Aizawa looked at the two of you sleeping on the bed cozily. His eyes gazing at you then at Shohei as he sat by his workspace with only the lamp to light up all the papers and books he had on his table.
His dark eyes lingered at the boy as he sat on his work desk, scribbling things down while also trying to finish grading his students.
"Shohei... Shirakumo... Age: 13... Quirk..." flashes of the moments in the mall and how Shohei had fought had stuck itself in Aizawa's memories.
He's seen that before. He's seen his mother do the same. Exactly the same.
The hair, the eyes and the way he generated those glowing blades. He had everything that his mother had, but he didnt really resemble her as much.
"Quirk: Energy Manipulation."
Aizawa had been told to take note and journalize about the two of you since neither of you had any data sheet with you. Unlike Hoshiko, you had no information sheet to go by.
"(Y/n)..." Aizawa was slightly proud of the name he had given you. He just hoped you'd like it too. "(Y/n)...no last name.... age... probably 4 years old... Quirk is still unknown."
He sighed and looked over at the two of you again.
There is still so much to uncover

"With the incident in the mall, I think its better if you don't leave them at home." Nezu said as he, Aizawa, Yamada, Kayamaand as well as Tsukauchi were having a little meeting of their own in the teacher's lounge.
After the incident had been shown in the news, you, Shohei and Hoshiko were starting to get a little more attention than expected. They expected attention, yes, but not that much. It wasn't really suppose to be a big deal when teens try to be heroes and protect others since it is common seeing as majority aspire to be heroes, but they didn't expect that the media would recognize the three of you one of the few survivors of the destruction that happened days (maybe week and a half) back.
"What are you suggesting then, Principle Nezu?" Yamada, who had also grown concerned and worried every time he left Hoshiko at home alone. He actually started leaving her at Aizawa's place just so that she'd be with someone the whole day instead of being alone.
Nezu, who had learned about the three of you and your situations ever since you started to live with Aizawa, thought for a moment. He looked at the teachers and Tsukauchi, who was there to help make a decision.
"How about they stay here?" Everyone raised a brow to question him. "I think its just right for them to be here, they need protection from villains that might target them again and where else is a better place than the place where you two are at?" He tilted his white furred head. "And its the perfect opportunity for the two teens, Shohei and Hoshiko, to learn and be further educated... don't you think?"
Aizawa and Yamada looked at each other, nodding before turning back to their principle. "Yes, but where exactly-"
"We can place them in your class." Nezu cut Aizawa off. "With the mall incident, and their past actions before they started living with you, I think they're very much qualified to be in the hero course... maybe a few private lessons to further catch up... not unless you have a reason to oppose."
"That'll be up to the teens then." Aizawa sighed, unsure if the two would actually want to go train to become heroes that constantly risk their lives.
"If ever they do not want to be in the Heroic Department, we can always have them be in any other class they prefer." Nezu assured, "Now for the little girl, she can stay in the lounge and maybe have private tutoring there. Or if she prefers to be by your side, I'll allow having you bring her to class, as long as she in watched over properly."
Nezu was always a considerate principle, and having him say such made Aizawa more thankful to work under someone like him.

"So... this is where Mr. Shouta works." Shohei, after being told the 100th time to call Aizawa, Shouta, looked around the cafeteria, where they told the three of you to stay since the faculty was pretty noisy and the students were all in class so there wasn't anyone in the mess hall.
Hoshiko hummed, seeing some students pass by. "You think there'll be some hotties here?" Shohei gave her a glare as she laughed, "Jeez, I'm joking!" She hit Shohei's back, in which he wince since he's got a fresh wound there. "Oh shit! I'm sorry!" He shot her another glare, an offended look on his face.
"Language!" He told her as he looked at you, who watched the few students pass by. "Don't want Mochi to-"
"Your dad says Shit and Fuck a lot of times, Sho." She told him as he went red.
"Did you say dad-"
"Yeah, I mean technically we're their kids now." She shrugged. "They took us in, cared for us, brought us stuff and actually protected us when something bad happened... if that isn't love for family, don't know what is."
