Sorry for the wait. Here's 19k words of my blood, sweat and tears.

The way to love someone, is to always think about losing them.

Jimin had read that somewhere, and it made no sense to him whatsoever, because he woke up everyday, picturing what it would be like to lose Jungkook, and he still couldn't love him the way he wanted to, or the way he knew he should.

He knew if he lost Jungkook, he would be devastated. He knew he would probably be somewhere far away, trying to process his feelings on his own, and possibly going crazy doing it.

His love for Jungkook wasn't just a feeling he had for his boyfriend, instead, it felt more like a ticking bomb, threatening to blow up any second. His love for Jungkook was destructive, because as he looked at Jungkook's sleeping face, he fully grasped how he would do anything for him, just as Jungkook had already told him he would do the same for him.

Jimin still felt as if he was tied up, not having the ability to snap out of what he knew put a strain on their relationship. He felt stupid, knowing he felt all of these things for Jungkook, but not showing even half of it, and it scared him how eventually, the day might come when Jungkook would get bored, and he would walk away from Jimin.

He reached for Jungkook's right hand, his fingers tracing the letters on his ring finger and knuckle, having replaced their promise ring with a simple tattoo, where Jimin's nickname claimed his finger, a subtle hint that there was no space for someone else there, and no matter what happened, Jimin's place in Jungkook's heart was unchanging.

That reassurance calmed Jimin down a little, so he pulled Jungkook's hand to his lips, placing a kiss on the small tattoo, and he felt Jungkook shift in his sleep.

"Where's my pillow?" Jungkook groaned, his eyes still closed, heavy with sleep.

"I'm here, baby." Jimin laughed, moving to wrap Jungkook's arms around himself.

"When are you gonna stop calling me baby?" Jungkook mumbled sleepily, still not fully awake.

Jimin tangled their legs up together, his hand tracing up and down Jungkook's waist. "When you stop secretly liking it."

Jungkook groaned. "Ugh, you got me." He said, right before drifting to unconsciousness again, as if they didn't just have a full conversation.

Laughing to himself, Jimin leaned away, trying to see what time it was, and if they should get out of bed or stay a little bit more, and once he found it was after eight, he almost jumped out of bed.

They had left the company early the day before, having no choice but to go home and hoping they could make up what they had left unfinished the day before, so it only made sense for them to at least be at the company by six am, because they would probably work double the time.

If only they had actually woken up at five am like they had promised each other.

"Jungkook-ah! Wake up!" Jimin almost yelled, breaking away from Jungkook and removing the covers. "Wake up! It's past eight! Jungkook!" He shook Jungkook in a hurry, and finally he saw Jungkook open his eyes.

"What?!" Jungkook gasped, stumbling out of bed and almost falling on his way to the bathroom, when his leg was caught in the sheets.

Jimin stifled a laugh, going after Jungkook to the sink, to at least wash their face and brush their teeth. "We're in big trouble." Jimin mumbled over his toothbrush.

Jungkook rubbed his eye, and shook his head. "We're the ones who decided to go at six am. No one actually told us to do that, and we don't even know what we need to do today, it could be something simple." He explained right after he had spit the toothpaste, rinsing out his mouth, and walking out the bathroom to put something on, Jimin following close behind.

"Yeah, yeah." Jimin agreed, taking his sweats off and swapping them for dark jeans, and replacing his sweater with an over sized hoodie. It probably was Jungkook's, but he couldn't tell at this point from the way their wardrobes mixed and turned into one. He ran his fingers through his hair, trying to tame it as best as he could, and then he went to put his things in his bag, watching Jungkook do the same after he had put on black cargo pants and a black hoodie.

"Let's go. Let's go!" Jungkook ushered, taking his boots on his way out of the room, Jimin doing the same and following him out to front door. "We'll take my car." He informed, not having the time to call their driver and wait for him to come.

Jimin nodded, pressing the button to call the elevator.

"So what's the plan for today?" Jungkook asked, leaning against the elevator wall once they stepped inside.

"We to speak to our managers, see if we can do what we had to do yesterday, and try to get as much as we can done with. I think we're gonna get home at midnight at the very leas-"

"I meant with us, Jimin-ssi." Jungkook corrected, walking out to his car, laughing softly.

Jimin huffed, stomping to the car.

"Do you have a plan, Jimin-ssi?" Jungkook asked again, after he had sat down at the driver's seat, Jimin jumping into the passenger.

"What do you mean a plan?" Jimin trailed off, not getting what Jungkook meant. The only thing he played by these days was to try, and he was failing miserably, and stressing himself out in the process.

"A plan, as in, how are you gonna act with me? What are you comfortable with today? Do you want us not to talk all day? Do you want us to talk, but as little as we could? You wanna try initiating physical contact? Things like that." Jungkook explained, wiggling his eyebrows at the physical contact part, so Jimin slapped him on the back of his head, telling him to start driving or they're gonna be even more late.

Slumping back in his seat, Jimin thought about Jungkook's words, he made it sound so simple. All he had to do was see what he was capable of doing, communicate that with Jungkook to let him know so he won't be confused, and getting his anxiety to stay down as much as he could. The decision to stop venting to their friends about every little thing and talk to each other instead seemed to help already. "D-Do you think we could act like friends? Like, maybe try to tune down the affection and the heavy gaze?" Jimin asked quietly, almost shyly, pulling his legs to his chest and hugging them.

Jungkook glanced at Jimin, and back again to the road, smiling at his cuteness. "That sounds great. We can try, baby, but show me first how and I'll play along, okay?"

Jimin nodded. "Yeah. Okay." He sighed. "Oh! And there's this other thing tha-" He was interrupted with Jungkook's phone ringing, and he remembered how he didn't have his own phone, it was probably with his manager, but he would need to ask. Jungkook reached for his phone to take the call, only for Jimin to slap his hand away. "No calls while you're driving!" He scolded, taking the phone and looking at the caller id to find it was their driver, probably telling them he was on his way to pick them up. "Hello." Jimin greeted. "We're on our way already, sorry we didn't tell you. Yeah, we're pulling into the garage right now, Jungkook is the one driving. Okay, thank you." Jimin hung up, handing Jungkook his phone after he had killed the engine. "He just told me I need to be somewhere for a shooting and you need to be somewhere for an interview, and our teams are waiting," Jimin turned around, looking for their managers. "Right there, so it's goodbye for now." He sighed.

"Alright then, chingu. See you later?" Jungkook joked, turning his body to Jimin, after taking his seatbelt off.

"Yeah, see you later, chingu." Jimin nodded, leaning over so he could kiss Jungkook goodbye.

Jungkook leaned over, pulling Jimin by the neck to kiss him properly, knowing how he's gonna be missing him in the few hours they're gonna be separated.

Jimin leaned away. "We're gonna be late, Jungkook-ah. Come on." He went to open his door, looking back at Jungkook to find him watching him silently. "What?" He asked, pulling his hand away from the door handle.

"Nothing. See you, Jimin-ah." Jungkook said, craning up his neck to point at Jimin's door with his chin.

Jimin laughed softly. "Jimin-ah." He muttered to himself, getting out of the car with a wave to Jungkook, and almost running to his manager, Jungkook still watching him from the windshield.

"Cute." He sighed, getting out of the car, on his way to a long day of work.

Jimin went on the first part of his day on autopilot, his mind somewhere else entirely. He first thought of Jungkook, and how exactly he was going to pull off acting like his friend. He thought of the idea Yoongi had suggested, which was being more affectionate towards his members, just so he could be able to do the same with Jungkook without freaking out. He thought of Taehyung, and if he was upset at the things Jungkook had said. Jimin still hadn't seen him since, and he knew he needed to talk to him soon if he didn't want Taehyung to walk around everywhere feeling guilty.

He also thought of a way to make it up to Jungkook. He knew that even if Jungkook didn't show it, he was almost as stressed as he was, he just didn't want to worry Jimin even more.

At this point of their relationship, none of them could hide anything from the other, Jimin could just take a look on Jungkook's face and he would know what he was feeling and why, and Jungkook could tell by the way Jimin held him at the end of the day if he was upset or stressed or even hungry.

Jimin had a few ideas to surprise Jungkook with, and he couldn't pick between a few specific choices that he knew would probably make Jungkook's day, or maybe even week. He just needed a little more planning, and a helping hand, and that helping hand should probably be his manager. He didn't want to take the chances of the members slipping up in front of Jungkook if he told them and asked for their help, maybe it'll be a surprise for them just as it's going to be a surprise for Jungkook.

"Right this way, Jiminie."

He blinked, coming back to reality in front of a mirror, with the second look of makeup on his face, already having done half of what he was supposed to do the day before. Jimin looked up at the staff telling him to go do his interview, and he stood up with a smile, giving her a nod, and walking to the room he was supposed to be in.

"Oh, manager-nim. Can I ask for something?" Jimin asked politely, knowing his manager was probably a little agitated at his disappearing act the day before.

