Chapter 564
Love After Divorce by BELLA
Chapter 562:
âDonât think that I will forgive you if you fall ill from the rain.â Stella looked at RK and said.
RK looked at Stella without saying a word, as if he hadnât seen Stella for a long time and wanted to pull her to his heart. âYou leave now. Donât come here every day,â Stella said and turned to leave.
RK noticed that Stella was about to go, so he didnât care whether he got wet or not; he directly reached out and hugged her.
âDear, letâs have a talk, okay?â RKâs deep voice entered Stellaâs ears.
âI donât think we have anything to talk about. No, pay attention to your address. I donât want to remind you every time.â Stella broke free from RKâs embrace and turned to look at him.
âStella.â RKâs trembling voice sounded pitiful.
However, Stella, who had been hurt by RK time and again, didnât feel sorry for him at all. All she felt was hatred. âHurry up and leave.â With that, Stella walked away, leaving RK standing alone in the heavy rain.
All of a sudden, RKâs heart ached. He felt lost, as if Stella had left him just like that and would never come back.
However, there was only one thought in RKâs mind: he wouldnât let go of Stella so easily and let her leave him just like that.
When Stella got home, she went back to the window and peeked at RK. She didnât want him to know that she was looking at him.
To be honest, Stella was a little soft-hearted just now, but when she thought of what RK had done before, her heart hardened again.
Perhaps she and RK were not from the same world from the very beginning. If she were stuck in another one day, she would break away from that world and stop herself from being hurt again.
After standing there for a while, Stella felt a little cold. She had just been held by RK, and her clothes were wet. No wonder she felt cold.
Stella returned to her bedroom, took off her coat, lay down on the bed, and told herself not to think about what RK looked like just now. Stella slowly fell asleep.

Later, the rain slowly stopped, and the sun began to rise. As soon as Tristan arrived, he saw RK standing there.
When he saw RKâs wet clothes, he knew that RK had been standing there the whole night. Tristan glanced at him and went upstairs. He didnât talk to RK.
RK looked at Tristan, who was passing by in front of him. He didnât want others to see him down and out. In the end, he got in the car and drove away.
âStella,â he thought. The first thing that came to Tristanâs mind when he saw Stella was whether she knew that RK had been standing downstairs all night.
âWhat?â Stella knew who Tristan was talking about, but she pretended not to know.
âItâs nothing. Hurry up and have breakfast.â Tristan smiled. He felt that he was being very foolish. How could Stella know? She certainly wouldnât know; after all, she had never seen RK when she went out and came home.
Today, Stella noticed something was off with Adrian. He was particularly quiet. Even when Tristan came over, he didnât call him Uncle Tristan affectionately.
After breakfast, Tristan and Stella sent Adrian to school.
Along the way, Adrian didnât say anything. Even when they arrived at the school, he just waved at them and entered the teacherâs office.
At noon, Adrian sat alone on the playground, lost in thought.
It wasnât until Mr. Taylor told him that RK was coming that Adrian moved and followed Mr. Taylor to the school gate. As soon as Adrian stepped out of the school gate, he saw RK standing at the door of the car.
Thinking of what RK and Stella looked like last night, he suddenly felt a lump in his throat and burst into tears.
RK was smiling at Adrian, but when he saw Adrian suddenly burst into tears, he didnât know what to do. He didnât understand why Adrian was crying.
He thought someone was bullying him at school. He strode to him and picked him up. âAdrian, tell me, did someone bully you at school?â RK looked at Adrianâs tears, and his anger rose little by little.
Adrian wiped his tears, shook his head, and pointed to RKâs car.
RK could only listen to Adrian. He walked into the car with him in his arms, opened the door, and placed him inside.
As soon as he sat in the car, he asked Adrian what had happened.
Adrian looked at RKâs face and didnât say anything. He was worried about him.
âDad, you are not sick after getting wet in the rain all night, are you?â As soon as Adrian spoke in his soft voice, RK was stunned.
RK didnât expect Adrian to know that he had been in the rain all night.
Adrian remembered that after Stella came over to cover him with the quilt last night, he didnât cover himself at the beginning. His stomach suddenly hurt a little, so he went to the toilet.
After going to the bathroom, he got a glass of water and went to the window. He looked at the rain outside and saw RK standing in the rain with Stella in his arms, and then Stella pushed him away. Later, when Stella came back, Adrian hurried back to his room. He didnât fall asleep anymore. The next day, when it was just dawn, Adrian ran out and stood by the living room window, looking for RK.
Adrian wanted to go down, but he was afraid that Stella would know, so he didnât go down and just looked at RK.
It wasnât until Tristan came up and RK drove away that Adrian left the window.
That was why Adrianâs mood was not as good as it had been in the past few days. He suddenly felt that RK was very pitiful.
Even if RK had done something wrong before and Stella had not treated him well, he felt sorry for him.
âNo, Dad is in good health.â RK didnât know when Adrian saw him in the rain, but to show that he was not sick, he placed Adrianâs hand on his forehead and told him that he was not sick.
Adrian looked at RKâs serious expression, and his tears welled up again. He wanted to cry again.
Looking at Adrian, RK didnât know how to comfort him. He could only hold him in his arms and pat him on the back.
RK didnât expect Adrian, being a child, to know so much. He didnât expect that Adrian would see him in the rain.
He didnât know how to explain to Adrian, so he could only hold him close.
âDad, do you really love Darling?â Adrianâs question made RKâs hand stop for a moment, and then he nodded.
âYes, I love her very much.â
Adrian didnât say anything. He knew that RK had not treated Stella well in the past because he had lost his memory, and RK had explained it to him.
Originally, Adrian felt that as long as Stella was happy, that would be enough. He knew RK was so kind to Stella, so he had been trying to make Tristan and Stella happy.
But at this moment, he suddenly felt that RK was pitiful. He wanted RK and Stella to be together, so the three of them could be a family.
âAdrian, donât worry. I believe Darling will forgive me.â RK believed that Stella would forgive him. He wouldnât let go of Stella that easily.
Adrian nodded.
Adrian trusted RK. He wouldnât be late to match Stella and Tristan. Although he felt sorry for Tristan, he believed they should compete fairly.
Adrian stretched out his little hand and patted RKâs back.