"Yeah I know that, but calling them dad-"
"Its weird, but technically they are our dad. We never really had one and calling them uncle makes it weirder than father, don't you think?" She looked like she was making a point, brows up with pursed lips. "Plus it kinda sounds disrespectful to call them by their first names."
Shohei agreed silently, scratching his head. "Yeah, but calling them Daddy's weird."
"Only if you've got a dirty mind, then it's weird."
There was an awkward silence for a moment. You were curiously examining the mess hall, taking in what Aizawa said to about what school was. As usual, he assured that you guys were safe and that no one was going to get hurt.
After the incident in the mall, you were pretty wary of his words, but you still trusted him, just not too much when he starts talking about big crowded places again.
"Oh! Looks like we've got visitors!" You quickly hid behind Shohei as you heard the loud cheerful voice. You peaked to see a blonde kid, much taller and bigger than Shohei. He was with a blue haired girl and a dark haired boy who shied behind them. "Hello! What brings you to UA?"
Shohei, being the nearest, gave a nervous smile, scratching his head. "We're uh... we're..." he turned to Hoshiko, who was the more sociable one.
She rolled her eyes, then gave the guy a bright smile, "Name's Hoshiko! We're not entirely sure why we were brought here!" She said enthusiastically even when her answer was weird.
"Oh really? Who brought you here?"
"Our guardians." She flashed another bright smile. "They're talking to the principle about somethin' but they said they'll be back before lunch time."
"Its is lunch." The blonde boy said, he noticed your wary look and ended up cracking a smile your way.
"I'm Shohei, nice to meet you." Shohei formally brought a hand out as the blond boy laughed, shaking it.
"Nice to meet ya!"
He smiled at you but you weren't sure if you could trust him. You didn't know him and he just randomly came up to the three of you. You were pretty much disappointed in the two teens cause you remembered the words Aizawa had said before you went to the mall: 'Don't talk to strangers.'
Why were they entertaining the stranger? You were uncomfortable with how he was staring at you with the big grin, so you outstretched an arm to slightly lift him.
"Oh?" He looked amused as he was gently dragged backwards and away from the three of you. The girl with blue hair gasped in amazement as the dark haired boy just stepped back, unsure of what to feel.
Shohei and Hoshiko looked at you with shock before you gently placed the man down.
"Why'd you do that, Mochi?" Shohei discovered a new dessert and he had officially made that your nickname; Mochi.
You looked at him then back at the smiling man, "S-stranger." You gestured, pretty much trying to make him recall what Aizawa had said. "N-no... no talk... stranger."
The blond boy heard you and laughed loudly, hitting his forehead before turning to look at the three of you. "I'm so sorry!" He grinned. "You're right! I'm a complete stranger! I'm Togata Mirio! Nice to meet you!" His blue eyes staring into yours.
You were still reluctant to trust him. Just because you knew his name didn't mean you'd trust him. You needed Aizawa's assurance for that.
"And what's your name, little missy?" He slowly took a step, maybe getting that you were a bit shy and anti-social, like a certain friend of his.
You looked at him warily, but he had almost the same warmth and comfort he had in his eyes like Yamada. Sure he was loud, but he reminded you of Yamada.
"N-name...." You muttered shyly. Unknow to you, Aizawa, Yamada and Kayama were hiding and eagerly waiting to say your name. Shohei and Hoshiko, as well as Mirio and Nejire were interested as well, Tamaki was just there standing, waiting for your name so that they can get back to class. "N-na-ame is... kid."
"Kid?" Mirio tilted his head in curiosity. He felt a hand and he turned to see Aizawa, who seemed a bit disappointed. "Oh, Aizawa sensei! Did you know we-"
"Yes, I'm the one who brought them here." He cut him off. He looked at you as he went down to your side, "For the last time, kid, you're name isn't-"
"I-it's kid." Aizawa wanted to hit himself for constantly calling you that. Now you were stuck thinking that was your name.
But he didn't know that you were purposely telling Mirio that your name was kid, you knew it wasn't, it was your way of saying 'I don't know you yet.'
