Chapter 116 of 164

Draining dream

☆Faith☆ (A Series Of Poems)103 words~1 min read

Maybe you're perfectly crafted in my mind

The rough edges become smoothed out with time

Your responses are not realistic, but dreamy

Your feelings of reciprocation are stated clearly

A carefully set out plot and resolution

We get back to the dorm and our chatter is fervent

I invite you out to eat, we vow to be friends, we both get hooked in, the dream always ends with a kiss

A repetitive calming nature

You laying beside me feels nice

But I know these feelings aren't working

I should move on before I let another fantasy drain me of life