"Yes, Jiminie." His manager replied. He was a thirty four year old man named Ah Ji-Ho, and he had been working with Jimin for five years already, the two creating a professional friendship that made both of them comfortable enough with each other.

"I know I'm asking for too much, but," Jimin laughed nervously, his hand going to scratch the back of his neck only to fall back again by his side when he remembered that it would ruin his styled hair. "Can I get a few days off? For mental health's sake?" He tilted his head, knowing he was about to get scolded right away.

"Jimin, you already slacked off yesterday." Ji-Ho sighed, his hand going to his forehead in exhaustion.

"This is the last time I promise!" Jimin exclaimed, knowing he was a few seconds away from convincing him, because everyone had a soft spot for him. "It's just that, yesterday I had a pretty bad break down sorta thing, and I think it's because of work stress?" He tried, fiddling with his hands. "I just don't want it to happen again, Jungkook had to take me home because of it, so-"

"How many days are we talking?" Ji-Ho asked with a sigh, his shoulders dropping tiredly.

"A week?" Jimin suggested quietly, even though he didn't need a full week, but he knew that his manager was going to give him less of what he was asking, so he had to start big. So even if he asked for seven days, he only needed five, and he knew he would get them.

"Don't you think a full week is a little too much? And you're not taking the break alone are you? So we have to clear Jungkook's schedule with yours too right? But to do that we'll have to move every group interview, group meeting, group filming, photoshoots, all for a full wee-"

"How many days can you do for me then?" Jimin interrupted, standing on the tip of his toes nervously.

Ji-Ho sighed. "I don't know, Jiminie, but I don't think it's gonna be a week. We'll have to edit all of your schedules first. You'll know by tomorrow, okay?" He assured, resting a hand on Jimin's shoulder.

Jimin nodded, knowing his manager would tell him tomorrow that he has five free days, and that only pushed him to continue his planning. "Oh! My phone. Have you seen it?" Jimin remembered, just before he was about to leave.

"Yeah, I have it in my bag. I'm gonna go get it." Ji-Ho said, moving to the door. "You go have your interview, you have to go back to the company in less than an hour." He pointed out.

"Wait, Ji-Ho-ssi!" Jimin called, running the few steps to his manager. "I need to ask for one more favour."

"Ask away, Jiminie."

Jimin-ah: so, I got my phone back!

(Sent: 2:14 p.m.)

Jungkook-ah: that's great, babe! .. but what about your clothes in my studio, huh?

(Sent: 2:16 p.m.)

Jimin-ah: keep them as a souvenir. They gave me a new outfit today.

(Sent: 2:16 p.m.)

Jungkook-ah: it's not a good memory to keep a souvenir of, Jimin-ssi.

(Sent: 2:17 p.m.)

Jimin-ah: so you getting me half naked in your studio, is not a good memory??

(Sent: 2:17 p.m.)

Jimin-ah: I'm hurt.

(Sent: 2:17 p.m.)

Jungkook-ah: .... are you hinting at something???????

(Sent: 2:19 p.m)

Jungkook-ah: Jimin-ssi!!!???!!

(Sent: 2:25 p.m.)

Jungkook-ah: okay, chingu, I'll be seeing you.

(Sent: 2:30 p.m.)

Jimin chuckled, watching the messages come in on his lock screen, before he pocketed his phone and got out of the car when he arrived.

The first thing he needed to do was find Taehyung. He had been almost done with his planning, and the more he dived deep in his thoughts, he realised that he needed to tell Taehyung. He felt like he needed to know, just like he had needed to know him and Jungkook had started dating but Jimin still refused to tell him. Jimin refused to repeat that mistake, even if what he was going to tell Taehyung was surely going to break his heart in one way or the other.

He practically ran to the elevator, on a short break before he had to record, so he needed to find Taehyung immediately.

"Oh." Jimin pulled his phone out of his pocket, quickly dialling Taehyung's number.

"Jimin-ah! Where are you? I need to see you!" Taehyung let out as soon as he answered his phone, him too in a hurry to talk to his soulmate.

"Yah! That's why I'm calling. Where are you?"

"So you're really gonna do it?" Taehyung whispered, leaning forward on the railing of their balcony.

"Yeah." Jimin sighed. "If I want to save my relationship, then I need to do it. It's the only way at this point."

Taehyung smiled softly. "It's not the only way, you know, but whatever makes you comfortable."

"Everyone keeps saying that. What did comfort ever bring me other than misery." Jimin frowned, looking down at the pavement far away from their floor.

Taehyung didn't say anything back, just chose to rub his best friend's back.

"There's another thing I need to do." Jimin admitted quietly, getting ready to possibly break Taehyung's heart even more.

Frowning, Taehyung's hand fell, and he turned his whole body to Jimin, having an idea of what Jimin was about to say. It was probably what Yoongi had warned him about as soon as Jungkook and Jimin had left the room. "Yeah, I know."

Jimin smiled, albeit sad. "I can't do it anymore. I can't talk about mine and Jungkook's relationship again. We need to communicate with each other, and talk to each other, not to other people about each other. It's not right." He shook his head, scared of looking at Taehyung's face.

"I know. It's the right thing to do." Taehyung said quietly, feeling like he lost his best friend in one conversation in three different ways.

"Taehyungie, I'm sorry." Jimin's voice cracked, sad to be doing this to Taehyung, even if it was the right thing to do. They were inseparable from the day they had gotten to know each other, up until this point in time, and Jimin was scared of their friendship slowly crumbling, and he was even more terrified of his relationship with Jungkook breaking, and he knew he needed to find the balance between the two.

Taehyung pulled Jimin in a hug, cradling the back of his head. "You're acting like I'm never gonna see you again, like we're breaking up. We're n-not." Even when Taehyung tried to speak in an even and sure tone, his voice broke.

"Yah! Who said anything about breaking up." Jimin hit Taehyung's shoulder, turning his face the other way so Taehyung wouldn't see the few tears falling down his cheeks, not knowing Taehyung was doing the same thing. "I love you, TaeTae."

Chuckling, Taehyung rubbed Jimin's back. "I love you too, ChimChim."

Clenching his hand in a fist to stop himself from sliding the balcony door open, Jungkook put his fist in his pocket, resisting the urge to go in and pull Jimin out of Taehyung's embrace.

Turning away, he walked away from the balcony, internally scolding himself at getting jealous from a single hug. He knew he didn't actually know the context, and why they were hugging so emotionally. He figured it had something to do with his fight with Taehyung, which reminded him that they probably would need to talk it out, but Jungkook was too stubborn to do it, still holding a grudge over what Taehyung did.

"Please, don't be mad at Jungkookie." Jimin whispered, still holding Taehyung close.

Taehyung sighed. "It's not that I'm mad. Him being mad at me because I hurt you makes me happy. I'm relieved he cares about you that much that he would yell at two of his hyungs in one day for you."

Jimin pulled away. "You know about Namjoon hyung?"

"Yeah, he came to ou-" Taehyung cleared his throat. "He came to Yoongi hyung's room after you both left, I guess he heard Jungkook yelling." He shrugged.

Choosing not to comment on Taehyung's stutter, Jimin nodded. "Yeah, he was pretty worried."

"I'm telling you it's fine, Jiminie. Stop thinking." Taehyung said, stroking Jimin's hair affectionately.

"I just don't want you and Jungkookie to be fighting. I don't want to be the cause of a fight between you two. You have a special friendship. Please don't fight." Jimin pleaded, his mouth forming a pout unconsciously, which had Taehyung almost cooing at him.

"Okay, I'll talk to him. I'm the hyung anyways." Taehyung shrugged, trying to lighten up the mood.

Jimin finally smiled, throwing himself at Taehyung again to hug him. "Thank you, Taehyungie!" He squeezed Taehyung as hard as he could.

"Jiminie, you have a boyfriend. Pull yourself together. I know I'm handsome, but still." Taehyung laughed, but still held Jimin just as tight.

"Taehyung-ah." Jimin whispered, the smile still on his face. "Nothing is going to change. Nothing will ever change the fact that you're my soulmate, I swear." He continued to whisper.

"I know." Taehyung whispered back, and both of them held each other in the quiet of the late afternoon, Jimin not caring enough about his recording appointment, and Taehyung knowing how this moment was going to be the end of an era.

"Taehyung-ah, I need your help."

Jungkook was losing his mind.

"Hyungie!" Jimin yelled cutely, running over to Jin who was sitting on the couch, resting between practices, and once Jimin was in front of Jin, he sat right down on his lap, taking both him and Jungkook who was on the other side of the room by surprise.

"Jiminie!" Jin yelled back, holding Jimin by the waist, and swaying them left and right. "Why are you on my lap, Jiminie!" He asked jokingly, still swaying them.

Jimin laughed. "Because I love hyungie!" He cooed, holding Jin's face in his hands.

"Alright now you're scaring me." Jin mumbled after he stopped swaying them. "Is something wrong?" He whispered, just in case, and because of the staff recording them a few feet away.