He gave you a sad smile, patting you're head, he sighed and got up and turned to Mirio. "We'll be going now, Mirio. See you." He gave the boy a pat before gesturing the three of you to follow him to the faculty.
You walked beside Aizawa as he held a rather guilty look. He was nibbling on his lower lip, something he does when he's thinking.
"I-I know..." You said, making him look at you. "I-I know... I know my name." You tried to make him feel better, but he didn't get it and just gave you a small sad smile, patting your head and bringing you into the faculty.
"You guys stay here." He gestured to the three teacher's desks, which was his, Yamada's and Kayama's. "I'll just go and call the principle, he'll be meeting you."
You felt bad for making Aizawa sad. It was obvious the way he frowned, and his heavy sigh made you anxious. You dont want him to be upset with you and you now regretted saying your name was kid.
Just as Aizawa said, Nezu walked in, a small white stout giving you all a warm smile and welcoming you to UA.
"Its been a while since I lst saw you three... you've changed a lot.. and I hope its for the better." He smiled at you three.
Hoshiko and Shohei introduced themselves, getting a warm hand shake by the principle, and now it was your turn to introduce yourself.
You didn't know him, you weren't sure if you could trust him. You were planning on saying that your name was Kid again, but you remembered Aizawa's frown, the way he sighed and the slight disappointment in his eyes.
"na-name is..."
"Nezu, sir, she-"
"N-na-ame is (y/n)."
Pretty much everyone there, all of the teachers watched there in awe as you hugged your stuffed cat, hiding your face when you felt like there was a bit too much attention.
"K-kid."
You shook you head and looked at Aizawa, "(Y/n)." You tilted your head, your eyes somehow smiling for you rather than your mouth.
He was never going to admit it, but he was proud as well. He wanted to go and yell it to the world that you've actually accepted the name he had given you, after countless times of convincing you and teaching you at home, he finally got you to say your own name. The name he carefully thought off.
You looked at Nezu, a smile on his face as it seems he too found you to be the cutest human child he's met. "Well, (Y/n), nice to meet you, I am Principle Nezu." He brought out a hand, or a paw, for you to shake. You slowly took it, letting him do the shaking. "I hope you enjoy staying here in UA."
Hoshiko leaned over to Shohei, who seemed to still be stuck at the moment you adorably said your name fo the entire UA staff, and asked:Â "Is she alright?"
"What?"
"I don't think she's our little Mochi-... I mean she is- its just that she-"
"Don't ruin the moment, Hoshi." Shohei shushed as he watched you slightly bowed at Nezu before the mouse turned to Aizawa and Yamada.
"I'll be expecting an answer by tomorrow or a day after." He waved off and went to do his work as the teachers all did as well, holding back their urge to get to know you more and earn your trust.
Aizawa had decided to keep you in the faculty for the mean time, seeing as he still had to make sure his class was ready for you. He wan't going to let you adjust, hell his students had to adjust for you.
The entire staff knew what you went through, to prevent certain incidents from happening, and to make sure your stay in the faculty was smooth, especially since Aizawa might be too busy.
Aizawa was yet to discuss to the two about the whole becoming a 'UA student thing.' He decided it would be best while they ate.
"Let's have lunch."
||
The cafeteria was somewhat filled with students, which Aizawa made sure to find a perfect spot that was less noisy and less visible to the students, to prevent gaining further attention, as it seems you were a magnet of attention with just how cute and petite you were.
Aizawa, who had made you two lunch because he was pretty sure you weren't going to eat anything unfamiliar, handed the bento box he worked so hard to learn how to wrap in that stupid cloth.
Yamada and Kayama knew if they teased in right in front of you or Shohei, they'd be dead. So they just giggled and gave Aizawa a teasing look as he opened the box for you.

Now they really wanted to tease him. God the food he just made was adorable and it was so hard to believe that he, a scruffy hero that honestly looked homeless, made that for the adorable little girl- that no one will probably ever believe- lived with him.
"I know that look," Aizawa glared at the two, making them tense, "Shut up... not a word, got it?"
