Chapter 36: 32: Loud Cloud

WEAPONIZED || BNHA x ReaderWords: 20230

Kill them.

Kill him.

He is a threat to you. Kill him. Kill him before he kills you.

"N-no!" Gasping awake, you woke up in cold sweat. Shohei beside you and the room's lights on.

A small frown formed your face.

"A-Ai-za-wa."

Even after your apology in UA, it took some time to adjust and ease back up to Aizawa. For now, pats and hugs that were initiated by you were the only things Aizawa could do, but it was better than nothing.

But you missed him already. You didn't exactly like having Shohei as your bedmate because he usually hogs the blanket, wrapping himself like how Aizawa looks in his sleeping bag. You often woke up cold.

Right now, you were looking for comfort. Comfort from Aizawa.

You had been thinking about what had happened.

The recent events.

Distance from Aizawa.

Realizing that its was not dreams, but actually being experimented on again by Akane while having the "therapy."

The injuries you as well as others sustained when Shohei and Shinsou decided to run into the room to save you.

Aizawa's blank eyes staring into you as he chocked you to death.

You tried to convince yourself it was done and wasn't going to happen again, but you've always end up worrying that Akane's taken control of Aizawa again.

The lights in the bedroom were on, probaby because Aizawa had done some work on his desk and his lamp was broken. However, right now, it was just the two of you; Aizawa could not be found. Shohei was fast asleep yet you were there, hugging onto your cat plushy. Your ears hung lowly and tail tucked between your legs while you started walking out of the room.

You saw Aizawa sleeping on the couch. You didn't really want to disturb him, especially with how busy he's been, but you just wanted assurance.

"A-Ai-za-wa." You muttered, giving him a small pat. "Ai-za-wa."

You frowned when he did not respond. Your lips quivering as you muttered out a word.

"Da-ady."

You patted him more, trying to wake him up and make sure he wasn't dead.

He groaned, getting up sleepily. "(Y/n)?" He rubbed his eye as he looked at you in wonder. "What is it? Why are you awake?" You looked at him with a rather troubled look, still disturbed by your nightmare. You hugged onto your cat and looked at him.

"Nightmare again?" He asked and you nodded. He sighed, "what do you want me to do?" Since you were still jumpy whenever Aizawa decided to do anything, he started to ask you instead. He thought it'd be better especially if you requested it. One time he hummed you a lullaby for bed.

"Hoog." You pouted.

The name "Kana" is actually my OC's real name and I guess its bout time I gave her a name. But of course please feel free to replace that name to yours.

Aizawa chuckled and nodded.

"Lets turn off the lights first." He groggily got up and turned the lights off and leaving the door open. Neither you or Shohei seemed fond of closed doors.

Aizawa sat back down on the couch. He brought his arms out slowly, in order to prevent you from flinching. "Come here then." You walked to him and let him wrap his secretly muscled arms around your tiny body. You melted into his embrace and he laid you down on the couch. "I missed this." He muttered to himself as you snuggled into his chest.

"Good Night (Y/n)."

"N-nai-night."

Tora yawned, getting up from the floor. He wasn't use to sleeping on beds. It was weird for him, so he preferred sleeping on the floor. He usually slept in tiger form anyway.

He scratched his head and walked out of the room to see if anyone was awake. To his surprise, he was the first one up. He grunted and walked over to the kitchen to get a cup of water. He turned to look at the couch to see you and Aizawa sleeping there.

He clicked his tongue and his bright blue eyes examined how Aizawa's one arm was on top of you and holding your little hand. Both of you sleeping with your chests against the couch.

Your cat toy was on the floor, but it seemed you didn't care, too busy enjoying Aizawa's warmth.

Tora scoffed, walking to the balcony to look at the early morning streets. "These people.." he inhaled the fresh air. "...are way too clingy."

It was a Saturday and you had nothing to do. So they decided it would be nice to go out for a walk.

So Aizawa thought it would be cute if you wore the red jumper dress that Kayama had gotten you.

"A little big..." he hummed as he looked at the dress that went past your knees. "Let's see if I can fix it with a belt." He got the belt with a cat buckle and started to fix up your dress. After a while, he moved back with a small satisfied look, "That looks better."

You looked at your little attire. A red jumper dress, white sweater, black leggings and brown boots.

"Let's tie your hair." He got your long white hair and tried out the new hairstyle he learned from the girls from his class. He tied your hair into a pony tail and making a neat ribbon behind.

You looked at him as he gave you a small smile muttering "nice."

