No pov:

Somewhere northwest of Ponyville

It was a peaceful and quiet around this area. Pokémon and animals were minding their business until a loud rumbling noise was made as a bunch of Wooloo were running through the woods. After a while they stopped at a clearing where a slightly larger then normal Dubwool steps up and turns to the Wooloo.

"My fellow Wooloo's!" The Dubwool called out in a proper English accent. "For centuries or how long since, all Wooloo kind has safely lived on Wooloo island for as long as we can remember. But we can never forget that this place was our home before the mighty Zekrom has guided us to Wooloo island." The Dubwool said as all the Wooloo cheered until the Dubwool ordered them to stop. "We are not sure why he lead us there. Maybe it was to protect us from something? But what we do know that our original home was taken from us when we weren't here and now it is our time to take our land back and kick the ponies out of here!" The Dubwool yelled as all the Wooloo cheered.

"Tonight! The Wooloo's will no longer be timid Pokémon that are afraid to fight. Tonight! We are warriors of this land and ponies will never be able to defeat us!" He said as the Wooloo cheered until a cough was made next to the Dubwool which he turns.

"Uhhhh.... Can I help you?" The Dubwool asked as he and the Beheeyem disappeared which all the Wooloo gasped.

"WE'RE SCREWED!?!?!"

Your pov:

It was a nice day today and I was putting books away as Twilight was going through her notes. "Remind me again, why am I doing this while you get to read?" I asked her as I put a book in the shelf. "I'm not reading I'm researching." She told me. "Ok.... What are you researching?" I asked her. "Pokémon." She plainly told me. "Ok.... What about Pokémon?" I said.

"Well..... have you noticed how most of our friends have a Pokémon?" She asked me as I looked at (m/n) who was sleeping soundly on her bed. "Yeah....?" I asked. "Well.... I've been kinda wanting to find a Pokémon of my own." She told me. "Why?" "I guess.... I just feel left out..... almost everypony else has a Pokémon..... Fluttershy has Patches..... Rairty has Dia..... Pinkie has Cubie and Rainbow has a Pokémon egg." She said. "But AJ doesn't have one.... And she doesn't seem to care..... I think...." I said.

"I know.... But.... I just feel like I should is all...." She said. "Well.... You can't rush these kind of things.... But that doesn't mean you can't go out and see if you can form any connection to one." I suggested. "Hmmm.... That's a great idea!" She said with a smile as she gets up. "If you need me. I'm gonna find myself a Pokémon!" She called out as she left the building. "Good luck!" I called out as I was back to shelving book. ".......Now I'm alone." I said as I realized that Spike wasn't here and that Twilight was my only source of this placing not being boring.

Twilight pov:

I had ran to the park where I began my search to find a Pokémon. "Now.... What kind of Pokémon should I look for?" I asked myself as I looked around. Around me I saw ponies and Pokémon enjoying the nice sun. "Maybe the water could be a good start." I thought as I walked to the pond to find any Pokémon. So far there doesn't seem to be any Pokémon. "Hmmm...." "Hey Twilight!" I heard somepony call my name which I turn to see Ditzy. "Hey Ditzy. What brings you here?" I asked her as I saw something hovered right next to her which kinda looked like a cat and for some reason it was staring at me with an blank expression.

"And.... Whose this?" I asked her. "This is Muffins. He is what (y/n) calls and Espurr." She told me. "So he's a Pokémon." I said. "Yep and he's a great help during deliveries and to answer your question on why I'm here.... This is for you." She said as she hands me a letter. "Thank you." I said as she heads out to deliver more mail and her espurr follows but he floats backwards and still staring at me with his blank expression. ".....Why was it staring at me with no expression? ......I'll just ask (y/n) later." I said as I went on to look for a Pokémon.

Your pov:

I decided to take a break and went out to get a cupcake. I was walking along through town and all was peaceful until the ground starts to rumble. "W-w-w-wha-a-a-attttt I-I-I-isssss th-a-a-a-atttt?" I asked as the rumbling was getting louder. "Stampede!!" I heard Rainbow yell. "Again?!" I yelled as I jumped up on a roof. I looked around and I saw a bunch of Wooloo running in panic and behind is.... A Rampaging Salamence!?!?

"Oh snap!?! I yelled as I jumped off the roof and ran to where all the Wooloo are. I reached to the stampeding Wooloo and the Salamence was firing hyper beams all over the place trying to hit the Wooloo. "Ok, gotta think this quick! Salamence is a dragon and flying so none of my water and fighting moves can hurt it.... Gahhh!!! I should've learn Icy wind for situations like this! .....Screw it! I'll just try to use an Aqua tail on its face!!" I thought as I jumped up and used a aqua tail to hit the Salamence in the face. The hit had managed to make it miss an attack on the Wooloo and now it's focus was on me. "Ok!.... That didn't work out the way I though but at least it's attention is not on the Wooloo!" I said to myself as the Salamence roars at me and charges. "Oh nooo!!!!"

