Chapter 11: shopping. yay.

Okay dinner wasn't that bad. But it was still bad.

As dinner was ending Zack told that we were going to go shopping tomorrow. Well guess what? It's tomorrow. I don't know about you but I could care less for shopping. There is certain things that I like to shop for and if we aren't shopping for them then I don't want to come.

So here we were. In the car to go shopping for school. I am wearing a gray t-shirt with dark blue jeggings on. To cover up my arms I am wearing a pink zip-up hoodie.

Zack, James, Caden and Jesse came with me. We are currently stuffed inside Caden's Porsche. Much to my dismay I am now jammed between James, on my right, and Jesse, on my left.

I hate sitting in the middle. You may be wondering why. Well it's because I'm scared. I'm not afraid of the middle, I'm afraid that somethings going to happen and I'll be stuck. I'll be the last person out, giving me more chance to die.

Now that I think about it dying doesn't sound that bad. I believe in Jesus, I wonder if he'll let me into heaven as pity. For the most part I've been good. I keep my cussing to a minimal. Is that enough to get in? I guess I'll just have to find ou-

I was drew away from my thoughts as the car came to a stop and the boys started to unbuckle.

"Now you stay near us, capeesh?" Zack sternly told me.

"Of course. Where else would I go?" I replied with a hint of duh in my tone.

Zack shook his head then lead us to the mall.

The first store we went too was a clothing store. It had a lot of pretty clothes but they all look expensive, like thousand dollar shirt expensive.

Jesse and Zack kept showing me shirts that I would like. Although most of them were cute, they weren't long sleeved.

"Oh c'mon Chica, there has to be something you like, we've gone through everything in this store!" Zack huffed and Jesse mumbled something.

A cute teal long-sleeve blouse caught my eye. I looked back and Zack was smirking. He walked over to the blouse and put it in the cart.

"Okay we have one shirt done, fourteen more to go" Zack concluded.

"Don't forget pants!" Jesse chimed in.

My face had a look of confusion and betrayal on it.

We were in the checkout line when Caden and James decided to join us.

Caden put what looked like a necklace on it. "It's for Sasha. She's likes necklaces." He cleared up.

"Ha whipped" James pat Caden on the back. Caden gave him a look that said 'When we get home I will kill you'.

👁👄👁

We had finished shopping for the day. And again, against my decision I was in the middle. We had all the bags and stuff packed in the trunk.

"You will start school on Monday, okay?" Zack said.

"M'k" I responded.

Overall the shopping trip was pretty successful. I got fifteen shirts, two one dress, four hoodies, one sweatshirt, seventeen pairs of pants. To me it was way more than enough but when I told them that they look at me like I had just said I'm going to give my first born child to a random on the street. They insisted we continued and I made a deal with them. If we continue they have to get me a diary. At first they looked confused then eventually obliged.

You may be thinking 'why would you want a diary? If your brothers got ahold of it, it would be bad' well I don't know if you have ever had to keep this big of a secret as me but it's pretty hard. Not being able to tell a single soul about it. I need to write them down so I don't feel so bad. My lies, I need someway to admit they are

lies.

I asked them if I could skip dinner since I already ate at the food court. Luke was pretty against it but eventually Zack convinced him. Zack is my favorite.

Dear diary,

Well this is my first entry. My life is pretty hard. I have to hide big secrets, lie to the ones who (I hope) keep me safe. So that's why I got you. It's getting late now so I'll just go. I don't want my brothers to find me awake and ask what I wrote.

I went to put my diary in my bathroom cabinet.