You walked out of the room to see how Tora was wearing clothes that fitted him nicely. Shohei was in his usual patterned hoodies.

Both boys turned to look at you and both ended up blushing at your cuteness.

"What do you think?" Aizawa asked, sounding rather proud at how adorable you looked.

Tora looked speechless while Shohei examined you further. "I think you're missing this!" He places a cat pin on your ribbon, "purrr- fect!"

Tora rolled his eyes while Aizawa chuckled lightly. You looked at them in curiosity.

I apologize if there's no shading... this was an old doodle... and I changed up the hair a bit...

"You look pretty." Tora gave you a small smile, to assure you.

You looked at him with curious eyes. "Pretty?" You looked up at Aizawa and he nodded in agreement.

"Look, an Ice cream truck." Aizawa pointed. The three of you looked at him weirdly, not knowing what it was.

Aizawa sighed, "let's go and buy some, so you can try it." He motioned for you to follow as he walked over to the truck.

He was the one who picked out the icecream since none of you knew what it was. "Try it." He handed you guys the ice cream.

You looked at the (favorite flavor) ice cream in curiosity, looking up at Aizawa to see him licking on his own ice cream. You did the same, stopping at how cold it was yet how amazingly flavorful the cool treat was. It melted in your mouth. You enjoyed it.

"Oh Jesus." Shohei practically moaned at the taste. Aizawa held back the laugh at his son's euphoric look.

Tora was somewhat drooling at the sweet taste of the treat.

The two boys looked so satisfied while they ate. They were ecstatic at the cold sweet treat.

"Looks like you're gonna have to get me more of these motherfuckers." Aizawa motioned to the ice cream with a small smile, looking at how amazed you three were.

The ice cream man just chuckled, finding your reactions amusing.

"Can we go in there?" Shohei asked, looking at the convenient store. "I hear some of the class say they hang out there... just wondering what's so nice about it."

Aizawa chuckled. Sometimes he forgot how new to the world his kids were. "Sure, but don't get your hopes up." He led the way in. "Its just a convenient store." It sounded boring, but once you three got in, all gasping at the many rows of shelves filled with different things.

"This is so cool!" Shohei smiled, walking to the nearest shelf and looking at the items displayed.

You and Tora followed after, going through every isle to see what that looked cool.

Aizawa just followed behind, keeping an eye on the both of you just to avoid having strangers accidentally scare you.

You were slowly adjusting to people, which was good. You were still tense towards them, but at least you didn't freak out anymore.

"If you want anything, you can place them here." Aizawa showed you the plastic basket he had. "We can buy it if you want." He smiled a bit. Shohei's eyes sparkled in joy, Tora gave a small smirk as you just looked up at him innocently.

Shohei did most of the picking, you two just walked around with Aizawa not too far.

"Books." You pointed over to the magazine section. Tora looked over to where you pointed and hummed. You both walked over there to look at it.

"They're magazines." He told you, looking around and stopping at the comic section. "Hey look-" you turned to see the one he held. "It's Aizawa." He smiled at you softly, giving you the little book before wandering off to look at other magazines. You smiled and hugged it before following Tora.

Aizawa had also started looking through the magazines. He was looking at the ones related to cooking, seeing if he could get any ideas for dishes he could have you guys try.

His eyes stopped on a cute cat magazine. You'd probably like that. He smiled and got it, flipping through the pages before deciding to try and show you. "Hey kid-"

His eyes widened as he saw you two looking through that section. You were both looking at the sexy cover pictures of half naked men and women.

"Hey look." Tora pointed to a lady in a very revealing lace attire and had cat ears. "She's wearing a cat costume."

"Yo-you kids shouldn't be looking through here." He said nervously, getting you two away from the R-rated section. His face was red as he push the two of you the isle where they had little toys and candies on display. Aizawa had his hand in his burning face.

After a few more minutes, Aizawa lined up to pay for the items they got. As he neared the counter, Tora remembered something.

"Hey, can I go and add one more thing?"

"Sure, just make it quick." Tora nodded, running off as you followed behind.

You stopped at a certain isle with the cheap jewelry. He gave you a blue bracelet while he had a red on in hand.

"I-I just wanted to... say..." he looked into your curious eyes. "Can... we.. be friends?" His tiger ears hung lowly, looking away as you looked at him in surprise. "I know I've done some wrong and... well basically gave you trauma... but can we.. be friends?"

You kind of understood why he'd think that, especially with what he had done before. Gave a small smile, mutations popping out and tail wagging slightly.

