Blowing the smoke out my nose, I look over at Billie to see her staring up at the ceiling. "You good?" I ask her as I ash the blunt. She nods her head slowly making me laugh.

Iris and I had the idea to hotbox in the basement. Billie was hesitant to be in the hotbox but she ended up coming. I rolled up like five blunts and we been passing them back and forward. Iris ended up calling Amir who actually wasn't that far to join.

Soon our whole friend group ended up in the basement with us.

Drew and Zoe laid on the giant bean bag in the corner while Iris and Amir were laying on the couch. Billie and I were on our pull out couch to which she was getting very comfortable on.

The rule is who ever breaks the hotbox first got to do a dare.

My bet is on Billie because she never done a hotbox before. We don't even have any water right now and I know she be getting cotton mouth more than any of us.

"Let's play a game." Drew mumbles as she passes the blunt off to Zoe. "What game?" Iris asks her as she smokes the third blunt. Drew ended up bringing three more blunts for us to smoke so we have a total seven blunts in rotation. The quickest rotation ever because damn near everybody got a blunt in their hands.

"How about some good old fashioned truth or dare?" Zoe suggests before she hits two blunts at the same time. Drew and I hype her before Billie shushes me.

"Okay bet." We all sit up and get around the coffee table to play the game. Billie lays her head on my stomach with a goofy smile.

Zoe clears her throat before speaking. "Okay um Iris truth or dare?" She turns her to look at my best friend who looks over at her with extremely low eyes.

I can barely tell if they were even open.

"Truth."

"Boring!" Drew shouts with her head down. She raises her finger in the air and shakes her head. "Boring boring boring"

"Please shut up." Zoe mushes her face and turns back to Iris. "Okay is it true you use to have a crush on Halley?"

Huh?

Iris laughs it off but it is clear on her face that she don't want to answer the question. "When I first met her..yeah" My eyes widened and everyone looks over at me.

"What?" Billie sits up and looks at Iris who shrugs her shoulders.

"That was literal years ago. I think of her as just my best friend now. No feelings over here friend."

Billie hums in response and looks at me, grabbing my chin and pulling my face towards her. "Stop turning everybody gay." She tells me before pushes my head away.

"What? I don't turn motherfuckers gay"

Iris laughs. "You do but not me. Been loving pussy over here just love dick more." Amir looks at her and frowns his face up.

"Be quiet." He tells her and she smiles kissing his cheek. "I love you boo bear." He smacks his teeth and moves his head away.

"Stop calling me that lame ass shit."

"Iris go." Zoe says before passing the blunt to me. I take a hit while Iris looks at everyone as she decides who to pick.

"Okay Drew truth or dare?"

"Dare duh." Drew licks her lips as she exhales the smoke through her nose and clears her throat. "Hit me."

"Okay I dare you to kiss Billie."

I raise a brow at her words and look at Billie who is dancing to no music. She hums a tune and whips her hair as she dances in place. I shake my head at her and turn to Drew who looks at me.

"You her girlfriend so that's up to you."

I shake my head and tap Billie. "Nah it's up to her. It's her lips you touching." I say before I tell Billie the dare.

"Oh kiss Drew Drew?" Billie smiles at her best friend and puckers her lips up before giggling uncontrollably. "Pucker up baby cakes." She says in a silly voice causing all of us to start dying of laughter.

"Jesus Christ" Drew mumbles and moves over to Billie. "You sure you okay with this because I ain't trying to disrespect your boundaries." She says to both of us while I shrug it off and pass the blunt off to Amir, skipping Billie since I know she already too gone right now.

"Kiss me" Billie says excitedly before grabbing Drew's face and smashes her lips against her. Drew's eyes widen in surprise before she pulls away from the kiss. "Muah!" Billie giggles and lets Drew go before cuddling into my arms.

Lord have mercy..

"Yeah I think Bil is finished." Amir laughs uncontrollably before he leans back too far and slams his head on the rug. Iris having watched him hurt himself, busts out laughing.

"Look at your stupid ass." She comments and helps him sit up. "Give me this shit." She says snatching the blunt out his hands. "High ass."

"Okay Amir truth or dare."

"Give me that dare yeahh." He starts throwing up gang signs and I couldn't even try to control my laughter at this point. Billie starts giggling as she sees everyone else laughing and smiles brightly.

"Yeah!" She yells out before falling back on the pull out couch, hugging a pillow as she laughs.

Can't handle the gas I swear

"Maybe we should put this shit out." Zoe says referring to the last three blunts we have left. We finished the other five already and just had three—damn near— roaches left.