Twilight pov:

I had left the park and went straight out of Ponyville to a nice open area where some animals and Pokémon were lazing around. As I was looking around the field I noticed that Wallflower was also here and she was lazing as well and she was next to a small light green creature with four stubby legs and a big leaf on its head.

"Maybe I should look somewhere else." I quietly said as I walked away slowly so I wouldn't disturb her and all the creatures and Pokémon.

Your pov:

It had been a while but at last.... The Salamence has beaten me.... Luckily Fluttershy managed to arrive and managed to calm it down and it flew away. "Ugh.... Thanks." I groaned as I walked up to her. "It's fine. I just couldn't stand still seeing you get hurt." She said. "I just wish that the Pokémon we meet are at least in my skill level, because I don't have a lot of fighting experience." I said. "Maybe fighting is not the answer?" Fluttershy suggested. "Maybe....." I said as we then noticed all the Wooloo had gathered around us.

"Wow, that's a lot of Wooloo." I said as one Wooloo walks up to us. "You two have saved us from the dreaded beast!" The Wooloo said with an Scottish accent surprising me that it could talk... or that it has an accent that I haven't heard any pony spike in Ponyville. "Three cheers for these strangers!" Another Wooloo said in a British accent and all the Wooloo cheered. "O-oh... it wasn't a problem...." Fluttershy nervously as she was trying to hide behind her mane. "I'm sure anyone would do the same." I said.

"No way! You two are heroes to the Wooloo." One Wooloo said. "I nominate them to be the new herd leaders!" Another Wooloo said. "Wait what?" Me and Fluttershy both said in confusion as all the Wooloo were all talking as they then picked us up and started to carry us like we had just won a sports game in school. "What is going through on?" I said in confusion of what is going on.

Twilight pov:

I had walked back to Ponyville and and for some reason a bunch of small stuff were knocked over. I was walking through the marketplace as I saw that Big Mac was manning the Apple stand and he was next to a donkey looking creature.

I walked over to him. "Hi Big Mac! I see that your manning the stand today." "Eeyup" "I also notice that you have.... I'm gonna say a Pokémon." "Eeyup." "What's...." "His." "His name?" I asked. "Cliff." "Cool.... Have a good day." I said as I left.

Your pov:

Me and Fluttershy were brought to a clearing three miles away from Ponyville. Currently the two of us were sitting on big boulder as all the Wooloo were staring at us. One Wooloo had brought a big leaf of berries in front of us and it walked backwards while bowing at us. "Sooo.... What's a.... What's a herd leader supposed to do?" I asked. "As herd leaders you two are in charge of the herd." One Wooloo said. "B-but.... Why is?" Fluttershy asks.

"You have defended us from the beast and you tamed the beast. Only a herd leader could do that." Another Wooloo said. "Ok.... Ummm.... What happened to the last one?" I asked. "It was tragic!" "Some strange floating creature just up and disappeared with Dubwool and thus left us with no leader and we were all in panic." "Ohhhh, it was a terrible three hours." "Oh dear. I'm so sorry to hear that." Fluttershy said.

"Yeah.... I'm sorry that happened." "It's fine. Because we have two new ones to be our leaders of the herd." A Wooloo then brought a big leaf and started faning Fluttershy causing her to blush in embarrassment. "Soooo.... How can you guys.... Talk?" I asked them. "It's been a long time but.... What we can remember is that a Dubwool had found a jirachi and now we can talk." One Wooloo said. "Jirachi?" Fluttershy asked me. "A small mythical Pokémon that has the ability to give anyone wishes." I said as I gave her the quick version of the Pokémon.

"It's a miracle that we found you two. Because now we can reclaim our land from the invaders." One Wooloo said. "Whose the invaders?" I asked. "The ponies of this land. They dare take our land when we left it in fear and now that you two are here we can!" "What!?!" Fluttershy said. "Hold on." I told Fluttershy. "How about we share the land? It's big enough and this clearing is certainly big enough for you?" I suggested to them. All the Wooloo looked at each other for a minute and then. "If it's the will of the herd leaders then we shall build our town here!" A Wooloo said as all the others began to cheer.

"That.... Was very easy.... Most of the time it wasn't this quick." Fluttershy said. "Wooloo's tend to mimic the actions of their trainers or the leader of their herd. I just figured since we're the leaders of the herd. It'll just work." "Huh.... But.... What do we do about getting out of being herd leaders?" She asked me. "......Oh .... Right..... We still have that problem..... Huh?" I said as I am now wondering how to solve this problem.

Twilight pov:

I left Ponyville again and I was walking around the woods looking for a Pokémon. "So far it appears almost everypony has a Pokémon companion and I don't...." I said as I continued on. I then stopped at a small clearing in the woods and in the center was a small sparkling clear pond. "This is a nice place." I said as walked towards and decided to take a break. "Huh..... I guess finding a Pokémon isn't as easy as I thought....." I said as I sat down and watched the scenery in silence. It was quiet until something was moving the bushes and a creature pops out of the bushes and heads to the pond.