You gave him a sweet smile. "Fri-ends." You giggled at his blushing shocked face.

The moment was broken by two older kids. "Eww." One said, making the two of you turn to them.

"A pussy and a mutt." Their tone was mocking and rather hostile, you hid behind Tora as you frowned. Tora glared at them.

"Look at them... all lovey dove-y." One sneered. "As if anyone would love mutants like you.

Tora clicked his tongue. "Mutation haters" he barely whispered, but you had caught it.

He was knowledgable about those who alienated those with mutations, specifically animal-related quirk. Always stereotyped to act like their animal or 'uncivilized' due to having such quirks.

There were news from other countries of the 'racism' in quirks. Always seeing those with animal relations as lower.

You didn't know it, but you were insecure about how you looked. You didn't know the term for it, but you didn't really like the scars you had gained or the mutations you had- which you often display since its a lot more comfortable than keeping them hidden.

You didn't like like your scars, especially since the people from the lab were the ones who gave you those scars. You often hid them under the many sweaters you and Aizawa bought.

You held you tears as Tora growled at them. Both understanding that they were not that bad of a threat to take action, but enough to be tense and alert.

"Back off, fatso." Tora growled at the one who called you ugly.

"What are ya gonna do? Bite me?" He countered. "Stupid ears and tails. Bet the mutt got that ugly scar on its face from a street fight." He and his friends laughed as you just looked down, letting you bangs hide your face.

Tora's eye twitched. He didn't like this, especially since he was the reason you had that scar. He placed it on you. If he didn't, maybe none of this would be happening.

"Mutt."

"Freak."

"Animal."

He clenched his fist and his teeth were gritted. He took a step forward, ready to end them, but you gripped his shirt. You didn't want any violence. You didn't want to hurt anyone, even if they were bullying you.

Tora turned to you and sighed, nodding. He turned for both of you to leave, but the other kid stepped on your tail, making you yelp.

"Aww does you tail hurt, mutt?" He placed more weight on it and you just had to remember Aizawa's words to you about not using your quirk on others, not until it was a life or death situation. "Look! The mutt's gonna cry!" They mockingly laughed at the both of you.

"Hey, dad's waiting-" Shohei stopped himself when he saw the older kids bullying the two of you. He looked down to see how your tail was being stepped on by one of the kids. He saw Tora turn to him with death written in his eyes.

"Just say the word, and I'll make sure the bodies will never be found." Tora said as he looked up at Shohei. He would have agreed if he didn't know better.

Shohei shook his head. He pulled you closer to him, your tail pulled out of the boy's feet and making him lose balance.

"Ah! What the fuck?" The boy glared up at Shohei, who towered over them with a threatening look.

"Aren't you being unfair?" His voice filled with venom. "Picking on smaller kids?"

The fat kid that seemed to be the leader looked up with a glare as well. "Who the fuck are you suppose to be?" He had a taunting tone. "Their owner?"

Shohei chuckled, giving them a dark look as he leaned closer to the boy. "I'm the reason why you'll be six feet under-" his eyes glowed blue as he gave a dark grin, "-if you don't learn how to hold that tongue of yours." He took a step forward as the three stumbled back in fear.

His hair started to float up as his eyes glowed a bright blue, but they held dark intents. "Leave my sister alone. Don't you even try to tell anyone... unless you want me to hunt you down."

They gasped in fear and scrambled away. Shohei shook his head as he turned to see you in tears. Tora was trying to comfort you, but he didn't really know how.

"Give them to dad." Shohei told Tora as he gestured to the bracelets.

He gave him the 'I'll handle it' look. The younger boy nodded and left to go to Aizawa.

Shohei placed a hand on your shoulder as he watched you traced the scar on your face. "(Y/n)." He gently got you hand and replaced it with his, making you look at him. "Don't ever listen to people like them." He told you with a smile. "They just suck." He moved your hair away from your face to look at you more. "You are the prettiest little girl I've ever seen."

You wanted to smile at that, but you were just a hurt little girl, so you turned away. You removed the ribbon and the ponytail that Aizawa had done and let you hair fall to your face as you hung you head lowly.

"(Y/n)-" you walked out of the isle and to where Aizawa was. Shohei sighed and got the ribbon with the cat pin and followed behind.

Aizawa had just finished paying and was waiting as the items were being packed. He saw you with your hair down and a little messy. You looked sad.

"Hey, honey." He got down to your height, a hand out to pat you. "What's wrong? What happened to your hair?" You just frowned a little more, avoiding his worried gaze. He looked up to see Shohei darkly glaring at the group of younger boys that trembled back at the mere sight of him.