Hoshiko, the born tease and jokester she was, tilter her head and looked at the box. "Can you make me some too?" She pouted innocently, "I'm starting to want to live with you more than with Dad."
"Oi! That's-tha's so offensive! I thought-"
"I liked you music and all the cool things you do, but you honestly suck at cooking!" She crossed her arms as she eyed your meal. You, being the sweet heart you were, pushed it forward and let her get one.
To say the least, Aizawa was more motivated to learn how to cook now that he had you and Shohei.
His proud little moment broke when he heard a familiar feminine squeal from afar. Mina Ashido. He shrunk back and tried his best to use himself to hide you for god knows what she'll do once she sees you.
"Mr. Aizawa!" The other voice he hoped he'd never hear at the moment called. Izuku Midoriya. Jesus, he's been asking about how you were, emailing Aizawa constantly. "Hey! Its the kid-"
"Move it nerd!" Bakugou moved passed Midoriya and walked over to Aizawa's table.
Why is it when I don't want them around, they always seem to be needing me?! Aizawa grunted looking up at Bakugou, who gripped a paper bag. "Yes, what is it Bakugou?"
"Sir, I heard that the little brat was with you." Aizawa's eye twitched when he called you a brat because you were far from it, but also because somehow, his students figure it out that he was caring for you. "Ain't gonna do anything fishy, just give this to her." He brought out the paper bag and Aizawa took it, but gave him a confused look. "My mom wanted me to give it to her." He turned around to walk away only to hear Aizawa chuckle.
"Bakugou." The blonde student turned around and saw you, shyly peaking.
"Leaving without letting the kid say thank you?" Aizawa raised a brow and gestured him to come back.
He did and looked at you, holding his cold 'scary' exterior.
"B-baku-go... t-tha-ank...y-you."
And that's how Katsuki Bakugou died.
Just kidding, but he felt like going to heaven. He hid his blush, turning around and stomping away, just giving a shy wave to you muttering, "whatever, damn brat."

After getting a tour around the place by the three teachers, it was time to head home and rest.
"Have you thought of your offer." Aizawa raised a brow as they entered their home. "You want to be in my class?"
"Why not?" Shohei gave the man a smile. "Ever since you explained to us your job as a hero, I've kind of wanted to become one myself."
"Yeah?"
"Yeah." He sat on the couch as Aizawa removed his scarf and long sleeve, revealing several scars on his arms, sides and back. "Its a risk to your own safety, but if I could prevent what happened to me and (Y/n) to other people... it would be all worth it."
He thought of it and smiled, his smiled grew when he saw Aizawa intently listening to him, "This might sound weird, but... I guess there no better time that the present, right?."
Shohei chuckled lowly, looking away, "I want to be a hero just like you.... you're helped me and Mochi so much... I don't know where we'd be or if we'd actually still be alive if it weren't for your help."
Aizawa was holding back the proud dad tears as he listened to the kid talk.
"So given a chance to be in the Heroics department and having to learn under you... it's like the best thing that could happen to me." Shohei looked up with glossy eyes. "It's all thanks to you, dad-"
His eyes widened as he bit his lip.
"No wait-"
He was cut off by a tight hug from Aizawa. He couldn't see it, but there were tear in the hero's eyes as he just hugged the kid he saw as his own son.
"Thanks kid."
Hello! If you've notice the "[ADD IMAGE HERE]" at the very start it means I will be adding the art soon.
Actually its something I want to discuss...
So since there will be revisions to the story, of course there would be different scenes as well as maybe old scenes with art to depict it and I just want to know your insight about it... would you rather that I publish the chapter early with the "[ADD IMAGE HERE]" there to indicate that I'll be updating it soon, just publishing early for you all so that there wouldn't be much of a wait or
Are you willing to wait for each chapter with the drawings? Because I'm a bit caught up with school so I won't be able to draw or write as much...
I'll just leave it up to you!
Have quicker published chapters that will still need to be updated later in the future for the art
Or
Wait for the chapter that already has the art?
Anyways, as always, I hope you enjoyed this chapter and the over all story!
Thank you for taking the time to read this story
And see you on the next chapter!