Jimin shook his head. "Nothing is wrong, hyungie!"

"Well, something is about to be wrong, because I'm gonna get killed by your boyfriend." Jin whisper shouted. "What exactly are you doing?"

Jimin frowned when Jin mentioned Jungkook, so he turned around to look for him, only to see him leave the room. "He's not here, hyung! See? He left." He shrugged, not thinking much of it.

"Ugh, Jiminie. You're really dense, aren't you?"

"What do you mean, hyung? So I can't show affection to my lovely hyungs?" He asked, raising his eyebrow.

"I'm not saying that, but all of a sudden like that?" Jin asked back, looking up at Jimin who was sitting on his lap side ways, and Jimin looked away.

"I'm just trying to treat you all fairly." Jimin mumbled, swaying his legs when he couldn't reach the ground.

Jin sighed. "You know we all know you love us in the same amount." He assured. "Well, except for Jungkook of course." He whispered again.

"Exactly! Now that, shouldn't be happening." Jimin objected.

"How shouldn't that happen! You can't treat your own boyfriend the same way you treat your friends!" Jin tried to keep his voice down as much as he could, but Jimin was testing his patience.

Jimin got up from Jin's lap, standing up and doing a ninety degree bow. "Thank you for your services, hyungie!" He yelled jokingly before running out of the room, looking for the next member to carry out his plan.

"You brat!" Jin yelled after him, too tired to go after him to scold him properly.

"Chingu!" Jimin greeted on his way down the stairs when he saw Jungkook pacing back and forth with his hands in his pockets, not stopping to actually look at him, so he didn't notice Jungkook clenching his jaw and looking away.

"Chingu." Jungkook laughed under his breath with a shake of his head, glancing at Jimin who was running down the stairs.

Jimin continued to joke around with the members, and being overly touchy with them in front of the cameras, making them confused and Jungkook jealous, not noticing how he was doing the last one.

He planned to save the best for last, which was his own boyfriend, because with each member that he intentionally interacted with affectionately, the more he grew the confidence to do the same with Jungkook, and he could actually see this working on the long run, so when he wanted to do something with Jungkook, all he had to do is do it with a member first, or after.

Jimin was unaware that as he was getting closer to achieving his goal, Jungkook was getting closer to losing his mind.

When it was Yoongi's turn, which was the last one before Jungkook because Jimin was scared to actually approach him when he was free, Jungkook had finally lost it.

"What are you doing, Jimin-ah?" Yoongi had asked quietly when Jimin had went to stand beside him, reaching to hold his hand and leaning down so his head could rest on Yoongi's shoulder.

Jungkook's shoulder is comfier.

"Taking your advice, hyung." Jimin said simply, swinging their hands back and force.

He had approached Namjoon in a similar manner to Jin's, but not sitting on his lap, instead he cuddled up to him on the couch of the break room, and Namjoon bless his heart thought nothing of it, and instead he was just glad that Jimin was alright after the incident of the day before.

Taehyung didn't take much thought from Jimin, he didn't do anything that was out of the ordinary for them, and Hoseok was simply tricked by Jimin into carrying him around, when Jimin teased him that he couldn't, and Hoseok only wanted to prove his point.

"Oh." Yoongi let out, glancing around the room awkwardly, not used to someone holding his hand so openly. "Sure you want to do that in front of your boyfriend." Yoongi nodded in Jungkook's direction, who was shooting daggers at their intertwined hands.

"Yeah, of course." Jimin shrugged obliviously, turning to look at Jungkook to see him looking the other way. "He's not even looking at us." He said, turning to Yoongi again. "Wanna compare hand sizes, hyung?" He suggested cutely, holding his other hand up to Yoongi.

"I swear I'm gonna get killed before we finish filming." Yoongi muttered to himself, before he held his other hand up to Jimin's. "Yeah, sure. Why not?"

Jimin beamed, and Jungkook suddenly got up from his chair, about to walk up to Jimin and pull him away by force, but he held himself back and instead stormed out of the location all together.

Once Jimin was sure that they got it on camera, he thanked Yoongi, and left to look for Jungkook, not finding him anywhere, even when he asked the staff, they also didn't know where he was.

Not thinking much of it, Jimin went back to his schedule.

"Jungkook-ah."

Jungkook turned around, pausing his music that was playing in one ear when he saw Taehyung approach him. "Taehyung hyung." He nodded, slipping his phone in his pocket again.

"Ah, so now it's hyung." Taehyung teased, a small smile on his face, moving to lean on the wall beside Jungkook. "What are you even doing here? Your boyfriend is looking for you."

Letting out a humourless laugh, Jungkook scratched at his forehead, not knowing what to say to that. "You know when smokers get stressed out, or angry, or whatever, and they say they need a smoke? So they come out and have one?" Taehyung nodded. "That's how I feel right now, only I don't actually smoke." He sighed, crossing his arms and looking down at his shoes.

"Oh." Taehyung replied, too scared to ask Jungkook to elaborate when he knew it had to do with Jimin, and Jimin had already told him a few hours ago how he- they didn't want to discuss their relationship anymore.

"Hyung, I know I should apologize." Jungkook suddenly said, turning to face Taehyung. "But if I do that, I wouldn't actually mean it." He let Taehyung know bluntly, not beating around the bush.

Taehyung sighed. "I know, Jungkook-ah. You don't need to apologize. I'm not even mad at you."

Raising his eyebrows in surprise, Jungkook laughed in disbelief. "Really?" He exclaimed.

"Yeah, I'm happy that Jimin-ah can count on you, and that you're protecting him. I couldn't find a better boyfriend for my soulmate." Taehyung smiled, patting Jungkook's shoulder. "Aigoo, look at that hickey!" He pointed at Jungkook's neck.

Smiling back, Jungkook looked away, blushing a little.

"Look at you getting shy." Taehyung teased, pushing Jungkook's shoulder.

"Hyung." Jungkook whined, holding his own shoulder, but still laughing, and then he cleared his throat. "Hyung, what happened last night made me angry, yes. It shouldn't have happened, yes. You and me both made a mistake, that's also a yes, but I shouldn't have lashed out on you the way I did, I should have been more calm, but I just couldn't, not right after I saw what I saw."

Taehyung pulled his hand away, the smile gone from his face. "It was that bad?"

"Yeah." Jungkook sighed.

"What happened exactly?"

Jungkook looked at Taehyung, before he looked down at the ground again, kicking a little pebble on the pavement. "Well, after the little stunt you pulled, Jimin was being affectionate, so mission accomplished," He nodded to Taehyung, and then he continued. "But stupid me pushed him a little more by being way more affectionate, and he was scared someone was going to walk through the door, so I pulled away, took my phone and left."

"You left him?" Taehyung stared at Jungkook, his mouth agape.

"Yup." Jungkook nodded, feeling like a douchebag all over again. "Next thing I knew, he was pulling me to my studio, make up running down his face. It was weird, hyung. One second he was angry, telling me to stop calling him hyung, and to call him baby." Jungkook laughed, and Taehyung smiled at the idea of Jimin yelling at Jungkook to call him baby. "So when I told him that he was the one to ask me to stop calling him baby, he started crying." Jungkook pursed his lips, looking up again at Taehyung, to find him with his hand covering his mouth.

"That's it?" Taehyung asked from under his hand, too scared to know the answer.

"No." Jungkook shook his head. "He kept crying, wouldn't stop, wouldn't let go of my sweatshirt even. He kept crying for twenty minutes-"

"Twenty minutes?!" Taehyung exclaimed, his hand on his heart now.

"Yeah, and around the middle of it he couldn't even breathe. You know when you're crying and you keep sobbing and breathing in without breathing out?"

"Yeah."

"That's what happened with him." Jungkook nodded, his eyes turning dull. "Once he had calmed down enough to talk, he begged me to take him home, and I took care of him of course."

Suddenly Taehyung pulled Jungkook into a hug. "Thank you, Jungkook-ah."

Jungkook hugged Taehyung back fully, not able to recall the last time they had hugged like this. "For what, hyung." He said, over his shoulder.

"For being there for Jiminie. I can't thank you enough for it. You take care of him more than I'll ever be able to, and honestly? If I was in your place, I would've done more than yell at me." Taehyung admitted, his arms still around Jungkook's shoulders, hugging him tight.

"Hyung, you're just as important to Jimin, there's no comparison. Jimin needs you just as much. What you have is completely different from a romantic relationship." Jungkook assured, not knowing that Taehyung had actually needed to hear it, now more than ever.

"Ah, you're the perfect boyfriend just like Jimin says. We've all raised you well, Jungkookie." Taehyung praised, his hand going to Jungkook's hair to ruffle it, swaying them left and right.

Jungkook laughed. "You know I love you, hyung, right? Don't forget that." He patted Taehyung's back gently.

"Aw, I love you too, Jungkookie. You know you're my favourite dongsaeng right after my siblings." Taehyung pulled away, holding Jungkook's shoulders.