His son turned to him with an angered expression and instantly Aizawa knew.

Aizawa shook his head and sighed. Kids these days. He patted your head and got you hand as he, Tora and Shohei divided the work of carrying the bags.

Walking out of the store and into the street, you were quiet and unenthusiastic, opposing to how you were before.

Aizawa tried to cheer you up by comforting you, or by finding a topic you'd like, but you were stuck looking at your free hand that had some scars.

As you neared home, it started to drizzle. This kind of distracted you.

You kind of liked rain. It was refreshing and calming to listen to.

Aizawa brought out a big enough umbrella for the four of you to stay under. It slightly lightened your mood when you hopped on puddles and Aizawa would join you from time to time, just stomping to make small splashes.

Meow

You stopped in your tracks to look at a pile of boxes in a small alley way.

"Kid?" Aizawa raised a brow.

You, being a rather curious child, let go if his hand and walked over to the boxes, not even caring in you got wet. You worried that it might be a poor kitten getting wet from the rain.

"(Y/n), you might-"

"Kitty." You muttered loud enough for them to hear as you bent down to hug the cat. You hugged onto the quite big black cat. It was a strange cat.

You turned to them with a smile. You were sweetly smiling at then as you hugged on the cloudy looking dark cat.

They would be awing if they weren't so worried at how the cat looked and how it practically looked like a dark mist.

"Uhh Mochi..."

You looked at Aizawa with a really excited and happy look, one he hasn't seen ever since the therapy incident. "Daddy.... can... can we ke-ep?" Aizawa wasn't exactly too sure of it. It was a really really weird cat, but you looked so happy... He didn't really want to make you frown any more, but the cat looks suspicious.

"Hey Sho! Look at this poor little kitty!" Aizawa stared at her as she picked up the grey cat.

"(Y/n)... its a dirty cat." He told his girlfriend as she childishly hugged the rained on kitten.

"Look at it, Sho!" She pouted as she brought the kitten near him. "He's soaking wet! I can't just leave him here!" She smiled when it meowed. "You, little cutie, are going to have a new hone with us!" She hugged the wet little cat as it meowed shakily. "I'll name you, Smokey!"

The genuine smile and excitement in her eyes made it hard for him to say no to the wet grey kitten his girlfriend joyously named Smokey.

Aizawa blinked a few times, looking at you as you snuggled your face to its misty looking head. He sighed then gave you a small smile, "Sure, honey." He outstretched a hand for you to get, "Now come on or you'll both get wet."

"Dad are you sure that bringing that thing is the best idea?" Shohei asked, gesturing to you and the misty cat on the couch with Tora sitting at a distance as he eyed the cat suspiciously.

Aizawa shrugged, he was a bit concerned, but it looked nice and harmless. "Doesn't look too hostile." He hummed a bit as he thought, "but I guess bringing it to the vet wouldn't be too bad."

You just picked up a cat that had inherited a quirk. How lucky of you to just suddenly pick up that cat.

The vet said it had some sort of mutation that makes it appear to have a misty or cloudy look and feel. It could probaby teleport itself around and maybe even be able to shape-shift, but that was still a guess seeing how rare it was to get an animal with a quirk.

"So... what are you going to name it?" Tora asked you as it meowed a little louder. His ears flicked in annoyance, as he jealously stared at how you hugged it.

Shohei looked at it, "he is loud for a cat."

"What about misty?"

"Or Smoke." Shohei suggested. "So Smoke and Smokey."

Aizawa shook his head, "that's too confusing."

They looked at you as you looked out the window and at the dark cloudy sky. You then looked back at your new cat. "Cloud." You muttered. "Cloud." You said a little louder, smiling at them.

Aizawa nodded in approval. Tora just shrugged, ears flicking in annoyance at every loud meow the cat made.

"Cloud is pretty loud, huh?" Shohei laughed to himself at the little rhyme he made.

Tora cringed at him.

Shohei smiled and sat beside you. "I dub thee, Loud Cloud!" He grabbed the cat from you and raised it to the air as he horribly started singing the lion king theme.

Aizawa raised a brow at the name, watching as Shohei started muttering 'ow's as the cat struggled to get down.

He watched you all laughing at Shohei clumsily dropping the cat back down as it meowed at him loudly.

"I think its cursing at you." Tora laughed.

Aizawa smiled a bit at the innocent joy you three had at the moment. He stared at the cat and at the rather familiar cloudy properties it had as a mutation.

"Loud Cloud, huh?"
