      " Enjoy her company?" ,Aru scoffed at the statement as she gave her granny a ' are you even serious ' look.  Granny blinked and tried to pout making her look funny. Aru giggled as she took the rubber from her hand putting it on.     " Say as you wish. But I believe she'd be a good friend. " , granny put forth her point making Aru shake her head in disappointment. " By the way, why did you suddenly bring her home and act like that?"  " I didn't bring her. " " Then?" " She wanted to come , she came. " ,Aru rolled her eyes at her own statement, " Not like she needs anyone's permission to be anywhere. "     " That's the type of friend you need!" , granny exclaimed making her frown. She raised her eyebrow to question but a voice from behind already answered, " So you get out of that comfort shell of yours and get a life. " " Maa!", Aru whined but that was only left unanswered as she was handed a plate of fruits to shut her mouth. [ Meanwhile ]    " So we are safe right?", one of the guys asked. The boys had finally got rid of the beggar look and Kritika had received both praises and complaints but she chose to focus on positivity. She nodded and the boys sighed in relief.     " You guys are reported for following a girl and leading her to deserted lane. You are to be taken to police station for enquiry. ", a stern voice scared the life out of them as a police officer stood right behind them with a cane in hand giving them cold looks.     " Sir trust me , no such thing happened.", Akash , Kritika's boyfriend immediately got into defending them. " I have received a report and you are supposed to come along. " , he grabbed him first and dragged ahead while the rest scattered running away as Kritika , Lilly and Riya stood rooted on spot.     " Sir let me go! Please. It was her plan! I was following her orders. Please sir! Am still to be married. Sir ! Please. We didn't do anything. I swear it wasn't out fault sir! The girls asked to do this! Sir please!", Akash fell to the ground holding the officer's leg as he begged the man with tears immediately forming in his eyes. " Mercy , sir mercy ! " , his dramatic begging made it difficult for the officer to supress his laugh    " I am letting you go this time since it's just a case of following. But next time I am going to throw you to mercy of mob and then put you behind the bars for years. ", he threatened as he patted the boy to get up. " Thank you sir. You are kind. You are merciful. You are god sir. Thank you thank you. ", he ran as he kept on chanting thank you while the officer held his strict face till the boy disappeared out of sight. " Woah- the loyalty", Riya taunted as the two laughed at an angry Kritika .    " I can't believe Vibha called police on us!", Kritika stomped her feet in annoyance while pouting as Lilly giggled. " Sorry to have caused you trouble.", she immediately appologised and the man nodded in acknowledgement. " You know him?", she asked surprised as the other two nodded. " Oh-" " He is Vibha 's uncle. ", she enlightened Kritika who too bowed as an appology.         " I know you did it for Vibha , but please ensure to not repeat such a thing. It can actually land you in serious trouble. ", he warned them and the three agreed and appologised to the man . " Well, what's with all this mess though?", he asked and the two looked at each other unsure if they wanted to reveal.     " Just helping Vibha to get her crush. ", Kritika slipped , before the other two could even shut her up. " Crush? And what kind of scared kitten is she fond of now?" , he asked surprised.     Riya tried to glare at Kritika to shut her up but the girl was actually out there exposing Vibha and getting her into trouble.  " Not actually crush. Well not sure if she's into her but she's doing it for revenge since the girl made her boyfriend dump her. " , Kritika was proud of her knowledge and the man just nodded in acknowledgement.     Lilly hit her forehead while Riya made a mental note to beat the shit out of her later . " You guys should get going . ", he said , his usual stern voice returned . " Yeah. Bye uncle. ", Lilly mumbled and dragged Kritika along as Riya kept glaring at the girl throughout.    " Exactly what kind of idiot are you?", she asked her the moment they stepped out of audible range. " What? I just answered whatever he asked. " " And who told you to do that?" " He?" " Are you mad? " " No?" " I am sure this going to land us in trouble now!" " It didn't till now. " " But it will now!" , Lilly interrupted but Kritika paid no heed "And anyways he was Vibha's uncle. "    " AND THATS THE PROBLEM!"