"Hyung, I'm your only dongsaeng after your siblings." Jungkook frowned, feeling confused.

"Exactly!" Taehyung yelled, bolting to the side door to get in the building again.

"Aish! This hyung." Jungkook muttered, running inside after Taehyung, chasing him all over the company.

Jimin-ah: seriously, where the heck are you??

(Sent: 11:23 p.m.)

Jungkook looked down at his phone, his hold on it getting tighter, before he swiped the message away, putting his phone in his pocket again.

Looking up, he found Jimin standing a few feet away, phone in hand, his eyes wide, probably at seeing Jungkook ignore his message in real time.

"Did you just-" Jimin took a deep breath. "Did you just ignore my text?" He started walking the few steps to Jungkook, holding his phone up to emphasise.

"Didn't you just ignore my whole existence the last like six or seven times we've been in the same room together, chingu?" Jungkook retorted, starting to walk away from Jimin. "Seriously. Sitting on their lap and holding their hands, lucky them!" He sassed, his back to Jimin, walking to their last location to rehearse.

Jimin walked behind Jungkook, trying to keep up with him. "Wait, wait, wait." He called, pulling Jungkook by his sweater. "You're jealous?" He laughed, pulling Jungkook to turn around and face him.

"You're laughing?" Jungkook almost yelled, infuriated. He frowned at Jimin, turning around again to walk away. "Let's just get this done with. I wanna go home." He muttered, taking long strides so Jimin won't be able to keep up with him.

"I'm sorry, Jungkookie." Jimin breathed out, tired from running after Jungkook. "Can you wait for a second here. I'm out of breath!"

Jungkook suddenly stopped, turning around to look at Jimin, the frown still on his face.

"Oh, so you're mad mad." Jimin stated, and Jungkook looked away, his tongue poking his cheek. "You're kinda hot getting all jealous over me." He stepped closer to Jungkook, looking up, trying to make eye contact.

Turning around to look at Jimin, Jungkook raised his eyebrows in disbelief. "So let me get this straight, you go around the company, being all cosey with all the members -except for me that is, agree with me on acting as friends, but you don't say a single word to me all day, and when I try to communicate that I'm upset, you laugh at me, and now you're trying to flirt your way out of this." He nodded to himself, his mouth going into a straight line. "I hear you. Now, let's work because I feel like going home and falling asleep, and nothing else." Jungkook said, clapping once in finality, and gesturing for Jimin to start walking, so they could get their day done with.

Pouting at being scolded with nothing to defend himself with, Jimin walked beside Jungkook this time, until they had reached the new set that had not been built fully yet, and it was when Jungkook was hooking up his mic that he had an idea.

"Jin hyung." Jimin whisper shouted, even when no one else was around to hear him if he talked normally.

"Yes, Jiminie." Jin whispered back, just to amuse Jimin.

"Look at that." Jimin pointed at Jungkook vaguely, waiting for Jin to catch on.

"Look at what?" Jin squinted, trying to see what Jimin meant, until he saw it. "Oh." He breathed. "Oh!" He almost yelled. "What is that?" He grimaced. "Did a bee sting him?"

Jimin slapped Jin's shoulder playfully. "Hyung!" He whined.

"You're the bee? Sorry." Jin joked, laughing at himself.

Rolling his eyes, Jimin glanced at Jungkook talking to the camera, and then he turned to Jin. "Why don't you go ask him about it?" He leaned his head in Jungkook's direction.

"In front of the cameras? You sure?" Jin asked, a little surprised.

Jimin nodded. "Yes, go now." He whisper shouted, gently pushing Jin in Jungkook's direction, but keeping a close eye on them.

"Ah, Jungkook-ah! What's that? What happened to you?" Jimin heard Jin slightly yell, both him and Jungkook standing right in front of the cameras, so he started to walk to them slowly.

Jungkook frowned in confusion, before he remembered the mark on his neck. "Oh." He breathed out, instinctively covering it, and not explaining.

"I'm sorry, Jungkook-ah. It's my fault." Jimin said, standing next to Jungkook so he was in the camera's frame.

"Oh, what happened?" Jin asked, playing along when he caught on what Jimin was trying to do, trying to reach out and touch the mark on Jungkook's neck, when Jungkook pushed his hand away gently.

"We were drunk and were playing around, and he wouldn't let me down. He was spinning around so fast, so I bit him until he stopped." Jimin explained smoothly, all the anxiousness he thought he would feel gone.

Jungkook smiled at Jimin's explanation, looking away, feeling shy, but still choosing not to comment, still covering the hickey with his hand unconsciously.

"I'm sorry, Jungkook-ah." Jimin apologised again, now for a different reason, and when Jungkook still didn't say anything, he walked away, feeling accomplished even when Jungkook was mad at him.

The ride home was quiet.

If you didn't count Jungkook's snoring that is.

Shortly after they had thrown themselves in the car, Jungkook fell asleep immediately after throwing his head back, until Jimin gently pulled him so he could sleep on his shoulder instead, cuddled up to him.

When they finally made it home, Jimin had to wake Jungkook up. If it were the other way around, Jimin knew Jungkook would silently carry him up, not even giving him the chance to wake up and walk up himself, but Jimin couldn't even lift Jungkook's arm up and off of him sometimes when he had to go to the bathroom in the middle of the night, so waking Jungkook up would have to do.

Disoriented and confused, Jungkook was led by Jimin to the elevator and into the dorm, and once they had made it to their room, Jungkook was fully woken up, taking his clothes off to go shower quickly before going to bed, not asking or waiting for Jimin to join him.

A little grumpy about it, Jimin took a quick shower alone, straight after Jungkook, walking out of the bathroom to find him laying in the middle of the bed, scrolling through his phone.

"I see that you're still mad." Jimin pointed out, throwing the towel he used to dry his hair in the hamper, going to stand in front of the bed.

Jungkook turned in bed, giving his back to Jimin, still on his phone.

"Okay?" Jimin shrugged, jumping on the bed and to the side Jungkook was facing, laying down so Jungkook had to be facing him.

Jungkook turned in bed again, this time laying on his back, and he put his phone on the nightstand beside him, choosing to stare at the ceiling.

Silently, Jimin climbed on Jungkook's lap, pining him down on the bed with his little weight, and holding him down by his shoulders for good measure. "Talk to me." He whined, pouting, and shaking Jungkook's shoulders.

"Being cute won't cut it." Jungkook stated, looking away from Jimin's face when he saw him pout even more.

"I'm really sorry, Jungkook-ah. I mean it. I didn't mean to make you jealous, it wasn't at all in my plan, believe me. It didn't even occur to me that you could get jealous until you mentioned it." Jimin explained, his hands resting on Jungkook's chest now, feeling his heartbeat under his right hand, which was abnormally fast.

Jerking his neck, Jungkook looked at Jimin, eyes wide. "You had a plan? That you told me nothing about?" He snapped, starting to get up.

Jimin pushed him back down, not giving him the chance to escape. "I tried to tell you this morning, but our driver called, but it worked, right? I wouldn't have believed it if someone told me I'd say right in front of a camera that I gave you a hickey." Jimin tried to reason, unable to find a good arguement where Jungkook wouldn't be mad at him for.

"Jimin-ah." Jungkook sighed, his hand rubbing down his face. "You don't get it. I don't care if you had said that or not. I don't care if we don't interact all day, it's fine with me if you let me know, so I wouldn't feel lost." He explained. "But to act like that with the members. In front of me. Without letting me know why you're doing it." He groaned. "You don't know how I've felt all day, seeing you sit on Jin hyung's lap, cuddle up to Namjoon hyung, hold Yoongi hyung's hand and fucking comparing hand siz-" He took a deep breath trying to calm himself down. "But when it comes to me? Nothing. You don't even know me. You don't even see me. I'm not there."

Jimin's mouth formed an 'O' no sound coming out.

"Yeah." Jungkook sighed. "So what was the genius plan you had? Making me jealous and then making it up to me by the end of the day?" He chuckled airly.

Jimin hit Jungkook's shoulder. "It's actually genius, okay? It's the genuis' idea in the first place even."

"It's Yoongi hyung's idea?!" Jungkook yelled, this time sitting up, easily overpowering Jimin.

Holding Jungkook's shoulders, Jimin felt like slapping himself. "Wait, calm down. I'll explain-"

"So you had a plan without telling me. You took hyung's advice when we agreed we would stop doing that. It hasn't even been a full day, Jimin!" Jungkook felt his blood pressure going up by what Jimin kept revealing to him, shifting in the bed to try to get up from under Jimin.

"Jungkook. Jungkookie, just- just hear me out, okay?"

"Hear what? Huh? You make plans without me. You go against what we both agreed on. You're completely leaving me in the dark. What's my actual role in this relationship, I really want to know." Jungkook laughed humorlessly, finally breaking free from Jimin and standing up in front of the bed, Jimin still kneeling in the middle of the bed.

Looking up at Jungkook, Jimin didn't know what to say, knowing he was in the wrong, and that he had royally fucked up.

