C H A P T E R 19

Lily's POV

I opened the door and walked into the house and turned back to Adonis and said,' I still cannot believe that girl.'

He chuckled and hugged me from behind and said ,'Hey, it doesn't matter I'm here with you aren't I.'

I grumbled and sipped my strawberry acai almost begrudgingly from Starbucks. I had made Adonis buy me Starbucks because of his fangirl club and I said they stressed me out.

He put one arm around my shoulder and said ,'So we shower then hit breakfast?'

I nodded and said ,'Yeah I'm starving.'

He nodded and he sipped my juice from over my shoulder. I gasped and said ,'No.'

He chuckled and said ,'You cannot be that same girl from fifteen years ago who doesn't share.'

I gave him the drink and said ,'I definitely do not share Adonis.'

He rolled his eyes and kept drinking my drink and I narrowed my eyes at him.

I grabbed the drink and said ,'Are you kidding?'

He shrugged and said ,'Even back then I was the only one who you shared your juice with.'

I looked at him and said ,'Well I trusted that boy.'

I mean I might as well finish my anger with him right now. I was so upset with Adonis because when he moved to England he moved and it was as if I never existed. His parents came to visit and he never did and now he had been in Los Angeles for a few years and hadn't even thought to try to even have lunch. I know I could have tried to get in contact too but I didn't know he was in LA till the lunch with his parents and when we were kids I always asked about him and nothing happened and something in me told me I couldn't keep embarassing myself like this he clearly did not care.

I started going up the stairs and I heard him run after me and said ,'Wait why don't you trust me?'

I shrugged and said ,'I share drinks with people who don't forget about people.'

We got into the bedroom and I walked into the closet and chose a bikini top and some white shorts and he was behind me.

I turned around and said ,'Uhm excuse me?'

He smiled and said ,'So you did care that I was gone?'

I rolled my eyes and said ,'Uh no.'

He smiled even harder and said ,'You most definitely did.'

I rolled my eyes and walked past him and into the bathroom and covered my cheeks to stop me from blushing. I got dressed and walked out and down the stairs and Adonis was standing by the stove cooking something in just basketball shorts and a black tshirt. I stood at the threshold of the kitchen and watched him cooking and he looked like he was struggling. He put bacon in the pan and the oil came up and burnt himself.

I started laughing and he turned around and said ,'This is what I get for trying to cook for you.'

I walked up to him and hip checked him and took over. I looked over at him and he was standing next to me watching what I was doing.

'Adonis get the plates ready.'

I had made two veggie stuffed omelettes. I placed the omelettes on the plates and Adonis wanted bagels so he had some too. I chopped up strawberries and put them in a bowl next to his plate. I leaned over the counter and said ,'What do you want to drink?'

He smiled as he picked up his fork and said, 'Some coffee please baby.'

I turned around and made his some coffee. I was really happy about the direction which our relationship was going in. I placed his coffee in front of him and said ,'There you go hubby.'

He grinned at me and said ,'This is really good. For the rest of my life I get to eat good food made by my wifey. Aren't I just the luckiest?'

I gave him a smile and a peck and sat next to  him and started to eat. I felt Adonis staring at me and I turned to him and said ,'Okay what now?'

He pulled the barstool I was sitting on between his legs and he said ,'You are fine as hell.'

I felt my blush coming up and tried to run away from his eyes. He held my face and we started making out. Adonis carried me off my stool and placed me on his lap and we continued making out. He started working on my neck and said ,'This is the best way to feel ever. Us hanging out and getting to have you cook for me. How did I get so damn lucky?'

I opened my mouth and I heard a moan come out. After hearing my moan he groaned too. Things were starting to get even more heated and then I heard someone clear their throat. I wanted to jump off but Adonis held me to him and didn't let me move.

I looked behind me and saw Ben standing there with Jane and they had knowing looks on his face. I hung my head and Adonis calmly said, 'What's up guys?'

