CHAPTER 13 (A PROJECT???)

'Wake up.....! Sleepy head! Come on it's time ohh oh ohh...' it's my alarm clock and it's soo annoying.  I groaned in my sleep but I have to wake up for college.  I hate waking up... I dragged myself from my sweet, soft, warm and welcoming bed and started getting ready.  After good twenty minutes I am ready, so I headed downstairs in the kitchen. I saw dad making my breakfast, " What happened to mom? Is she okay? " I asked curiously " Yup! She is fine but still asleep so I decided to make breakfast for us." He said smiling. Dad always does that, he doesn't likes waking mom up so, every time he wakes up early he starts cooking so that he can bring her bed tea and breakfast. I nodded and started eating my breakfast when dad asked me " Are you sure you don't wanna get ready before you eat?" Okay that is embarrassing, I shot my head in his direction he looked at me and then started laughing" please don't tell me you are going like that?" He pointed his finger at me. I ignored him this time but he is not letting it go he said " Now I know why you never had a boyfriend sweetheart" he wriggled his eyebrows at me and gave me an amused look. Yes I NEVER had a boyfriend because I don't like drama and krish thinks no one deserves such a great girl like me, so even if someone likes me he scares him off. I shrugged "Maybe, but if I have to do make up or pretend to be anyone else then dad I don't need a boyfriend and plus I can't have drama in my life." I said and opened the door while waving my goodbye with other hand and walked out. Anna was already in her car so I joined her and started telling her what happened with jake. I was so busy in telling her the whole story that I din't realise we are in college parking. I finished my part and waited for Anna to take in all the information " Kate you have to be carefull now, he can do anything and I don't want you to get hurt." She looked at me and frowned. I tapped her shoulder and said " I will be ok until I have you and your 'boyfriend' Anna banana " I winked and we both laughed, then the college bell rang signalling our classes are starting. We both got out of our car and ran towards our classroom. Today was wierd there is no shouting, yelling or screaming but laughing, gossiping and friendship I guess. Now I know why this party was so important, it was so that we can all get along. I am feeling happy and excited , I saw my friends Jenny, Sue, Alex, Ayan, edward and nick they all waved at me to come & join them, so I did. We all talked about last night and laughed while Anna and Alex are in their own world , just looking at each other and smiling. I poked Anna's arm slightly, she jumped up from her seat and blushed."Earth to Anna" I chuckled and she just blushed even harder..... this is gonna be fun! " I hope last night was great for everyone but now let's not waste any time and start with our class" Mr. Will said , we all stopped talking and started listening to him " You are all going to get an assignment, which you have to submit after two weeks. It's a partner thing and because I don't know you guyz well you will be paired up according to your name list." He said smiling and started distributing some paper's. Then Jenny asked me " what if we don't like our partners?" I was replying but mr. Will answered" Then you can say goodbye to your grades. No excuses will be considered, these are the rules & it doesn't changes for anyone ok Miss. Aniston? " Jenny nodded immediately.......that was rude and scary I hope I get a nice partner. After the class was over we went to see our name list, Anna is with Ayan , alex is with a guy Andrew, Jenny is with someone named John, I am with this guy jake and wait a minute what? Jake? As in The jake? That evil mr. Richie rich jake? Ohh noo. No no no no no I am just seeing things, this isn't happening, please....!! I closed my eyes and pinched myself to make sure this isn't a dream. I mean come on two weeks with him... no no no no. "woah..! Kate you sure don't have good luck. Jake is your partner " Anna stated flatly, I rolled my eyes and walked away towards our car, I don't want to be here right now , I want to go home so I drove off and texted Anna I'll send someone to pick her up.
