   " I didn't know our oh so bold Vibha can be this shy. They say right, love is the seventh sense that destroys all the other six senses and makes the person nonsense. Look you are the living proof. ", she shoved her phone on my face. She'd been laughing at the video of me tripping from the start of the lectures to now in break. I didn't even want to be here with her having to deal with that annoying laugh of hers but I don't even want to keep tagging behind my wife when she's there enquiring about class and stuff. I watched the three of them from distance." So , you together now?"" Hmm."" Who proposed?" " She did."" Woah can't believe she actually proposed you! She's really something . "" I mean she kind of told me we were in relationship now." " Lol . So you basically got no say ?" I shook my head.Looking at it now , that was really weird. She straight up threatened me to be hers and I don't know how to justify that I find it cute. " I mean not like you would have said no if she asked." She's right. I wouldn't have said no. Damn - I love this side of my wifey.  Aru got herself another chair and settled besides me while Sneha looked at her with an surprised face . " Did this cute fluff ball just drag my ass out of the way so she could sit besides her girlfriend?" , Prisha had the nerve to ask that even after being dragged out. " I think you should ask the college management which filter they use for those water purification taps. ", the nerd girl said to Prisha who was totally confused. So was I though. " You definitely need one for your mouth. " , she said it casually without looking anywhere but we all know whom. For the first time , I think I heard her say something worth being my Aru's friend. " I think you should ask college management where do they get those safety vest from? You'll need one of them . "" I won't. I am karate black belt . Played till state level.  "   Prisha quietly turned around . That was really something. The way she says it all as if it's nothing but she knows she's in control here. Damn- she's awesome. I was looking up and down between my phone and them with a feeble smile . Aru got up surprising everyone. " I will be right back. I have no option, so I followed after her but my voice as if dead won't come out even if I want to ask her what's wrong. She suddenly stopped turning around to give me a death glare. What did I do? You see- it's -"     She didn't wait for my broken train to move on . Just left me standing there like an idiot and walked away. Good. So we are going to start off with a fight? How am I supposed to deal with this? Do I keep appologising? Buy flowers and chocolates? Sing for her? Buy her stuffed toys? How do you make it upto your partner? Damn- I never did that. I had always got away with it by not bothering to do anything but here I won't - I know. She might just dump my ass if I don't do something. Or have her karate friend kick me out.  Who knows?   I ran after her but it was all useless. She just won't listen. I kept up my attempt throughout the lectures trying to brush my hands against her , hold her hand or shift closer but nothing worked. She was almost at the edge and I won't be surprised if she  sits down just to avoid me. I gave up and shifted back to my end. Quietly focusing on whatever the topic was going on about.       As the college ended she walked ahead talking with Sneha and Niharika. I was back here with this alien head getting on my nerves. " What did you do?"" I don't know. She thinks I was busy goofing around with someone on my phone. "" Super insecure I see. I mean I don't blame her fully. Like dude you have many after you. " How are you not supposed to know that!? Come on! She's your girlfriend. Those are the basic of  things you should be knowing about her ! And then you dare to go around calling her your wife . " " H-how am I supposed to find that out?"" Try?"" Huh? "" What would be worse? You'd make her more angry and she might dump your ass. I don't think that would be new to you considering your current record. "" What record?"" Record of pissing off your 'wife'. ""You ain't helping!"" I did all I could. You'd only end up embarassing her duffer."" Then what do I do?" " Go home with her and maybe try giving her choclate. Here. ", she shoved one dairymilk in my hand. " We are leaving early so I guess you'd have about 2 hours in between. Enough time if you don't mess up more or you guys don't end up taking things to-" " Shut up! " " Look who's shy just imagining - "    I walked ahead trying to avoid her but she kept bugging me all the way till parking lot. Aru stood waiting for me and I hurried to her . She didn't say a word. She didn't have to. " Hey Vibha." , a random voice interrupted us. Why him here again? Ain't my situation already worse? I turned to face him. It was that stalker guy again. I can't believe he had the audacity to return. I kind of expected one of them  though. " What are you to call me that? My wife?"He looked dead embarrassed and his scared pig look came back. " N-no. Exactly how low was he on budget?"He kept mum. " Listen duffer. If I ever see you around again know that I am sending you to jail for stalking. I have the college CCTV footage to prove that and you don't even have the I'd proof for entering the premises. You literally climbed over the fence. I know who the other one involved is so don't think you guys are getting away with this. "The look in his eyes said enough for him. Sorry mam." , he kept begging but I didn't pay attention I just got on my scooter taking it out. I had him under my gaze still just to ensure he doesn't pull up some shit behind my back. He had shifted his target to my aru trying to appologise her but only ended up making her uncomfortable and scared. "Didi you please tell mam. Please it won't-" . He was too close to her and it added to my anger. " Touch her and I will fucking kill you!" , I pulled him away with the back of his shirt . Not too much as I wanted but atleast a bit away to keep enough distance from my wife. " You sit . ", I said to her my eyes still fixed on the nervous figure. Why even pull something when you don't have the guts to face the consequences? " Sorry mam. Please don't tell my father. ", I heard him beg one last time as I drove past him. I wasn't expecting anything. My head too occupied with so many thoughts that I couldn't even make out what I was thinking. That's when I felt her hands wrap around me. I just looked at them holding onto me to comfort. Is she worried? Scared?    Once we stopped at our place she got off and I held her wrist before she would leave. But looking at her doesn't look like she was planning to leave. Her eyes never left mine irrespective of the fact that she wasn't willing to even look at me just before. I got off still not letting go off her hand. She didn't even try to pull it away though.     We walked up with me still holding her hand. Her grip and the way her hands had turned ice cold  said enough. She was genuinely scared. Once we got in and shut the door after us . I turned her to face me and held her both the hands in mine. " You okay?"