When Jungkook found that Jimin didn't have anything to say, or defend himself with, he waved him off. "Alright, I'm sleeping in my old room tonight." He informed, walking out of the room.

"No! Jungkook, we agreed we wouldn't do that! Jungkook!" Jimin called after him, quickly getting out of bed to catch up to him.

Jungkook turned around in the hallway. "And we also agreed on two things, that you completely disregarded, didn't you?" He pointed out. "Goodnight, Jiminie." He walked a few doors over, before he went into his room, slamming his door closed.

Jimin slowly turned around, going back to his room, feeling like punching himself if he was actually able to.

He walked to their empty bed, sitting down at the edge of it, head in his hands, not knowing what to do, or how to make it right.

It had been a long day, and usually a busy day like that would have him asleep as soon as he saw his bed, but after his fight with Jungkook, Jimin knew it would be impossible to fall asleep, if not because he wasn't used to sleeping without him, then it would be because of the guilt, and restlessness that would come over him because he had made Jungkook upset, and then more upset, and then even more upset.

Jimin slapped his own forehead, cursing himself out, when he was interrupted by the sound of his phone vibrating.

Stupidly hoping it's Jungkook for some reason, Jimin scrambled for it, unlocking it to see one message from an hour ago, and another one just now.

Ji-ho-nim: Jimin-ah, I know it's short notice, but all we could come up with were five days for you and Jungkook, and those five days actually start now unfortunately it was the only way your schedules could fit, and I made reservations for you already, so it's ready once you are.

(Sent: 12:30 a.m.)

TaeTae: jiminieeeeeee about your favour it's halfway done I'm gonna go see it to make sure it matches what you saw and once you're free you can go yourself I'm thinking of going tomorrow... Also keep it down, why are you fighting at one in the morning Yoongi hyung can't fall asleep... And if you're the one in the wrong please make it up to him that boy really really loves you. Night soulmate.

(Sent: 1:37 a.m.)

Both texts had Jimin slapping his forehead again, before he was done with his mini break down, and he got up to get to work.

He started by pulling their small suitcase from under the bed, dragging it to their closet, before he opened it, and started to dump clothes in it, and then coming out of the closet to put anything else that they might need, finishing in record time, and he dragged the suitcase and put it by the door, only leaving out the stuff they would have to use before they left.

Finally, Jimin took a deep breath, bracing himself for what was coming, and he walked out of their room, heading into Jungkook's old one.

He put his hand on the knob, and by muscle memory, he quietly hoped it wouldn't be locked, and he turned the doorknob, and the door opened.

Jimin stepped inside, looking around the room, to find it's liveliness gone, because of how no one was living in it anymore, and then he turned around to find Jungkook sleeping on the bed, his back to him, so he wasn't able to tell if he was asleep or still awake.

Taking his chances, he quietly made his way to the side Jungkook was facing for the second time that day, laying down beside him as quietly as he could, and he lifted Jungkook's arm to wrap it around himself, moving more into Jungkook's space.

Half asleep, Jungkook tightened his arm around Jimin, pulling him closer, before he realised, and then he slowly started to wake up.

Jimin looked at Jungkook's face, in awe of how beautiful he looked during his sleep, his cheeks a little rounder and his eyelashes would look a little longer. He watched Jungkook slowly wake up, frown deepening the more the started to wake up.

When Jungkook was finally awake, and he had opened his eyes, Jimin didn't get the chance to marvel at the colour of Jungkook's eyes, because he sat up as soon as he saw Jimin's face in front of his.

Jungkook rubbed his eyes, glancing at Jimin, and then around the room, before he moved to sit on the edge of the bed, facing away from Jimin.

"Kookie." Jimin whispered, moving to kneel on the ground in front of Jungkook, so he could look at his face. "I'm sorry, I swear I meant to tell you, baby, but I didn't get the chance, and Yoongi hyung told me that idea long ago, it wasn't after our agreement I promise. I swear I didn't mean to make you sad, that's the last thing I want to do in my entire life." He softly explained, trying to meet Jungkook's eyes, but the latter kept avoiding looking at him, instead looking down at his own lap. "Baby, I promise you no one else matters but you. I love the hyungs sure, but what I kept doing today was all so I could act with you the way I wanted, to be affectionate with them so later when I did the same for you I wouldn't get nervous because it wouldn't stand out. I promise I did it all for you. I know now it made you upset, but in the first place it was to make you happy." He put his hands on Jungkook's thighs, rubbing up and down, still trying to get Jungkook to look at him.

"I can't decide which is better and which is worse, you cosying up to them in front of me just to get close to me, or not doing anything, at all." Jungkook rasped out, before he cleared his throat, voice filled with sleep. "I don't know, hyung." He shrugged, finally meeting Jimin's eyes.

"It could be whatever you want, baby. You decide." Jimin nodded, smiling softly at Jungkook.

"I'll think about it." He cleared his throat again, looking away.

"How about you think about it in Busan?" Jimin suggested with a sly smile.

"What?" Jungkook frowned, not catching on.

"I booked us five days in a private beach house." Jimin wiggled his eyebrows, looking at Jungkook's stunned expression. "And those five days start now."

"Hyung, what?" Jungkook repeated, not believing his ears. He rubbed his eyes, trying to get himself to wake up more. "You did what?"

Jimin's face fell, not thinking of the possibility that Jungkook wouldn't like the idea. "It's only if you want to, of course. I can cancel if you want." He rushed out.

Jungkook held Jimin's hands tightly, leaning back to lay on the bed, letting out a big sigh of relief. "No, hyung. It's exactly what we need. Are you kidding? That's the best thing I've heard all day!" He yelled in excitement, a smile breaking out on his face.

"You can hear better, if you want." Jimin teased, getting up to sit on Jungkook's lap again.

"When exactly are we leaving?" Jungkook asked, completely tuning out what Jimin had just said, his mind on the beach in Busan already.

"So you're just gonna reject me casually like that? Alright." Jimin mumbled. "We can leave right now if you wanted, but it depends on the next flight available, it's the only thing I still haven't done."

"The only thing?" Jungkook raised his eyebrows, his hands going to Jimin's waist.

"Yeah, I even packed, and the house is restocked with everything we need, we won't even need to leave it for the whole five days we're gonna be there, the only thing that's left to do, is actually go there." Jimin informed, laying down partially on top of Jungkook when he had pulled him down.

"And it's only us there?"

"It's only us there."

"Ah! Hyung, really! Is this a prank? When did you even plan this? You're bad at surprises!" Jungkook teased, rolling on the bed with Jimin in his hold, giggling at him to stop.

"You brat! Bet you're really surprised now, aren't you? Guess you need to step up your game now!" Jimin teased back, pinching Jungkook's cheek. "I planned it all in my head a while ago, and I asked my manager for help today, so he cleared yours and my schedule for five days."

"You're the best, hyung!" Jungkook laughed in happiness, squeezing Jimin to him. "I'm so happy right now, you don't even know."

Jimin leaned down to steal a quick kiss. "Yes, I do, cause you make me feel that way all the time, just by existing, so let me repay you a little." He whispered softly, his lips ghosting over Jungkook's.

Jungkook leaned his head up, about to initiate another kiss, when he stopped. "Let's book our flight, and then see how much time we have?" He asked, his eyes connecting with Jimin's, and when he blinked, he felt his eyelashes brush against Jimin's cheeks.

"Yes, that would be the responsible decision." Jimin nodded to himself, getting up and out of bed, dragging Jungkook out of the room, and into theirs to get his phone, quickly looking for a flight to book. "There's one in like half an hour, and then there's another one at seven in the morning." He informed, holding his phone close to Jungkook so he could see too.

"Half an hour won't be enough for us to make it. Seven in the morning it is. Book it, hyung." Jungkook said with a yawn, falling down on the bed, his eyes falling shut against his well.

"Alright." Jimin mumbled, looking for his wallet to pay with his own credit card, putting it back after making sure he didn't make a mistake, finally going back to Jungkook on the bed, to find him laying on their bed side ways, snoring away. "See how much time we have to sleep?" He mumbled to himself, shaking his head.

He tried to pull the covers back under Jungkook, trying to move him so he could sleep on the bed properly, until Jungkook had woken up a little for the third time that day, and moved under the covers on his own, so Jimin put their phones in their chargers, setting up about ten alarms so they wouldn't miss their flight, and turned all the lights off, diving under the covers and Jungkook's arm again, ready to let go on their small vacation.

They managed to wake up after five in the morning, both of them running around to get ready, Jimin walking around with his eyes half opened, not getting enough sleep, and when they had finally put their bags by the front door, with Jimin's small bag and Jungkook's backpack that had his camera and his laptop, it was a little after six, with their driver waiting for them downstairs. Jimin had asked Jungkook for a few more minutes so he could hug Taehyung goodbye, because he knew he would be sad if he didn't wake him up to see him off. The members were all still asleep, their new day not full, thanks to Jimin changing up their schedules, so the dorm was eerily quiet.

