Daliah's pov

I woke up to my alarm ringing beside my bed, after snoozing it I got off my bed and started getting ready to go school. I picked my outfit for the day, it was a brown sleeveless frock with a t shirt underneath. After laying it on my bed I went to take a wash.

After putting on my dress, I brushed my medium length brown hair in a half up do and applied tinted lip balm since I'm not a fan of looking all fancy and dressed up; I like to keep it simple and nice. I went to get my phone with a smile on my face when I heard a notification very well knowing who it is.

I'll be there in 5 ok?

P.s don't have breakfast we are going to the cafe ♥️

After replying back to him I went downstairs and saw my parents and my two siblings; Anne who's 12 years old and Michael who's 9 years old, all having breakfast. " Good morning everyone". I greeted and kissed my parents cheeks.

"Morning honey", my parents greeted back.

" morning Dali", siblings replied soon afterwards.

"Mom Xavi is coming in 5 and we will be having breakfast on our way, bye". I informed them.

" Okay darling, bye and have a great day at school" my mom said while making more toast and dad gave a kiss to my cheek.

Coming out of the house I saw Bub has already arrived I his car; a Nissan GTr might I add. I tapped on the window and he unlocked the doors.

"Hey baby girl". He said after I settled my self down.

"Hey Bub, where are we going?". I questioned.

"we are going to your favourite cafe", he replied with a smile on his face, I instantly smiled fully.

The cafe is such a nice and peaceful place owned by an old lady who's equally nice.

After getting our breakfast we arrived at school and as soon as I got down I spotted Lindsay, Bella, Andrew and Cody.

I waved at my friends and they aporached us I hugged my girls and the boys went towards Xavi and did whatever that weird hug is called.

Lindsay and Bella became my friends when we met each other in grade 3. We instantly became friends and even though the three of us are totally opposite from each other.

Lindsay is my age and has a more playfull and cheery personality where as Bella who is more responsible and mature. She too is my age and is head over heels in love with Cody.

Lindsay is in a happy and a strong relationship with Andrew who's quite the opposite from her personality; he's more sensible and mature.

Cody is in love with Bella too ever since he saw her in grade 3 but doesn't admit his feelings for some reason and he's a more playfully person which makes them a lovely couple.

I was brought out of my thoughts when I felt a nudge to my side to see Bella looking at me questionably. I just shook my head and smiled at her.

Soon the bell rang and we went to our class. Though we are a year younger than the boys, us girls got promotion since we are bright students.

Getting ourselves settled in our seats we started to take our books out the right time when the bell rang for the first period and Mr. Simpson came in.

The girls and I sit in the middle of the class where as the boys are just behind us ever since we all started learning in the same class and they don't like to sit separately.

During the lesson I felt my phone vibrate notifying a message, I opened it and saw it was from Bub. I furrowed my eyebrows and opened it wondering what it is and giggled after reading it.

Bub we can't and graduation is nearby so FOCUS! After going home we can watch some movies and chill ok?

Reading his reply I shook my head while giggling not loud enough to be caught my the teacher.

It is lunch time now and we are sitting at our table. As usual Xavi has his head on my shoulder and me feeding him; this was a habit he had since we were small kids.

Later on when we were walking to our lockers with Xavi's hand around my shoulder, I walked faster so that his hand would drop I did it several times to annoy him and he started pouting like a baby to which I laughed and went back into his arms.

Ever since we were kids he always wanted to have physical contact with me and this is driving me even more crazy now knowing I have to hide my feelings for him.

Reaching our lockers I took out the books that I wanted to take home and turned towards Xavier looking down at his phone has clenched. I reach forward and cupped his face and drew circles on his cheek.

" what's wrong Bub?", I asked him.

"My father wants me at the company baby and I'm sorry that I won't make it to our move night", he replied.

" It's alright Xavi we can have it anytime and we can still talk at night if you aren't tired", I said smiling reassuring him it's okay.

" Of course I'm gonna text you baby girl. Alright let's go I'll drop you and then I'll head towards the company", he said.

I smiled at him saying an "okay" and then we went out of the school into his car.

After saying our goodbye's I went inside my home and greeted my mom who was watching a tv series.

" Hey mom".

" Hey honey, how was school?", she asked.

" It was good. Where's Anny and Mich?".

" They went to Target to get some school supplies and groceries", she informed.

" Okay mom, I'll be in my room completing my school work if you need me", I called out while heading to my room.

