Chapter 1908
When His Eyes Opened
âYou go to Yonroeville with me, do you want to ask your boyfriendâs opinion first?â Elliot tentatively
asked.
Avery: âWhy should I ask othersâ opinions about my affairs? Not to mention that he is just my boyfriend
now. Even if he is my husband in the future, he has no right to interfere in my affairs.â
Elliot gritted his teeth.
Averyâs words just now revealed two meanings.
She and Billy, itâs true.
Second, Billy had no control over her.
So Avery should not suffer from her relationship with Billy.
âIf thatâs the case, then pack your luggage! If you donât tell your boyfriend, should you tell Layla?â Elliot
reminded.
âWhat should I do to prepare, I know in my mind. Take care of yourself.â Avery said here, and glanced
at the rain outside the window, âThe rain is getting heavier and heavier. Is it possible to cancel the flight
tonight?â
Elliot turned on his phone and looked at the weather: âThe rain will stop at 7 oâclock tonight.â
âOhâ¦are you going? You can take the umbrella outside the door.â Avery was going to pack up. So
there is no time to entertain him.
Elliot: âItâs raining so hard, are you sure youâre going to drive me away?â
âI kindly borrowed your umbrella, and you said Iâd drive you away⦠Just stay here if you like, I donât
care about you.â Avery strode back to the room.
Elliot didnât follow. But he didnât leave either.
He called Mrs. Cooper, asked Mrs. Cooper to help him pack his luggage, and asked the driver to bring
it to Averyâs house.
By the way, he told Mrs. Cooper that he was going to Yonroeville.
Mrs. Cooper was very happy: âSir, if you go with Avery, then you must seize this opportunity. No matter
whether Haze can get it back, you canât quarrel with Avery again. Although Avery has a good temper,
she also likes to hear good things from others, so donât always say things she doesnât like.â
âDo you think she has a good temper?â Elliot whispered.
Mrs. Cooper: âYes, she has the best temperament among the women Iâve ever met.â
âIsnât it Shea who has the best temper?â At least in Elliotâs heart, Shea was the most obedient.
Mrs. Cooper smiled and said, âWhen Shea is stubborn, she canât be reasonable, but Avery is
differentâ¦â
âWhy do I feel that Avery is often unreasonable in front of me?â Elliot said.
âIt is unreasonable for two people to fall in love. Otherwise, if she is unreasonable in front of you, canât
you let her go?â Mrs. Cooper replied.
Elliot: âTell Layla and Robert about my going out. Iâll tell them later.â
Mrs. Cooper: âOkay.â
In the bedroom, Avery sat by the bed and called her daughter.
âLayla, I donât know when I can come back, so I may not be able to take you and Robert to find
Hayden.â Avery apologized.
âI can ask Uncle Chad to take us there. Uncle Chad will find Uncle Mike in a few days. What is he
doing? Didnât he want to go to Yonroeville with you? When he goes to Yonroeville, he wonât care about
me and my brother.â When Layla said this, the conversation changed, âMom, are you going to go with
dad? â
Avery was startled: âWell. Baby, whatâs the matter?â
âIâm curiousâ¦you two go together and stay in a hotel, will you two live in one room or two? Do you eat
together every day? Then do you have to talk a lot every dayâ¦â Layla is more concerned about
whether the two of them will reconcile, so she thinks a bit too much.
Avery couldnât help blushing.
