place.

She would leave this place tomorrow and would not come back in the future, right?

Uncle Garcia smiled. He liked her from the bottom of his heart. “Alright, I will call you Sarah.”

Sarah smiled. She saw that Christian had gotten out of the car with crutches and was sitting in a wheelchair. She immediately pushed him to the living room.

It was not time to get off work, so Ethan and Julian were not in the home. Daphne was busy preparing for her only son’s wedding, so she was also not present. Only Benjamin was sitting in the living room.

When Benjamin saw the two of them, he immediately smiled. “Christian and Sarah, you guys are back?”

“Grandpa!” Sarah greeted him and pushed Christian to the sofa before sitting beside him.

Benjamin smiled and looked at Christian. “It’s good that you guys are back.”

Before the three of them could say anything, they heard Daphne’s laughter coming from the door of the living room. When she saw Christian and Sarah, she walked over with a happy face.

“Christian and Sarah are back? Not back! We thought you would not come back.” Daphne sat on the sofa and looked at the both of them.

“We haven’t seen each other for more than a half month. Why is Christian dark and thin? Sarah, how did you take care of him? It’s inconvenient for him to walk. There are many things that he can’t do. You have to think of a way to help him. Look how thin he is.”

As soon as Daphne finished speaking, Benjamin looked at Christian. Only then did he realize that Christian was indeed thinner and darker than before. His gaze also fell on Sarah’s face.

“Sarah, how is Christian army? Can you adapt there?” Benjamin looked at Sarah and asked.

“Grandpa, not bad. I feel that the air and people there are better than those here. We also feel more at ease when we eat there.” Sarah answered truthfully.

Benjamin nodded. “Yes! They have their own farms, and all of them are organic. It’s really reassuring to eat them.”

Daphne looked at Sarah across from her. She remembered there are still some works felt. So she said, “Sarah, this afternoon Julian and Vivian’s new room has not been set up yet. Anyway, you are free. You can help me in the afternoon!”

When Sarah heard Daphne’s words, she did not know how to reject. She looked at her expectant eyes and could only nod her head. “Okay.”

From the bottom of her heart, she did not want to do this kind of thing. This mother-in-law of her just did not seem to remember what happen in the past.

“No! I have to go and check my legs in the afternoon. Did you forget?”

Christian looked at Sarah little angrily and then directly rejected Daphne’s good intentions. “Aunt Daphne can just find a servant to arrange the new room. Sarah and I still have a lot of things to do and can’t waste time on such unnecessary things.”

When Daphne heard this, although she was a little unwilling, she still nodded. “En, okay.”

After they had lunch, Sarah pushed Christian to their previous bedroom. Once the door of the room was closed, Sarah looked at him gratefully, “Thank you.”

Sarah immediately nodded.

“Help me take out a shirt. We will leave in a while.”

Sarah immediately walked to the wardrobe and took out a shirt. “Where are we going?”

Christian smiled faintly. “Let’s go to the apartment first. We’ll go to your mother’s house tonight. We’ll stay there for the night and come back tomorrow.”

“But isn’t Julian going to have a wedding tomorrow? If we don’t come back, what will they think?”

Although she did not want to face Julian, tomorrow was still his and Vivian’s wedding. She just left like that. No matter what, it didn’t make sense.

Christian looked at her directly. “Since you care so much about his wedding, why didn’t you help him just now?”

Sarah was stumped by the question and did not know how to answer. She could only lower her head and her fingers twisted together uneasily.

“You don’t need to care about other people’s reactions when you are in this house. You only need to live your own life well. If you really want to worry, then you should care more about your husband.”

“I understand.” Sarah blushed at his words.

Christian put on his clothes and Sarah pushed him out of the villa. They got in the car and went to their apartment.

Because they were really tired from sitting in the car, and in addition to the current season, Sarah really fell asleep the moment she arrived at the apartment.

The next day was his wedding, so Julian was a little busy today. He first finished his work, then went to find Vivian to discuss about the wedding. Finally, he sent her back to his mother’s home before returning to Cooper family Villa.

When he returned home, Ethan and Daphne were waiting for him in the living room. When Daphne found out, he had not eaten yet, Daphne immediately felt heartache and ordered the servants to prepare dinner for her son.

“Why didn’t they make dinner for you?” Daphne looked at Julian’s tired look and complained.

“There are so many relatives in their family. I don’t want to eat there either.” Julian replied with his eyes closed.

“So many relatives? What are they like? Don’t tell me they are all here for the red packet?”

Julian nodded helplessly. “Yes. They heard that Vivian was going to marry a rich person, so they came.

Mom, prepare more red packets.”

He went to Vivian’s house and saw his family and friends all staring at him. That gaze completely treated him as a money tree, making him really unhappy.

“Why are Vivian’s relatives like this? They are marrying their daughters, not selling them. Even though we’re rich, we can’t give all of them money right?”

Daphne said with a depressing tone. At the end, she looked at her son and said, “Sarah is still the best.

She only had a mother at home and did not have any relatives. She is different from Vivian.”

Ethan frowned hearing her words. “When did our Cooper family not even have a red packet? Since Julian is marrying Vivian, we have to treat her family well. Julian, talk with your mother and settle this matter. I will go to sleep first.”

After saying that, he went to his room. He really didn’t want to hear this stuff here.

Daphne looked at his back and pursed her lips. “You only care about the eldest son’s matters. Once it comes to my son, you become like this. And that Big Brother of yours. He clearly came back today, but ran outside. Does he take you as his younger brother or not?”

No matter what, tomorrow was his brother’s wedding, but that cripple did not care about anything and just left with his wife. When Daphne thought of this, she gritted her teeth.

Julian stared at her, “Mom, you said that Big Brother came back?”

Daphne nodded. “Yes, he came back with Sarah. But they went out again.”

“When will they come back?”

“They called your dad and told him that they will be back tomorrow morning. They went to Sarah’s house tonight.”

Julian frowned. “Will Sarah still leave this time?”

“Christian said he has half a year of leave. They probably won’t back, right?” Daphne said impatiently.

Julian suddenly became silent. Since Christian had half a year of leave, Sarah would not return to army. Did that mean that he would have a chance in the following days?