Jane frowned when she heard Adonis's voice. I narrowed my eyes at Jane telling her to behave and she shrugged at me.

Ben came and gave Adonis like a bro handshake or something but it was awkward because I was in the middle. Ben gave me a smug look and I said ,'So what did  you guys do?'

Jane smiled and said, 'Well obviously not as interesting as your day. '

I blushed and said ,'Our day wasn't that interesting.'

Jane chuckled and came towards ne with her phone and said ,'With your Ellen interview then the pictures of you guys playing tennis you guys are trending.'

I gasp and jumped off Adonis and looked at Jane's phone. I covered my mouth there were pictures of us kissing at the court and TMZ had written all about Adonis and there were details about his companies and they talked about his family and they also said how he was his fathers son, Mr and Mrs Hamilton. Mrs Hamilton is an ex super model one of the best there was and they talked about how he is her son.

I turned back to Adonis and said ,'Adonis I'm so sorry, I tried to not talk about you but Ellen had your Forbes article.'

Adonis starts laughing and says ,'Babe it's okay, I want the whole world to know.'

I smiled and hugged him and said ,'Thanks and I'm really about you getting dragged into all of this.'

Ben patted Adonis on the back and said ,'Welcome to the club, it sucks especially when Lily and Nicole are around.'

Jane rolled her eyes and said ,'Ben you know it's with you too.'

Ben shrugs and says ,'Well we are going out for lunch since you guys only cooked for yourselfs. '

I laughed and said, 'I didn't know. '

Jane and Ben left and I decided I wanted to tan. I didn't know how to handle Adonis because I didn't know if he was the type that wanted to be together or wanted his own space. I decided I would just say I was going to go and then he can do what he wants from there.

I looked at Adonis and said ,'I'm going to tan by the pool, I'll see you later.'

Adonis angled his head and said,'Do you want to be alone?'

I shrugged and said ,'I thought you might want some space.'

He said ,'I'm good unless you want space.'

I shook my head and said ,'No.'

He took my hand and started pulling me up to the bedroom. I waled into my walk in closet and got my sunscreen, my sunglasses, my phone and a book.

I walked down to the pool and on my way took a bottle of water.  I sat on the pool deck chair and started applying my sunscreen. I lied onto the chair and put on my sunglasses and felt myself falling asleep.

I opened my eyes and Adonis was standing over me taking a video. I swarted his phone and he let out a hearty laugh. I rolled my eyes and settled back into the chair. I opened my instagram and started going through my feed and then I saw Adonis's story and it was me sleeping then swarting the phone away.

I looked really cute though.  I looked at Adonis who was on his phone too and said ,'I look cute on your story.'

He turned and we were now facing each other. He gave me a smile and said ,'Yeah you do.'

I gave him a look because of the way he said it. He snapped another picture of me and said ,'This is fun.'

I laughed and said ,'What?'

He handed me his phone and said ,'Being your photographer.'

I handed it back to him and said ,'Well I'm glad you feel that way because it's going to be you forever.'

He chuckled and said ,'Yeah it is as long as I can feature in those pictures sometimes.'

I chuckled and said ,'Okay that's fair.'

He put his hands under his head and said ,'So do you plan on modelling for as long as possible?'

His question got me thinking about it really. My plan had been to be a model until I could take over the Charity Foundation but my mother doesn't seem ready to give that up. I was going to just keep it going till I had sonething to do, I didn't want to be idle.

I looked at the sky and said ,'Well I hate not having anything to do.'

He nodded and said ,'I get that and you're damn good at it too but is it what you've always wanted to do?'

I went and lied with him on his deck chair and put his arm around me. I sighed and snuggled closer into him.

I sighed again and he said ,'You can talk to me.'

My head was on his chest and I looked up at him and said ,'Well I've always wanted to take over the Hart Charity Foundation.'

Adonis looked into my eyes and said,' Hey, cheer up I'm sure it's coming up.'