When Jimin went into Yoongi's room, and tried to wake Taehyung up, Yoongi was the one to wake up, asking Jimin why he was waking Taehyung up at six in the morning, giving Jimin a scare, until Jimin had told him he was leaving for five days and wanted to say goodbye to Taehyung. Still, Yoongi didn't let Jimin be the one to wake him up, instead he turned in bed, and gently shook Taehyung's shoulder, softly whispering for him to wake up, and Jimin watched Taehyung open his eyes, stare into Yoongi's for a full minute, so he cleared his throat, feeling like he was interrupting them, when he was the one who had a flight in an hour- less than an hour.

Yoongi had whispered for Taehyung to get up and hug Jimin goodbye, and Taehyung had stood up from the bed groggily, walking to Jimin and wrapping him up in his arms, and Jimin felt how warm he was from sleep, so he didn't keep him for long, knowing how Taehyung was going to forget about it in the morning, but at least Yoongi would remember and tell Taehyung that Jimin didn't abandon him.

Jimin had quickly walked back to the living room, seeing the front door opened, and Jungkook standing in the elevator with their suitcase and bags, holding the elevator door for Jimin with a smile, and Jimin had never felt more in love with him.

Almost running into the elevator, Jimin threw himself at Jungkook, and Jungkook removed his hand to let the elevator door close on them, his arm moving to wrap around Jimin instead, feeling utterly happy at the fact that it would be their first get away together as a couple, the few days they spent with Jimin's family not counting as one.

They had walked to their car, huddled up together, still sleepy, feeling like they were headed to their honeymoon, and Jimin had giggled with a blush when Jungkook had read his mind and mentioned it.

Their flight was unsurprisingly spent sleeping, the flight attendant had to wake them up when the plane was about to land, and when Jungkook had woken up and nodded his head to her, so she could leave him to wake Jimin up, he squeezed Jimin's hand under the blanket that covered their intertwined hands, even when Jimin had his head resting on Jungkook's shoulders and Jungkook's head rested on Jimin's head.

Another car was booked to take them to their beach house, and the sleep had left their eyes once they saw how beautiful it was.

It was painted baby blue, two stories high, and there wasn't another house too close by, which gave them the perfect amount of privacy.

Jimin had planned it all to perfection, having their bodyguards keeping watch on either side on the house by the beach, just in case, having booked them their own rooms in a close by hotel, so when they wanted, they could tell them to leave, and him and Jungkook would be all alone.

Jungkook pulled hard on Jimin's arm, so Jimin stumbled into Jungkook hold with a laugh. "Thank you. Thank you. Thank you!" He almost yelled, kissing Jimin with each word. "I know we're gonna have the best five days. I know it." He turned around to look at the house, turning Jimin around with him, almost sweeping him off his feet, hearing the car leaving already, their bags put by the house doors.

One of their bodyguards walked to them with the keys, handing them to Jungkook silently, and moving out of their way.

"Would it be too bad to spend the first day sleeping?" Jimin mumbled, his head on Jungkook's chest, and when Jungkook found it too hard to walk, he leaned to pick Jimin up, carrying him bridal style. "Jungkookie!" He squealed, holding Jungkook's shoulders tightly.

"It's for good luck!" Jungkook laughed, walking to the door to unlock it.

"We're not married." Jimin laughed, his eyes disappearing.

"Yet!" Jungkook pointed out, pushing the door open, and walking inside. "Oh, Jiminie! You know how to pick houses, might just let you pick our own house." He wiggled his eyebrows, only half joking, and Jimin looked away, his eyes going wide.

"Alright, put me down now. I wanna go upstairs." Jimin wiggled in Jungkook's arms.

Jungkook pouted. "No, let's explore together!" He protested, turning left and right to look around the living room, seeing another door that led to the road instead of the beach, and another two doors that they would need to explore, and finally the stairs leading up to the second floor. "Which door first?" He asked, looking down at Jimin, not fighting the urge to lean down and steal a kiss.

"Jungkookie." Jimin let out, holding Jungkook's face to make him lean down for another kiss. "Let's go straight upstairs?" He asked, pulling the best puppy eyes he could muster.

"You dirty minded hyung, we're exploring first." Jungkook shook his head, walking to the door on the right.

"You brat, I wanna sleep! You kept falling asleep! You've slept more than me, and I'm still tired from work!" Jimin half yelled and half whined, wanting to lay on any surface and just close his eyes.

Jungkook let out an evil laugh. "I'm kidding, I'm kidding." He walked into the kitchen, finding that it overlooked the beach from the big windows on the one side of the kitchen that had the sink, the stove and cupboards on another wall, and a small table with two chairs on the other side, the fridge on the far left. "Look, hyung. See how beautiful that kitchen is? We're just gonna explore really quick, and then you'll get your beauty sleep, okay?" He said, walking to the sink to turn the water on, just to try it.

"Jungkook, just let me down, you're gonna drop me I swear!" Jimin squealed when Jungkook turned the water off, holding into his shoulders, feeling Jungkook's muscles in his other arm flexing.

"I'm not gonna drop you, darling, just wait I'm exploring." Jungkook mumbled absentmindedly, moving to open the cupboards, looking at all the different packaged food that was probably too much for them. "Yeah, we're taking that home with us." He nodded to himself, moving to open the fridge, finding all kinds of beverages. "Oh, baby, yeah!"

"Jungkook!" Jimin yelled, getting impatient.

"Darling, look around. It's such a good kitchen." Jungkook held Jimin again with both arms, swaying him around.

"I know! I saw the pictures! I'm the one who booked it, Jungkook!"

Jungkook held back a laugh, moving to the door so they could see where the other door led to. "Alright, then let me explore. Here's the second door, what's in here?" He pushed the door with his leg. "Oh, it's just a bathroom."

"Yes, now please let me down so we could go upstairs." Jimin nodded, trying to get down again.

"What do you mean?" He acted like he didn't understand, walking up the stairs.

"We're gonna fall!" Jimin screamed with a laugh, his arms going around Jungkook's neck.

"If you pull my head like that again? Yeah, probably." Jungkook teased, taking the last step up. "Oh, this is nice, four doors. Four bedrooms?" He asked himself.

"A master bedroom with it's own bathroom that has a tub in it by the way, and one bathroom, and two regular bedrooms." Jimin counted on his fingers, only one arm around Jungkook's neck now.

Jungkook frowned down at Jimin. "Why did you have to spoil! Come on!" He stomped the ground in frustration.

Jimin laughed. "So you could take me to the bedroom already! You're an awful chauffeur." He gestured to the bedroom with his arm.

Squinting his eyes, Jungkook looked up at the four doors. "Which one is our bedroom?" He asked, his tongue poking his cheek.

"That door right behind us!" Jimin exclaimed, finally happy that he was going to get some sleep.

"Alright." Jungkook whispered, moving to the door on the right instead, opening the door and going inside, finding that it was one of the bedrooms, with no view of the ocean.

"Jungkook, no!" Jimin whined, this time wiggling rabidly in Jungkook's arms so he could finally get down.

"No. Nope." Jungkook shook his head, throwing Jimin over his shoulder instead, so he was hanging upside down.

"You're fucking evil!" Jimin laughed, hitting Jungkook's butt several times.

"That's what you get for wanting to sleep on our honeymoon!" Jungkook laughed, spinning around once, and walking out of the room, opening another door to find the bathroom so he closed the door again, walking to the last door before their bedroom.

"We're not even married!" Jimin yelled back, still laughing, his arms going around Jungkook's waist.

"And why is that! I still don't know." He joked, knowing how flustered it was going to make jimin, so he walked to their room that overlooked the beach, a see through bathroom attached to it, and he threw Jimin gently on the bed.

Jimin laughed shyly, his face red when all the blood had moved down to it, taking his pants off so he could sleep comfortably with only the oversized hoodie he had on. "I'm not talking to you." He mumbled, throwing his pants across the room, crawling to the head of the bed, and getting under the covers.

Jungkook smiled softly, watching Jimin get into bed with the view of the ocean behind him, fluffing the pillows around him, and putting one under his head, only to not be enough, so he puts another one that doesn't feel right either, so he just lays down with no pillow, staring at the ceiling, the smile still stuck on his face. "Hey." Jungkook whispered, walking to the bed, taking his sweater off in the process.

Jimin covered his face shyly, a giggle slipping through.

Getting under the covers too, Jungkook laid down on his back, right next to Jimin. "Why aren't we married yet? Honestly?" He turned his head to Jimin, seeing him take his hands off his face.

With his face still red, not seeming to ever get used to the topic of marriage with Jungkook, Jimin cleared his throat. "Well, for starters someone would need to propose." He raised his eyebrows, looking back at Jungkook.

Pointing at his own chest, Jungkook mouthed a 'me?'

Jimin shrugged, biting his bottom lip. "Plus, of course we can't get married here, but if we do get married in the states it would mean nothing here, so we might as well just buy two rings and call ourselves married." He pointed out.