The creature was covered in small bruises and scars and i wasn't sure if it has eyes or not. It walked to the water and it only stopped when a foot hit the water and it then starts to take a drink of water. "Woah...." I said which catches the creatures attention as it walks over to me and it bumps into me. "Uhh... hi there little one what brings- Ow!" I yelled as it bit me.

Your pov:

"I can't stay here! I have animals to take care of back home." Fluttershy said. "I know and I still have books at the library to put up back home." I said. "....." ".....Ok maybe I don't miss that part, but I do want to be with our friends and be home." I said as the Wooloo were discussing about their new life. "What are we gonna do?" "Uhhh.... What you two doing out here?" We both jumped as we turned around to see Twilight! And a Deino? "What up with the Deino?" I asked her. "So that's what she is, cool. Anyway I like you two to meet Fluffy. She is the most adorable thing I have ever met." She said as she hugged the Deino and I noticed that she had some bite marks on her.

"Uh Huh.... I have several questions. But ummm. Me and Fluttershy have a bit of a problem." I said as we then explained to her what's going on. "I see.... Don't worry. I think I have a good idea on your problem." She told us as she then teleports away and then teleports back with a bunch of stuff. "We're just gonna have to build them a town." She told us. ".....We're gonna build an entire town?" I said in confusion. "But ummm.... We're not construction workers." Fluttershy said.

"I'm not saying we build the town. We hire some ponies to build one. We're gonna design one for the Wooloo so that way you two can live in Ponyville while the Wooloo can live in a house safe from the outside world." She told us. "And you think this will help?" I asked. "Well, I still need to talk to a lot of ponies about a lot of stuff to start a town but yeah, I think this will help and besides.... We know Celestia, she can certainly help with a start of a town for the Wooloo." She said. "It's worth a shot." Fluttershy said. "I suppose.... I mean.... We don't exactly have anything to lose."

Time skip

Five days later

"Ohhh it's good to be home!" I said as I collapsed on the chair. "I bet Angel, Patches, and all the animals miss me and I can't wait to be home as well." Fluttershy said as she collapsed onto the floor. "But at least the Wooloo will have a town nearby and we don't have to live in it." I said. "It was so fun planning the whole thing and I'm glad that I got to spend it with you two and my adorable Fluffy." Twilight who was next to us and was hugging her Deino.

"Still I'm surprised you even founded a Deino. They tend to live in caves and they also tend to bite and ram anything in their path." I said. "I will admit that it took a while for things to go smoothly between us, but at the end we formed a nice pact of friendship." She said. "And you have the bite marks to prove it." I said. "They are marks of friendship. I can't wait for everypony and Spike to meet her. Now if you need me. I'm gonna get Fluffy settled upstairs and begin a search for a bed for her." She said as she and Fluffy went upstairs.

Me and Fluttershy were still laying down until we heard a knock on the door. I got up and walked to the door and when I opened it I saw four Wooloo. "Oh good, you weren't lying when you said that you live here." One of them said. "We came here to let you know that the traditional herd leader celebration will begin in two days. You may invite any of your friends and family to the future town of Woolooville." The other Wooloo said. "....Okay...." I said since me and Fluttershy are still their herd leaders and we are obligated to lead them.... At least we can live in Ponyville. ""Good. If you need us we are gonna go tell Fluttershy." "Don't bother she's in here. I'll tell her about it." "Thank you and we'll see you two in two days." The Wooloo said as they left. "........I really didn't expect this to happened a week ago." I said to myself as I sighed and closed the door.

I hope you enjoyed the chapter and let me tell you, I did not expect the chapter to end like this and I'm the writer. Sometimes a writing a chapter can go differently then one can imagine. But I do hope you enjoyed chapter and I honestly can't wait to see how I do the next chapter for this story

I saw the new trailer for Pokémon Scarlet and violet game and it looks cool and it was filled with Pokémon. Saw two new Pokémon and one regional form so not a lot of new Pokémon or other regional forms were shown yet but I'm guessing they were just showing that these games will have more Pokémon then in sword and shield. The new gimmick looks pretty and very interesting can't say more without knowing more. Now to the legendaries.... Hahahaha!!! Sorry but the trailer kinda just showed them as merely ride Pokémon which in honesty kinda diminishes the whole legendary Pokémon thing. Like it just seem ridiculous, the last trailer showed them as big and mysterious Pokémon but the new one just made them into some fancy looking ride Pokémon that the concept has been used in legends and sun and moon. Honestly these two have no real differences other then their looks. Really they both do the same thing where one use legs and the other doesn't but it still is the same so really the only thing that could help is what their lore story is supposed to be.
