Nine

I was able to avoid Billie for two whole days before she finally showed up at my front door a couple minutes ago. When I opened the door and saw her, I almost slammed it back close from embarrassment.

"Why are you avoiding me?" She asks as she now stands in my living room with her arms crossed over her chest.

"I-I'm not"

She gives me that piercing eye stare and raises an eyebrow making me groan and look away from her quickly. "Because I didn't know Iris posted that video and it's embarrassing that the person who wrote the fucking song heard me sing it" I finally admit and then add "then I also know that person which makes it even more humiliating"

"Halley you shouldn't be embarrassed about that. You have an amazing voice and I loved it especially seeing how you hit that fucking annoying ass high note"

"Yeah Iris said it was apparently a hard note to hit" I say and sit down on the couch.

"Bro I fucking hate that note. I can't hit it anymore which pisses me off because my fans always ask me to sing it"

She sits next to me and sits her feet on my coffee table making me quickly glare at her. "What?" She asks as she looks at me.

"Get your fucking dirty ass shoes off my damn table" I say pushing her feet off making her frown at me.

"Bro you ain't have to push my shit all hard like that" She mean mugged me making me mug her back and flick her forehead.

"Ow"

"Fix your fucking face when you're looking at me" I tell her and she rolls her eyes. She pulls her phone out and begins to scroll through instagram. I lean against her and move my hair out of my face while she lets me lay my head on her shoulder.

"Why you on a different account?" I ask her.

"I use this account to stalk my fans so they don't know I'm looking at their edits of me." She tells me and wraps her arm around my shoulders as she pulls me closer.

"Bro so many people love your video" She shows me the video Iris posted. I saw so many views and likes on the video.

"She so annoying" I groan hiding my face in her chest making her laugh. I felt the vibrations as she laughed making me smile.

"Dude you should come to tour with me" She said suddenly yelling as she jumped to her feet. I groaned at her sudden shout and glare at her making her immediately apologize.

"Come on tour with you?"

"Yes bro you and Iris could come and we—"

"Billie we just met and now you want me to come on tour with you?"

She rolled her eyes and nodded her head. "Halley baby we literally been hanging out everyday since we met. That isn't even a good excuse"

I sit up and tie my hair up in a ponytail. "Billie can I at least think about it? You're talking about me packing and going a million of places with you on a tour that I didn't even know nothing about up until a month ago" I say quickly.

There is many thoughts running in my head right now and I don't even think Billie even truly thought about what she just asked me.

"Have you even thought about this Bil? Yes we been hanging out everyday for the past few days but Billie that doesn't change the fact that we barely know each other or how we literally just met."

She comes and stands in between my legs as she stares down at me. "Halley I don't care that we just met and pertaining to us barely knowing each other, we can definitely solve that problem on tour seeing how we have long ass drives and flights during it"

I ran a hand down my face and try to process what the hell is going on right now. "I don't even know what I'm suppose to say right now Bil"

"Say yes and we figure everything else out later"

"Have you even asked your family or even your manager if you could invite us?"

She waved me off as she flopped down on the couch next to me. "Finneas and Claudia already like you and Iris so they won't care. My mom and dad will be on board after they meet you. And Danny will listen to what I say"

"He's your manag—"

"Hey" She looks at me with a a serious look in her eye. "Everything will be fine. I just need you to say yes and I will take care of everything else"

I groaned and quickly look away from her as I try to think everything over. If I say yes that means I'm literally going to be on the road for the next month and a half going to places I literally dreamed of going. If I say no then I will just spend my days doing school work and not doing anything special. I don't have a job right now anyway so that's not going to stop me. My classes are online so I literally can do my work anywhere.

Should I do it?

"Fine" I finally say making her quickly look at me. I turn to face her and give her a smile. "I'll go"

She shouts out an extremely happy "Yes!" but I hold my finger up stopping her from celebrating any further. "But you have to buy me burritos because I'm hungry and tour bus me will be hungry too"

She laughs and tells me it's a done deal.

I grab my phone and facetime Iris only for her to answer the phone clearly at the gym, working out. "What's up best?" She asks me as she runs on the treadmill with her airpods in her ears.

"You want to go on tour with me and Billie?" As soon as the words leave my lips, I see Iris's eyes widened and she looks down at the phone in surprise before losing her footing and ends up falling back on the treadmill that sends her rolling backwards.

I don't know if I should laugh orr

Billie is staring at the phone in shock and steals a glance at me before she looks away as she tries to hold her laugh in. I have to close my eyes and take deep breaths as I try to stop myself from laughing as well.

Lord give me the strength

"A-Are you okay?" Billie asks in between her laughs before shaking her head and gets up leaving the room as her laughter echos throughout the room.

I see Iris struggle to get up before she harshly grabs her phone and glares at me through the phone. "What the fuck Halley!" she screams at me.

"What did I do?"

"You don't just ask someone something like that and—" She is cut off by someone asking if she was alright. "Yes I'm fine thank you" She smiles warmly at the person before focusing her attention back on me.

"So is that a yes or a no?" I ask making her groan and then her screen goes grey with the pause button.

"When?"

"Billie when do we leave for the tour?" I ask the dark haired goddess who just returned from somewhere.

"September second"

"The second" I repeat to Iris who —I'm guessing— is looking at her calendar. "I can't come I have to work every night that week and" She sighs and comes off pause.

"I can't take off for that long either. The most I can do right now is a weekend"

I look at Billie who looks at me before we both look down at my phone. "So come a weekend. Maybe we reach a city I know you want to visit, you can fly out and stay for two days or so."

"Yeah and I'll fly you out free of charge" Billie cuts in making me smile at her.

"Okay" Iris smiles brightly at her phone and squeals excitedly. "Oh my god I'm going on tour with THE Billie Eilish!" She cheers before looking around her quickly.

"Yeah maybe not announce to the whole world babe" I tell her and she blushes before quickly saying good bye, hanging up.

I put my phone down and turn to Billie who is fidgeting with her rings. "Okay Eilish" She looks at me and I give her a proud smile. "Let's get to packing" I say and grab her hand, pulling her upstairs to my bedroom.