"Put all of these formalities aside, tell me the real reason." Jungkook asked again, pushing himself up to rest his head on his palm.

"It hasn't been two years that we've been dating, do you think that's enough? Be truthful." Jimin turned to lay on his side, mirroring Jungkook.

Jungkook blew out a big breath. "I've seen people get engaged a few months after dating, and it has worked out for them."

"Us. Not other people. Do you perhaps think that it's enough for us?" He tilted his head shyly, already knowing how he felt, and waiting to know how Jungkook felt.

"Yeah." Jungkook nodded, certain that him and Jimin could take the responsibility of a marriage, even if they kept fighting, it was all about how they dealt with fighting more than how many times they found themselves doing it.

Jimin's eyes went wide, and he turned to burry his head in the pillow.

"Hey." Jungkook called with a laugh. "Don't get shy on me I'm still not finished." He whined, trying to get Jimin to face him, until Jimin did, turning his face around, still laying on his stomach. "You're all red." He reached to touch Jimin's cheeks, stroking his soft cheeks, them being hot under his touch. "The thing is, we're ready, there's no doubt about it, but as BTS? We don't have time to get engaged and prepare a wedding, so maybe when Jin hyung leaves to serve in the army we could start planning, and do it once he's back?" He suggested, his turn to get shy when he bluntly said that he wanted to get engaged in less than two years time, and married in less than three.

Covering his face again, Jimin giggled, sitting up on the bed.

Jungkook reached to pull one of Jimin's arms with a smile that Jungkook had felt would stay on his face for a whole five days. "Come here?" He asked softly.

Jimin uncovered his face, waving his hand in front of his face so it could cool down, before he went to lay on top of Jungkook in one move. "You really wanna marry me?" He asked, his face right in front of Jungkook's, his lips brushing his.

"Of course I wanna marry you." Jungkook raised his head a little to kiss Jimin, his hand slipping under Jimin's sweatshirt, rubbing up and down his back. "One more word about getting married and we're eloping, right now." He warned, pushing back Jimin's hair from his face.

"Marri-"

"Okay, let's go." Jungkook joked, pushing off the covers, earning a loud laugh from Jimin, that had him looking back again at him. "God!" He groaned, wrestling Jimin on the bed, and Jimin kept laughing. "I love that laugh so much, god." He yelled, burying his head in Jimin's neck, biting him playfully.

"Jungkookie!" Jimin squealed, squirming because it felt ticklish.

"Mhm, tastes amazing." Jungkook joked when he raised his head up, diving back again, before he suddenly remembered. "Shit, our luggage!" He said, moving to get off Jimin to go get the luggage that was probably still outside the door. When he moved away from Jimin, he looked down to find one of the most beautiful sights he had ever seen, Jimin's hair was messed up, looking fluffy to touch, and his face was still red from being tickled, the smile still on his face, his eyes turned into crescents, and that damn hoodie had somehow rode up to his stomach, and Jungkook gulped, clearing his throat at the sight. "Don't move. I'll be a second." He held up a finger, running downstairs in just his sweats, taking the luggage from outside and dragging them with him up the stairs. "I'm back!" He said, turning around to find Jimin in the same position he had left him in, only now his mouth was hanging open, deeply asleep.

Jungkook sighed, now believing how tired Jimin kept telling him he was, so he silently moved Jimin to under the covers, laying down himself, and bringing Jimin's head to lay on his chest.

"Such a cutie, falling asleep on himself like that." He mumbled, cuddling into Jimin, and falling asleep.

"Jiminie, wake up."

"Jiminie, I need you to put sunscreen on my back."

"Jiminie, I'm gonna go make one of the bodyguards do it."

Raising his head, Jimin looked around the room quickly, glancing at a shirtless Jungkook and then the roll in his hand. "What did you just say?" He rasped out, wiping a little drool from his chin.

"I said, that I was going to go ask one of the bodyguards to put sunblock on my back!" He repeated, a little more loudly this time, holding the roll in his hand up.

"Do that and you're dead, Jungkook." Jimin stated, turning in bed again and closing his eyes.

"Then put it on for me!" Jungkook whined.

"Why don't you come sleep with me instead." Jimin suggested into the pillow, sighing at how comfortable he felt.

"It's already one in the afternoon, get up, hyung. You're missing the whole day!" Jungkook whined again, having woken up two hours ago, trying to kill time by exploring the house a little more, and having a small breakfast, and then walking on the beach for a little until he got bored, and decided to go for a swim, one that he wanted to have with his boyfriend, who was sadly enough still asleep.

Jimin groaned, turning to lay on his back and blinking his eyes open. "I'm so tired though." He grumbled, looking up at Jungkook's pout. "Come here." He motioned for Jungkook to sit down on the bed, sitting up and taking the sunscreen roll from his hand. "You wanna swim without me?" He asked, starting to apply the block on Jungkook's back as soon as he sat down with his back to him. "I'm upset."

"If you hadn't woken up, I was planning on carrying you and throwing you in the water actually." Jungkook joked, turning his head so he could look at Jimin.

"Do that if you really want to die." Jimin jokingly said, widening his eyes so Jungkook would get scared, but he laughed instead. "Why is your back so big? Ugh, this is gonna take forever." He complained, moving to Jungkook's lower back before he was done.

"Thought you'd be a little used to it by now." Jungkook pointed out, turning around when Jimin was done.

"Shut up!" He slapped Jungkook's shoulder gently, because there was no fabric to protect his skin.

Jungkook grinned, watching Jimin get out of bed, and into the bathroom, so he moved to lean on the headboard, keeping his eyes on Jimin as he was brushing his teeth, and then washing his face.

When Jimin had gone into the bathroom and still felt Jungkook's gaze following him, he frowned, and then he remembered that he had no protection whatsoever in the bathroom, so he glanced up, his eyes meeting Jungkook's, who was laying on the bed, his arm behind his head, still with no shirt on, and Jimin rolled his eyes, telling himself that Jungkook wouldn't be able to see his blush from this far away.

"You're cute, you know that, right?" Jungkook called loudly.

Jimin looked back again at Jungkook, maintaing eye contact, before he reached to take his hoodie off, leaving him in his boxers in front of the sink. "Cute you say?" He asked, turning the tap on, and wetting his hands, before he pushed his hair back, looking back again at Jungkook.

Jungkook groaned, his body rolling on the bed, so he could burry his head in the pillow.

Walking out of the bathroom and to their suitcases, Jimin reached for his swimming trunks, and two towels. "What?"

Rolling again on his back, Jungkook sighed. "It's the Jimin effect." He said, looking Jimin up and down as he was changing.

"The Jimin what now?" Jimin frowned confusedly, his turn to sit down with his back to Jungkook.

Jungkook waved him off. "You won't get it. Your bias is not Jimin."

"I don't have a bias." Jimin said bluntly with a shrug.

Jungkook's hand halted applying the sunscreen. "What? How? Are you serious?"

"What? So you do?" Jimin asked, looking back at Jungkook, just so he could tilt his head in confusion.

"Of course I do! You're my bias! You've been my bias since right after I got over my crush on Namjoon hyung!" Jungkook yelled out, like he was stating the obvious.

"Wait, wait! Too much information at once!" Jimin stood up, not caring about the sunscreen anymore. "You had a crush on Namjoon?!"

"Well, not a serious crush, but he kinda helped me realise I liked men." Jungkook shrugged.

Jimin's eyes widened. "You like men?!"

"Jiminie, I'm literally dating you." Jungkook whispered, his face going blank.

"I'm just one man though, not a whole bunch of them!" Jimin yelled, throwing his hands up. "We also never talked about your sexuality, so I don't actually know your preferences." He added, his voice going down.

Jungkook laughed, standing up so he could hug Jimin. "I only like- love one man, and his name is Park Jimin, okay?" He assured, holding the back of Jimin's neck. "Also, I'm gay." He chuckled.

Jimin's arms went around Jungkook's waist, kissing his shoulder. "I am too."

"That's nice to hear." Jungkook said, swaying them in place. "I actually never came out to anyone, but I've made it pretty clear I wasn't straight."

Jimin giggled. "Yeah, I know."

"What do you mean you know." Jungkook's hand reached down to pinch Jimin's butt.

"Jungkookie!" Jimin scolded, pushing Jungkook and reaching for one of the towels, running down the stairs.

Jungkook took his own towel before he raced after Jimin, down the stairs and out the door to the beach. "Wait for me!" He yelled, watching Jimin run to the water.

"Oh? The water is warm." Jimin stated once he reached the water, walking around where the water barely reached his knees.

"Really?" Jungkook asked, running into the water so he could reach Jimin. "Jimin-ssi! That's not warm!" He yelled, screaming from how cold the water was once it reached his thighs and then his waist. "You're dead!"

Jimin kept laughing, going blind when his eyes turned to crescents, so he couldn't see Jungkook charging at him, and pushing him under the water.

