Ayaan POV

Getting inside our bedroom I found Neha sleeping, facing other side. I walked to the other side of bed where she is lying.

How anyone can sleep with statue position? Her eyes are closed tightly. Does she pretending like she done today early morning? That makes me chuckle. Sometimes, I don't understand her. Now childish at the very end and sometimes way too mature and a feminist.

Anyway, she can't sleep holding her stupid teddy. One day I will kill that thing.

Taking the laptop that is placed on the night stand I stood on my side of the bed. I don't feel like sitting so I layed down but laptop! God!

Closing the laptop I took a minute nap on the bed by closing my eyes. Suddenly I felt a flow of air in front of my closed eyes and some movements on the bed. Neha, she is really something.

If she can pretend sleeping, I too can. But not closing eyes tightly. I once fallen in love with her because of her brave action and feminist thought. Now I am craving for her love due to her childish cute acts. I know, I am going to discover the more in her.

Even though her classes will start after two months, I need to catch that fellow. If he doesn't show up by himself, then I am gonna makes trap to him for showing himself. It is best to catch hik before her classes.

The eagerness in finding the culprit who is a threat to Neha wakes me up quickly regardless of my laziness. I walked to the nearby table and started my work. His days are counting!

I should tell Neha about that man, she knows better. She was once voiced against him at the court. That makes her his enemy. If I didn't tell her, she act cool. But according to her character I should not tell her now, she will pretend more brave. She won't think about her, but about her family.

Suddenly my laptop went black and a message popped up,

'Take care of your pretty wife before I take her away'

What the F***!, I pressed almost all the button and after some time the message disappeared giving me a very well hint that my system is hacked.

"Hello Arjun, are you there? " I called my colleague cum friend.

"Tell me Ayaan? What made you call me this late night?"

"My system got hacked and I got a threatening message. Can you hack it back? " I asked.

"This midnight? I was sleeping like dead. I don't think so, I can. "

"Whatever, your bonus for this month is gone. " Before I hang up the call, I heard his begging.

"Ayaan please. I will do anything now. Send me your ip address please. " He begged.

When the time hit 2.30am I gone to bed. Yeah, Neha is sleeping really. She is sleeping unknowing the world with half opened mouth and hugging that stupid teddy closely.

Feeling furious I took that teddy from her holding and thrown to the table.

'You teddy, don't dare to touch my wife'. I scolded it in my mind and now I am getting some peace.

Before slumber took me Neha hugged me tightly and placed her head on my chest. She is really something. I want to see how will she act tomorrow.

But it is not good to hug me like that. Neha, you are testing my patience.

Once upon a time

Chanting this, I fallen asleep.

Hearing the alarm sound at early 6.30 am. I woke up, only to find Neha still laying above me and sleeping peacefully.

don't know why, but I am feeling so desperate to tease her.

"Neha" I called slowly on her ear.

"Two minutes. " She is still sleeping.

"Why are you hugging me? " I asked after tucking her hair behind ear.

"Me? When? " Her eyes are now wide open. I felt like laughing. Enduring my laugh somehow I asked,

"Then what are you doing? " I am being innocent. She was looking at me from sometime, yesterday too, she was looking at my face. Was she admiring me?

My question shook her and she stood up immediately after adjusting her T shirt.

She is not looking at me. It is rare to find her like this.

Suddenly she is searching something on the bed. Oh my God her stupid teddy. When her glance reached the nearby table where I thrown it away, I suddenly decided to go to washroom. My fierce cat will kill me anytime.

"Ayaan, stop it. " Within no time she hold my hand.

"Was it you who thrown my PinkY there? " She is intimidating. But she is so cute.

"I didn't see your Pinky. Was that missing? " I asked like I don't know anything.

"It's Pink Y not any Pinky, understand. "

"Yeah your PinkY." She is really something.

"I am asking question. Was that you or not? " She left my hand and placed it on her hip.

"Yes." There is no way out.

"It is because of you, we slept in that position. " She is terrifying. I am thankful because of teddy and her habit for hugging something.

"Why did you done that?" She again. She won't stop it, it seems.

"It was me. Because.. " I walked to her and lowered my head to her ear and whispered, "I don't like anyone to hug my wife other than me."

She is still in shock. She didn't expect this reply from me. Her ears turned red so as her cheeks. She hiccups suddenly. That made me chuckle.

Getting my dress from closet I walked to washroom but still she is standing at the same position. Turning my head to her I said, " Arsha will be anytime soon for your defense class. Get ready fast and go to workout room. "

She still looks at me amusingly. "As you asked, I have to go to my office. Prithvi and Aman should be here. So don't worry. " I closed the door when she turned her face to opposite side.

After getting fresh up I don't found Neha anywhere. I headed to kitchen to check any left overs are there. But there is nothing. After ordering breakfast from outside for ourselves I heard some giggling and laughing.

That's from Fahad's room. Both are on his mobile. I entered the room and asked, "didn't you go for class? "

"That person named Arsha didn't arrived. " She responded.

"Aren't you going? " She asked

"Where are you going? " Fahad too.

"At office and I will go after eating breakfast. I ordered food. " I replied both of them.

"Then Ayaan come, let's play Ludo. " She winced.

"Playing and me? " I asked. I am not a kid. I am an investigating officer.

"Ayaan come. " She dragged me and made me sit on the bed. If this game makes us close then that's good enough for me.

Defeating us Fahad worn the crown.

"Should I lighten firecrackers for celebrating my victory. " Fahad is in another world .

"Since you are young, I failed deliberately. " Neha lied.

"Me too. Don't you know if I made my mind I will win anyway. " I too lied. But Fahad is not seeming like buying out lies.

"The cries of defeated. " He laughed.

"Stop it. " Neha yelled.

We both looked at her like what now.

"Did you see my lip balm? " She asked looking both of us. Me and Fahad laughed out loud. Why she thought that we will use her lip balm?

Before her another yelling Aman knocked the door.

"Arsha mam had come. " He announced.

Third person POV

"Naina di, I am going. " Noora pouted standing on the front door holding her bag.

"Go." Naina suppressing her smile.

"Mom, I am going. " Noora again pouted.

"Just go Noora. Enough of your tantrums " Laila scolded her.

"I know no one loves me. If Neha di is here, she must stand with me. " Noora took her another weapon.

"Yeah, if she is here, she must drop you at tution class because she knows you very well." Naina replied.

"Mom and di. Where is Dad. I want to see him last time. " She looked at them with puppy eyes.

"She sounds like she gonna die. Jus go. " Laila said to getting another pout.

"I didn't studied for the test paper. " Noora told the truth finally.

"Didn't I told you not to play with phone the entire time? I must break that phone " Laila said.

"That's my phone. " Naina yelled with sudden realisation and Noora made a joking face.

"I won't give my phone to you. Never means never. " Naina stated.

"Mummaaaaaa " Noora pouted again.

" My ears Noora. Are you going or need some gift from stick. " Laila asked finally. Hearing the tone from her mom Noora decided to go to tution class pulling a long face.
