"Soooooo.... How long have you been Celestia's daughter and my cousin?" I asked Sunset as the two of us were sitting at the balcony of the beach house. "Ughhhh.... Look. I never mentioned this because..... me and Celestia have a sort of...... rough patch." She told me. "What kind of rough patch? Because it certainly didn't look like she had one at the station?" I asked her.

"It's complicated..." she said as I stared at her. "Ok look. It's not exactly easy being the daughter of the ruler of Equstria, especially when no pony is supposed to know..... But what I could tell growing up is that I was probably her first child and she didn't really know how to take care of me..... Also she was way too focused on her prized new student and saying that she's gonna bring her sister back and just wouldn't shut up about her and wouldn't notice me and even!" "I think I get it! ....Wait do you mean Twilight" I asked.

"Let's just say I didn't like her in the past. But that was in the past. Anyway, I got fed up and ran away. Then a few years later she must've at some point realized about me or something and now she's trying to apologize to me." She told me the short story. "So how's that going? Also when did she contact you?" I asked her. "A few days after Luna came back, so not well at first. .....But unfortunately she somehow talked me into this so now I'm here.... Talking about this to you.." she told me as she sighed.

"......Sorry." "It's fine. I don't blame you for wanting to know..... although I am curious why everypony else is not here?" She asked in confusion of why everyone else wasn't here with us. "Yeah, Twilight thought it would be better if it was someone that you..... trust.... Also Pinkie apparently knows." "Yeah.... Sorry, It was when we were at the Crystal empire." "Ah! That makes sense.... So anyway, I suppose we should probably enjoy our vacation while we can." I said. "Good idea. If you need me, I'm gonna be enjoy the sun on my fur." She said as she walked backed inside.

"........ Yeah... I'm gonna try to fix her relationship with Celestia." I thought with a mischievous grin.

Time skip

"So explain to me why are the three of us are the only ponies going mountain climbing?" Sunset asks with a look that says that she was suspicious of me. "Yes, I am also kinda curious, although I am glad that I get to spend time with my daughter and my nephew/niece." Celestia says. "Because Twilight and Luna thought that.... It would be fun for the three of us should have fun." I told them. "Twilight suggested rock climbing?" Celestia asks me.

"............Yes." "Even I find that to be unbelievable." Sunset said as we continued to climb up the mountain. ".......Really?" Celestia says with an eyebrow raised. "Yes... she read it in.... A book. And she knows that she knows that we are rock climbing."

Meanwhile

"Hey where's (y/n), Celestia, and Sunset?" Twilight asks Shining and Cadence who were in the living room. "Don't know." "(Y/n) told me that they went out to the library and are going whale watching." They told her. ".....,And why don't I believe that they're going whale watching." Twilight said in disbelief.

"Anyway, let's just focus on climbing and have a nice talk." I said. "........ Oh my goodness, your trying to fix us!?" Sunset yells. "Oh thank goodness, I'm so glad that it wasn't just me." Celestia said. "What! Uh I mean.... Noooooo...." I awkwardly said trying not to be obvious. "(Y/n) your not the greatest liar." "Especially with this." They both said. "Whaaaat.... But hey..... it's great that you are here. Also it was surprisingly easy to get y'all to agree to rock climb with each other." I said.

"I mean I did hear there's this beautiful looking bird around here and I wanted to see it." Celestia said. "I came because...... ummm......" Sunset was trying to think of something to say. "Wait.... Did you came-" I began but Sunset interrupts me. "No!! ..... no...." "Awwww!!! You do care!" Celestia says as she hugs Sunset. "Noooo!!!" "I knew this would-" I was interrupted when something hit me and now I was frozen in my tracks. "What the!?" They both yelled in shock.

No pov:

The two ponies looked up to see a huge bird floating in the sky.

"That's the bird!" Celestia yells as the Articuno fires a Freezing Glare at the two which they jumped away from the attack and attack back but when it hit it. The articuno vanishes revealing to be a mirage. "Huh!" The two mares said as multiple mirage Articuno's appeared and their wings began to glow which they charge at the two with a psycho cut.

They blocked the attack with a shield which makes all the mirages disappear and only one is left which they blast the bird away knocking it to some rocks. "Ha! Did you see that! I hit that bird like it didn't expect it!" Sunset was saying in excitement. "Same! I haven't felt this alive since..... the wedding. The only difference is that I'm not gonna be controlled and attacking my ponies!" Celestia says in excitement as well.

"You were controlled! Why didn't you tell me?!" Sunset yells. "I didn't want to worry you..... You haven't been worried about me since you were a little foal. I thought you didn't care about me?" Celestia asks. "Cared about you? I was angry at you, but I never hated you enough to not care about you.... Admittedly, I was angry and ran away but I didn't care.... I just wanted you to love me like the daughter you had, instead of Twilight which you treated like the daughter you wanted."

"Oooo.... I'm sorry I didn't treat like the daughter that I should've." Celestia said as the two mares hugged each. "Aaawwwww!! That's so sweet. But.... I think you should probably focus on the Articuno who is currently beside you two waiting to attack you with its wings!?!!" (Y/n) yelled as the two turn to see the bird ready to attack the two with a Dual Wingbeat. "DO YOU MIND!!!?" The two angrily yelled as they blast the bird extremely quickly launching it to the sky. "......Nice shot." (Y/n) said as the mother and daughter pair let go as (y/n) then unfroze and launched to a rocky wall. "Ooowwwww!!!!!! Oh come on!?!! Seriously!!! THE ATTACK LAUNCHES THE OPPONENT AFTER THEY ARE UNFROZE?!!!!!" (Y/n) yelled in anger and in pain as the two mares rush to help the Keldeo.

"Ahhhh.... This is the life." Twilight said as was sitting on a beach chair with Sunglasses. "I can see why you like this." She adds. "I told you." Rainbow says who was next to her on a beach chair and sunglasses. "At least y'all don't have a broken leg or three sleeping foals on you." I said as I motion to my right leg that was in a cast and the three bundles of joy were beside me. "Perhaps you should've gone to the library instead of a mountain then you wouldn't have a broken leg." Twilight said as rainbow chuckles.

"But at least you helped them." Twilight said. "Thanks...... feather?" I asked her as I hand her the feather that I got from the galarian Articuno. "Another feather? I'm beginning to think that we are building the most feathers from Pokémon that you say are supposed to be rare." She told me as she took the feather. "Maybe..... but.... I think I shall be taking a nap." I said as I moved my arms around my head. "Wake me when it's time to go back or if the foals wake me." I said as I began to relax and enjoy my vacation.