"Oh hell no we ain't wasting weed. Give one here." Drew says while I take the other one. Iris, Drew and I finish the roaches before throwing the cones in the ashtray.

"Come on baby let's get you some water." Iris taps Amir's leg before helping him to his feet. Her red eyes indicate how high she is but surprisingly she is having a pretty chill high right now.

I lazily look over at Billie and lick my lips. "I need some damn water." I mumble before standing to my feet as well. I pick Billie up and carry her up the stairs—slowly—behind Iris and Amir. Zoe and Drew follow behind us.

"Walking up stairs while you high makes me feel like fat ass shit." Drew mumbles as she pants lightly. I nod my head in agreement and head straight for the kitchen.

"Ooo I got the munchies!" Zoe suddenly shouts before throwing herself at our pantry.

"Me too!" Amir yells as he grabs some doritos.

"Here baby." I hand Billie a bottle of water before getting myself one. She instantly drowns it and burps softly when she's finished.

"Oh! Oh! Amir and Iris lost!" Billie suddenly shouts making us all look at her. "They broke the hotbox first."

"Oh yeah." Drew chews on a Chewy bar and takes a sip of water. "We can decide a dare tomorrow." She suggests and I nod my head.

"Hey Alexa play Love me by Lil Wayne" Amir randomly shouts to which our Alexa instantly starts playing it. "Here's Love Me by Lil Wayne feat Drake and Future" She says before the music starts blasting.

"Yeah, long as my bitches love me" I rap with Amir making him nod his head at me with a smile.

Billie sits on the counter with me standing between her legs as I face our friends. She wraps her arms around my shoulders from behind and kisses my neck softly.

"I can give a fuck about no hater long as my bitches love me " Drew nods her head to the music as Zoe and her grab snacks from the pantry.

"Nah fuck that. Hey Alexa play Monster by Kanye West!" Iris yells out stuffing a cheezit in Amir's mouth.

"Ooo turn this up!" Zoe says making me roll my eyes. "Yeah and who doing Nicki's part?" I ask them to which they all raise their hands making me laugh.

I tell Alexa to turn the volume up and Billie nods her head to the beat. "Hi baby." I whisper to her as I turn around in her arms to face her. She smiles and pecks my lips a few times before pulling me in for a kiss.

"You so cute mama." I tell her making her giggle cutely. We end up in our own world as we whisper to each other words of affection and smile against each other's lips as we kiss.

Suddenly Billie pushes me away and fully stands up on the counter as Nicki's part comes on. She grabs a spatula as her microphone and begins rapping alongside Nicki while everyone cheers her on.

Drew ends up joining in as she stands up on the counter as well with a metal spoon in her hands as a mic. Iris pulls out her phone to record the two of them as they rap with the song.

Zoe then stands on the counter to say the next part with them and Iris hypes the three of them up. "So let me get this straight" She says faking a confused face before she continues. "wait I'm the rookie?"

"Yes Zo!" Drew cheers as the two of them keep going. Billie ends up tapping out when she starts to forget some of the lyrics due to her not sober mind. I help her down from the counter and carry her in my arms bridal style.

"Forget Barbie Fuck Nicki" Iris says as she sets her phone up to keep recording. "cause she's fake" She stutters out like Nicki.

Amir is slumped on the couch in the living room. I didn't even notice that he left the kitchen until just now.

Billie places kisses alp over my face before giggling making me smile at her."I love you." She tells me before giving me another kiss with a "Muah!"

"Alexa stop!" I yell out in the middle of them finishing up Nicki's verse. "Hey!" They all yell while I just glare at them.

"Take y'all asses to sleep" I tell them with a laugh as I look at the time. It's almost four in the morning.

"So mean." Iris pouts before leaving the kitchen to go over to Amir's passed out self. Zoe and Drew grab some water bottles out the fridge along with their snacks before waving goodnight as they head back downstairs to the pull out couch.

Iris and a half asleep Amir head upstairs to the guest bedroom while I carry Billie upstairs to our room. I laid her down on the bed and help her get her clothes off before heading into the bathroom to take care of my business.

After washing my hands, I leave the bathroom

to find Billie pointing at the ceiling before she lets out a laugh. "Come on baby let's get some sleep." I mumble as I take a moment to look at my eyes. They were very low and red but not as low as Iris'. I don't even bother getting us changed into some pajamas because I knew Billie would just take them off anyways.

She likes sleeping naked now which I don't mind at all.

I laid down beside her in my sports bra and boxers before pulling her body to me. She lays her head on my chest and yawns as her tiredness starts to catch up to her.

"I love you Halley."

"I love you too mama."
