Surprises

Justin's POV

I watched as the rain dripped off my feet. The rain drops fell on the hard cement below me. Each drop was quiet.

I sighed deeply as I brushed my hair back. I was soaked from head to toe.

But I didn't mind. It felt peaceful up here. My mind was finally calm. I could think of a plan. A plan to help get Ethan out of the cell that they were keeping him in.

I will not let him disappear from me again. We will make it.

I flinched as I heard muffled voices enter the room. I peeked my head to the right and glanced in the window.

There were two police officers. One of them were holding handcuffs, as if they were expecting me to be there, so they could take me away.

I smirked at the panicked expressions that appeared on there faces. One of them pulled out there phone and started to yell at whoever was on the other side of the call.

Idiots.

They thought I was that dumb to fall for there plan.

The police officer finally ended the call and gestured the other one to follow him out. They left the room and they slammed the door shut behind them.

I lifted my dangling feet and reached towards the window.

I left it cracked opened, so I would be able to come back inside. I couldn't escape from the window.

It was too risky and my room was too high up. I could die if I accidentally fell off.

I just had to stay on the ledge for awhile and wait for the police officers to come, when they saw that I wasn't there I bet there are thinking that I could still be somewhere inside the building.

I have to be careful. I bet there are a whole group of police officers around this building searching for me.

I pulled my body inside the window as I felt my wet feet touch the cold floor.

I quickly looked around the room. I have to find something that will help me disguise myself.

I started to open the drawers on the small table beside the bed.

There was nothing useful. But I did notice a couple of empty shots and a sweatshirt.

I quickly picked all of the shots up and started to head towards the bathroom.

I quickly switched the light on and went straight to the cabinets that were under the sink.

I grinned as I soon found some cleaning supplies.

I picked up the bottle of Clorox and carefully poured it in the inside of each shot.

I tapped onto the needle and watched as a little bit of the liquid sprayed out.

I made sure that the others worked as well. I walked out of the bathroom and grabbed the large sweatshirt from the drawer.

I pulled it over my head and slipped it on. I grabbed the pile of Clorox infested shots and shoved them in the huge pocket of the sweatshirt.

I pulled the hood over my head and turned to look at myself in the mirror.

I felt my lips turn into a twisted smile. I will kill whoever gets in my way.

I quickly looked away from the mirror as I heard the door open.

I grabbed one of the shots and gripped it tightly.

"I will kill whoever gets in my way!" I said to myself as I ran straight towards the stranger that appeared from the door.

But the person stopped me before I could inject them. I gasped as I looked up at the eyes that were glaring angrily at me. There were tears dripping from her eyes.

I felt my hand start to shake, my whole body started to tremble.

I could feel the women's grip on my wrist become tighter.

She looked right into my eyes and pushed me back with all her force.

I felt my whole body hit the floor. As the shot flew right out of my hand.

I looked back at her in shock. I feel like I recognize her. Something about her feels similar to someone I know.

Those eyes, they look like.. they look like Ethan's.

she walked closer towards me and glared down at me.

"Hello Justin, It's nice to meet you, Ethan has told me a lot about you."

I gasped as I looked up at her in horror.

"Are..are you Ethan's Mother." I asked as I started to back away from her. I felt my back hit against the bed.

She smiled and moved closer to me. She bent down and her face became face to face with mine.

She touched my chin softly and gently lifted my head up.

"Yes, I am his Mother."
