chapter 36

[Aru's p.o.v ]       " Be my girlfriend."    Did she loose it finally? I don't know why I felt so flushed, like tingling sensations. It's annoying. She makes me feel like throwing up as if my stomach is churning, I turned away.  " Baby~" , Can't she just get lost?   " Have you finally gone mad?" I snapped at her with a glare. The smirk on her lips fell so bad , okay she's angry again.  " You said anything but!", she whined. " Oh god. You are impossible!", I rolled my eyes. " See you always do this to me!", she blamed , got up in flash of lightning and stormed off the class grabbing her bag and phone along.        " Vibha- Vibha what the hell!?", I tried calling after her but she just left. I was too shocked to be guilty or scared. " Wow. Now don't tell me you are mad about it next?", I yelled after her but it fell short of her. I sat back , I ain't chasing after her. That balloon will deflat on her own in a day or two and will be back to getting on my nerves. I don't even know what's this about out of nowhere.      I looked around , only two guys in corner and a girl at back. Great, atleast I am not alone and they aren't nosy, very well minding their own business. The remaining day passed slower but it did. I got back home alone . At times like this, I hate , genuinely hate my two dumb peeps who never show up unless there's a practical, which is tomorrow which means she too has to come tomorrow. We can sort it out then or she can choose to be a grumpy cat all day.        I reached home and I am sure the clouds on my face got me exposed. " What happened today?" , granny asked. " Nothing much. " " Oh come on. It's surely not nothing. What happened? Did Vibhavari and you fight?"  " Why do you always assume it's her? " " Who else can get you this pissed off?" " I have friends!" " And I have never seen them before." " That's because you only care to see what you want!"       " Watch your tone Aarushi!" , mom stepped in scolding me. I don't know what got me to be screaming like that but surely my mom doesn't appreciate rude behaviour. Never to anyone. " Sorry.", I mumbled and left " Aissh. You! She's just having a bad day. Why would you keep bothering my little child?" " You are spoiling her too much! No in laws or spouse is going to tolerate that attitude after marriage!" " Aigoo. I won't marry her to someone who can't put up with her princess attitude." " You are planning on keeping her home forever then?" " Can you two not!??" I slammed the door shut after hearing the laugh at it. How can they even round off literally anything to my marriage!?[ Vibha 's p.o.v ]      " Be my girlfriend." My own words kept embarassing me as I ran down the staircase. I don't know what possessed me to say that. That was the plan right? To make her my girlfriend and steal right under his nose? I am sticking to my plan. Yeah. But why am I mad that she rejected? Obivously she won't just go ' sure let's date and then get married?' Ughh!  I don't even know what was I thinking behaving like that. Heck I didn't even think! I just blurted out , got rejected , got offended and stormed out. I must have looked a total idiot doing that but what happened in past lies in past and it can't be undone . So I can only stick by it.      I kept checking my phone all the way back. Not a single call or message . She didn't chase after me , fine! But didn't even bother to check on me? Leave alone appologise she could have just asked me to come back? Can this girl be anymore cruel? I agree I must have scared her randomly proposing out of nowhere but still!     What's done is done though. No way I am going back tomorrow and appologising or trying to call it a prank and that I shouldn't have behaved and blah blah. I did what I did and now I am sticking by my choice. Call me stubborn but once I decide on something even as a joke, it's happening! I don't care what all it costs if I decide onto something, no matter what all it costs me , I am going to make my decision turn out to be right one.       I am well aware though, she ain't taking me seriously. Ofcourse she will shrug it off assuming I will go back to her tomorrow. But I won't . Assume my luck? We have practicals tomorrow. But it's good. I can straight up ignore her on face. See who surrenders first this time! How dare you say no to me and expect I will let it slide? I will make sure it's you who has to give in this time! No matter what it takes to do so!    I am getting what I want no matter what!