Completing my homework I went to get a wash and started to get ready to watch a tv series since I had nothing else to do.

During the show I heard my mom calling me for dinner. Reaching the kitchen I was hit by the amazing smell of my mom's pasta, God how much I love my mom's food.

After finishing dinner my parents decided to have a movie date at home me; Anny and Mich headed to out rooms.

Entering my room I flopped onto my bed and took my phone to go on Instagram, while scrolling through my feed I got a notification from Xavi.

I quickly opened it and read it since I didn't text him the whole day after coming home.

I just got onto my bed, I'm so tired 😖

Hey stranger :)

Xavi, you can rest we can talk tomorrow.

No!!

I want to talk to you.

I'm gonna call you now bby.

I rolled my eyes at his stubbornness, soon I got a call from him and answered it.

"Hey", I said as soon as I accepted the call.

" Hiii", he replied like a baby in sugar rush making me giggle at his response.

" Are you alright Xavi?", I asked.

." Me? Yea I'm alright why are you asking?", he replied.

" Cause someone sounds really happy", I said smiling knowing him having a toothy grin at the moment.

" Of course I'm happy since I heard your voice. Gosh I hated every minute at the company. It was all advice and advices on how I should run it", he sighed.

I smiled sadly knowing how tired he must be since he had to run to the company right after school.

" Bub, did you have dinner? Don't worry you know your dad is just guiding you on how to run the company well once he hands it to you", I said.

He sighs tiredly," I know baby girl but give me a break I'm just learning to graduate first and yes I had knowing you would kill me if I didn't". I laughed at his words.

" Hm,hm that's true and you know how much I worry about your appetite after that night", I replied soon hit by the awful memory.

|Flashback|

I was watching Lucifer when I heard my room door opening and Bub standing there smiling

." Hey Angel, what are you doing?", he asked.

" Hi Bub, nothing just chilling", I replied.

" What brings you here?", I asked readjusting the bed.

" Just wanted to see this beautiful girl", he replied making me blush.

I quickly hid my head in the pillow, I felt the bed beside me dip but I didn't raise my head to see what he's going to do.

Few seconds later he started tickling making me laugh out loud.

" Stop s-stop Xavi", I couldn't stop laughing now.

" Okay okay get ready I came here to take you out for dinner", he asked and I gave a quick okay and rushed to get ready.

After having dinner at the Lilly's we came back to my home to watch a movie.

" Xavi please, put a movie on till I get in to my pyjamas", I told him.

Coming out of the bathroom I quickly sat on the bed and got ready to watch the movie and Xavi laid down and snuggle to my side while I ran my fingers through his hair.

During the movie I heard Xavi staring to whimper and I felt his body turning hot while he started sweating. I quickly called my parents to my room as I was worried sick.

They quickly took him to the hospital in our car and informed his parents to meet us at the hospital.

The drive to the hospital was a torture because I was scared as to what was wrong and I felt Xavi squirming in my lap and combed his hair smoothly and rubbed his back since his face was stuffed to my stomach.

" Bub what's wrong, you need anything", I asked worriedly.

" N-no I feel dizzy" he replied weakly.

" Mom he's fainting please drive faster", I informed them panicking.

Soon we arrived at the hospital and he was rushed to the emergency room, his parents arrived soon and mama Andrea hugged me and that's when I broke down scared what's happening to my Bub.

Around 45 minutes later the doctor came and informed "He had an allergic reaction and his body didn't respond to the artificial or the junk food he had tonight and don't worry he's alright, you'll can see him now".

Everyone went and saw him and now it was my turn, as soon as I saw him after entering the room I jumped into his open arms and cried my heart out.

" Sh sh sh baby, why are you crying now? Look nothing happened to me I'm absolutely fine. Come on let me see that face I've been dying to see", he calmed me.

I stood up and slightly smacked his head for his carelessness about his health and lay down next to him which he quickly snuggle to my chest.

" Oww what was that for", he asked while looking up at me with one eye and reaching for my hand and placing it where I smacked his head.

I smiled lightly at his behaviour and massaged his head and said " it's not funny Bub. I was so scared and from now on you are to eat healthy and be careful of what you eat okay".

|End of flashback|

We soon called it a night and he went to sleep. While trying to get sleep I was suddenly hit by mixed feelings. Xavi is my rock and without him I don't know what I would do in my life but what if he gets a girlfriend and she replaces me in his life.

How will I ever be able to confess my feelings for him? Will he return those feelings back? With that thought I fell into a deep slumber.