I looked back down and said, ' I'm not sure about that, but I mean at least I have modelling and that's something people think I can do.'

He lifted my face towards him and said, 'You are good at the Charity stuff the Charity Ball you planned and hosted was a major success.'

I thought the Charity Ball had gone well but then I found out my mum was interviewing people to be the Head of the family Charity Foundation. When I found out about my mum interviewing different people it really hurt me because when I was child my parent's travelled for work a lot and I understand that, but I was with my grandmother a lot and she just helped me see the beauty of the Charity Foundation and the impact it has and I was in love with it ever since.

I whispered a thank you for the compliment and felt myself drifting off to sleep on Adonis.

Adonis and I had woken up almost half an hour ago from our nap. I had woken up and saw that Adonis had fallen asleep too. We had been talking ever since then, he was telling me about some business ventures he was working on and I was just staring at him while he talked. My phone pinged and my phone only pings when it's a notification from my family or one of my close friends. It was a notification from Jane's instagram and she had mentioned me on her story.

I opened her story and it was a picture of Adonis and I right now. I looked behind me and there she was with Ben and they were holding shopping bags. Adonis turned to see what I was looking at and Adonis waved at them. I looked down at my phone and looked at her story she had tagged Adonis and I and wrote someone needs to tell them to leave this house.

Adonis was looking at the story too on his phone. He looked at me and said ,'Well I really like this.'

I grinned and said ,'Right like it looks hella good.'

He gave me an odd look and said ,'Hella?'

I playfully rolled my eyes and said ,'Yes I said hella.'

He furrowed his eyebrows and said ,'So what does it mean?'

I laughed at me because sometimes I forget that Adonis had to grow up fast. He grumbled and started standing up and i pulled him down and said ,'Wait okay baby I'm sorry for laughing.'

He sat where I pulled him down and I said ,'So you're like really old.'

He started getting up again and I said ,'Okay I'll stop.'

He sat down with a slight pout and his arms folded. I pecked him and his pout went down a little and I pecked him again and it went down a bit more. I kept pecking him till he was slightly smiling then he said ,'You still haven't told me what it means.'

I sat in his lap and said ,'Well grandpa,' as soon as I said grandpa he gave me a look. I put my hands up and said ,'I guess it means really.'

He nodded and said ,'I probably shouldn't use it in case I use it wrong.'

I smiled at him and stood up and I was walking into house and he pulled my back towards his front and said ,'Since you're calling me grandpa, I have something to prove to you tonight.'

My cheeks set aflame and as soon as he let go of me I was walking towards the kitchen. On the outside I looked calm as always except for my cheeks that were aflame. I got into the kitchen and took a bottle of water and gulped it so I could cool down. I could feel his member pressing into my backside when he pulled me to his front.

I heard someone sit and I looked and saw Ben. He was giving me cheshire grin and said ,'You seem hot and bothered.'

I narrowed my eyes at him and kept drinking my water. He continued and said ,'Is it because of your boyfriend outside.'

I narrowed my eyes even further and he said ,'You guys seem to be doing good.'

I finished the bottle and said ,'Where is Jane?'

He shrugged and said ,'She's sleeping, last night I tired her out.'

I rolled my eyes and said ,'You didn't have to say that second part.'

He chuckled and said ,'Well I had to explain.'

I shook my head and said ,'Ben, no you did not.'

He smiled and said ,'Maybe not but I'm happy we are finally together you know.'

I smiled at my best friend because he was really glowing and I couldn't be mad at that. I said ,'Well it took you damn long to take action.'

He gave me an offended look and said ,'There was always something in the way.'

I nodded and said ,'Yes your fear.'

He raised his pinky finger at me and started walking out backwards. I gave him a sweet smile as he walked out. I took another bottle of water and I smiled because my best friends were all happy right now. Nicole and Connor, Jane and Ben things are going great right now.
