Desmond looked at the lady beside him and smiled and then while looking at me said, "Ashton this is Ester, my fiancee."That made me clear about his purpose of visit."Nice brother. It's been long we met. I'm really happy for you." I shaked hands with both of them. "Welcome Sister in law." I welcomed her. She smiled and thanked me. "So we are getting married soon. I want you to arrange the marriage. And also our outfit. Let's forget the past and begin once again."I was happy to hear it. "Yeah! Why not? After all you are my favourite."He seemed good now. A girl bought coffee and kept infront of us. Breaking the silence Ester asked."Visit us whenever you are free.""Offcourse sister. By the way, have you thought about date and venue?"Ester replied, "Not now. You are the first to know about our decision. Mom asked us to inform you earlier."I smiled. "That's good. Let me know your decision." Desmond kept his cup on the table and said awkwardly."Actually Ashton.. brother we want you to find partner."I got surprised by his sudden words. Probably mom has talked with them."Why so sudden?""We want you to move in again. We will live together. And possibly Pa will accept you if you get your partner.""Ohh. I haven't thought about it. "Ester replied, "Think about it. Mom wants you to be with your girlfriend in our marriage. It's her wish. I hope you do it.""Okay, I will see." I nodded. They finished their coffee and left after giving good bye. I gave a deep thought. Probably they will get married next month. Atleast for satisfying mom I should do something. Desmond is dating Ester since few years. We didn't talk a lot when I was parted apart with them. And about asking me to court someone, that's from my mom. She wants me to find someone to accompany. And not to live alone always as I am so busy in work. She wants someone to take care of mine, atleast to live happy life without them. I shook my head to bring me out of those thoughts. _____________________ ♥️Meanwhile Aisha in office:I was sitting in office as usual drawing designs and colour combinations. Everyone were friendly with me. We made progress together. I didn't felt burden. Infact many of my designs surprised everyone. They appreciated me and every time our group gave it's best. Sometimes other groups were getting jealous but they were still offering me friendly.Olivia was looking happy today. She wasn't getting annoyed because of Edward. Whenever Edward tried to tease her she smiled and ignored him. It was a lunch break. We got up and walked to cafeteria together. We took order as our wish. Suddenly, Chris came. And he announced for meeting after lunch. We did lunch peacefully and after taking our designs we went for meeting. Everyone were sitting until Priyanka arrived with Ashton. It was first time he came for direct meeting with us. Everyone greeted him. He cleared his throat and started,"So this time I am here not to see your designs or plan anything new but to Congratulate you all. In last three months we made progress. And now we are among the top 5 fashion companies in California." He stopped for some seconds and looked at everyone. He stopped and smiled at Hazel. Everyone started clapping. He started again, "Special credit goes to group B." Hazel being a senior designer thanked him. "Thank you so much. But I think we should appreciate Miss Aisha because right after joining she gave her best in everything." I smiled. Everyone clapped. I stood up, "It's not just me but everyone here who helped me bringing new ideas. Thanks to all." I sat down. I sensed him looking at me. I moved my eyes towards him. He coughed. And tried to see others but I caught him this time. He's forcing me to think something mysterious in him. His voice made me back to senses. "This time we need to reach first place in whole USA. I hope you all are ready." Everyone cheered up, "Yes sir.."He talked about some more things and the meeting went peacefully. I worked for sometime and now it's time to go home. Sara called me. I picked up the call."Come fast. It's urgent. And check your phone while coming out." She ordered."Okay" I said. I picked my bag and went out running. I saw a group chat. It was from our building owner. He texted, "Due to maintenance work there will be no water supply for a month. I request you all to not use bathrooms in these days and find different place for living. Sorry for the issue. In exchange we need you to give just 10% rent of total. Thanks for your support."My mind was shock and I was in car. I saw Sara worried."What should we do now?" I asked her."Actually I decided to stay with Ethan. And his parents also wanted me to stay with them. Sorry. But I will help you find the place."I stared at her. She made the decision without thinking twice. But it's okay it's their family time. I need to find something. "But what should I do now?"Soon I saw Priyanka approaching near our car.  She called me."Aisha! Is their any issue? You left hastily."I was going to say something but Sara interrupted, "Hello Priyanka. Do you have a room where she could stay for a month?""Sara let it be. I will stay in my university hostel." I said her turning towards me."It's okay Aisha. I know one place." Priyanka said.Sara shouted, "Thanks Priyanka. Please tell us."She thought for sometime and then continued, "It's in Ashton's house. You visited their once. There's a bedroom no one uses it. If you want?"Obviously no.. how can I stay with him? Instead I will stay at my hostel or see any hotel nearby. I was about to answer but Sara interrupted again, "Okay Priyanka. We will inform you once we decide." She smiled at me. We left hurrying from there. I scolded her. But she ignored me. We went to my university hostel. I met my warden over there."Hi ma'am."She smiled at me. "Ohh Aisha!" She exclaimed in joy. "How are you kid?""I'm good ma'am. Can you make me a favour?""Anything for you child." She smiled."I want to stay at hostel for a month."She checked her register. Her face became sad.