When he broke the surface again, he was fully soaked, his hair falling over his eyes. "Ugh! This kid!" Jimin shouted, brushing his hair back and slapping his ears, trying to get the water out. He rubbed his eyes, and once he turned around he saw Jungkook laughing and slapping the water. "Yeah, keep laughing, you're swimming on your own." He threatened, moving away from Jungkook and into the deep water, smiling nonetheless because of how contagious Jungkook's smile was.

"Hyung, wait for me!" Jungkook whined, diving under the water and holding Jimin by his ankle.

Jimin laughed with a scream, kicking his leg so Jungkook would let go.

When Jungkook came up for air, he stood up to his full hight instead of kneeling, and he extended his hand for Jimin to take, a soft smile on his face.

Looking down at Jungkook's hand and then at his face, Jimin took Jungkook's hand, his smile not leaving his face, and then he pulled Jungkook to him, and they walked further into the water together, until it reached their shoulders, so they decided to stop.

"That's the first time we swim together like this you know?" Jungkook said, pulling Jimin closer to him.

"As a couple you mean?" Jimin asked, his hands going to Jungkook's waist, and then sliding down to his hips.

"Yeah," Jungkook whispered, not fighting Jimin's arms pulling him close. "We haven't been this close before, on vacations."

"Then let's enjoy it now." Jimin mumbled, holding Jungkook up in the water, and then wrapping Jungkook's legs around his waist.

"Woah!" Jungkook laughed, his hands on Jimin's shoulders now. "This is new." He laughed again.

"It's the only way I can carry you." Jimin said, smiling at Jungkook's laugh, and when he made sure Jungkook's legs won't slip down, he reached his hand to hold Jungkook's cheek. "I love you." He whispered, lining up his forehead with Jungkook's. "So much, you don't even know." He whispered again, right before capturing his lips in a kiss, right there in the middle of the ocean, too high now to care about anyone seeing them, even if it were their bodyguards, or their staff, or even the whole world. Jimin didn't care because he knew it was all worth it, and when eventually his name wouldn't be called by many, when the crowds are all gone, and he's too old to be an idol, he knew he would still have Jungkook, still calling his name, still cheering him on, and insisting that no matter how old he got he'll always be his bias, and his idol.

Before Jungkook could get greedy, he pulled away, knowing that if he didn't pull away from Jimin now they might stay in the water for hours. "I love you, too, Jimin-ah." He said with a final peck to Jimin's lips. "Please, pick me as your bias."

Jimin laughed so hard that Jungkook slipped away from his hold, and he almost dived down in the water from how much he was laughing that his legs couldn't carry him, and Jungkook had to hold him up by his waist. "Ah, J-Jungkook-ah, you're so funny. I can't stop laughing. Ah, god." He chuckled, wiping his eyes, little laughs still coming up from his chest.

"You're laughing at me, hyung? I'm being serious!" Jungkook yelled, but laughed as he did so.

"Yes, but the way you said it- you couldn't have picked a better time to ask?" Jimin laughed, now being the one with his legs around Jungkook's waist.

"Well, you were saying and proving how in love with me you were! So what's a better time to ask?" Jungkook argued, slapping the water around them.

"I am, but I can't just pick one of the six of you." Jimin said, looking away and at their house, away from Jungkook's wide eyes so he won't break character. "But if I had to pick someone," He trailed off.

"Yes?" Jungkook urged, squeezing Jimin's hips.

"I'd probably pick Tae." Jimin finished, turning to Jungkook again.

"You're done. You're done!" Jungkook laughed, throwing Jimin in the water.

Jimin spluttered, trying to steady himself so he won't dive in the water, laughing at Jungkook's reaction. "I told you, I don't have a bias!" He yelled, pushing Jungkook's shoulder, and splashing water on his face.

Jungkook splashed back, one hand moving to hold Jimin's hands back, and the other continuing to splash him. "Then take me!"

"Stop, stop." Jimin turned away from the splash of water, unable to fight back because of Jungkook's hold on his hands, and Jungkook immediately stopped his attack. "Take you? Let's go then." He gestured for Jungkook to follow him, pushing his hair back from his face, and swimming to the shore.

"I- Wha- Hyung!" Jungkook stuttered, not knowing if Jimin was serious or not.

Jimin turned around, laughing at Jungkook's red face, and splashing water at him. "I was kidding, gosh, look at you, so eager to go back." He swam again to Jungkook, reaching to hold his hand when Jungkook looked away in embarrassment.

"It's not funny, hyung." Jungkook mumbled with a pout, swimming so he was behind Jimin before he dived and swam under Jimin's legs, standing up with Jimin on his shoulders. "It wasn't funny!" He yelled jokingly, holding Jimin's thighs to steady him, and he spun around in place.

Jimin screamed, his hands moving to Jungkook's head, trying to hold on to anything, and finding nothing but Jungkook's hair, so he pulled on it when he felt himself swaying back. "Jungkook-ah!" He screamed with a laugh when Jungkook groaned in pain when he pulled his hair. "Put me down! Now!" He shouted, holding Jungkook's head to make him look up at him.

"Careful what you wish for, hyung!" Jungkook said, leaning back to throw Jimin in the water, before he turned around to pick him up before he could swallow a lot of water.

Jimin coughed, hitting Jungkook's shoulder repeatedly. "Ugh! I hate you." He yelled, coughing again.

Jungkook laughed at him, pulling him into a hug. "Yeah, sure." He sarcastically let out, rubbing Jimin's back when he coughed again.

They stayed in the water like that for a few more minutes, the calm waves swaying them in place, and Jimin had placed his head on Jungkook's shoulder, his eyes closed, enjoying Jungkook's hand in his hair and on his waist, until he whispered tiredly.

"I'm hungry."

They had spent the first day lazing around, after they had gotten out of the water, put their towels on their shoulders, and went into the kitchen to have lunch, Jimin had said how he didn't want to go back into the water for the rest of the day, and that he wanted to cuddle on the couch in front of the TV instead, and Jungkook had agreed almost immediately, running up the stairs to get a spare blanket from one of the other rooms, and he put it on the couch, picking a romcom for them to watch.

Jimin had refused to cuddle until they were clean from salt water, his body feeling sticky and he knew that there was probably sand in places that it shouldn't be, so after they ate, they headed up to take a quick shower, and Jimin had brushed Jungkook off with a laugh when he suggested that they try the hot tub.

As simple as it was, cuddling with a movie to watch was pretty rare for them to do, because of their busy schedules the only free time they had was either spent sleeping, or enjoying each other's company in the quiet of the night, wishing they could have more time to get enough of each other, and never seeming to.

Eventually, the movie was long forgotten, because Jungkook had had enough of Jimin teasing him all day, and because it had been too long for them since the last time they had the chance to spend their time however way they wanted, doing whatever they wanted, not being tied to any meeting or appointment in the next twenty four hours, or even the next five days.

"You just keep on teasing me. You're all words, and no actions kinda guy or what?"

For the first time in so long, they felt free, and not owned by their job, which they loved, sure, but it felt good to breathe, to be themselves far away from the spotlight, and to really feel like they were in love, like they were two normal men in love with each other, as simple as that sounded.

The second day, Jimin pondered if he should cut their vacation short, and go back one day earlier, so he could give Jungkook a present that was waiting for him back in Seoul, at home.

Jimin laughed to himself, thinking of the word home, and how relative he now knew it was -after he had travelled far away from the place he called home- and how he also knew now that that word meant nothing, not when he had a mobile home, one that had a full sleeve of tattoos, and too many piercings to count.

He was laying on the couch, by Jungkook's orders when he told him he was the one making breakfast today, his arm covering his face, so he didn't see Jungkook standing over him, with two plates full of food.

"What are you laughing at?" Jungkook had asked, putting the plates down on the coffee table, ironically enough, wearing a tank top that was two sizes too big, so it quite literally covered nothing, and had Jungkook's tattoos on full display.

Jimin laughed again when he realised, and then he pulled Jungkook on top of him on the couch, kissing him until their food had gone too cold to eat.

The rest of the day was spent in the ocean, and then they had played football on the sand, Jimin complaining that Jungkook was cheating when he won, just for the sake of it, and when they got tired, they laid a picnic blanket on the sand, and layed down on top of it, staring up at the sky, and occasionally, Jimin turned to watch Jungkook, until he would notice and they would both continue to look into each other's eyes, not saying anything, not moving to initiate anything, just one soul staring into another, with no walls built up whatsoever.

"We should have a picnic."

That was how the third day was spent, they had tried to take advantage of the sea as much as they could, spending most of the day outside, only going inside if they wanted to bring something to eat or drink, the same blanket on the sand, where they had breakfast, lunch, and dinner, and they watched the sun set in each other's arms, not wanting to go back to work in two days time, so they decided to build a small fire, have a few drinks, watch the stars together until the sun would rise.

"You know how Taehyungie is my soulmate?" Jimin had drunkenly asked, his head on Jungkook's shoulder, a bottle of soju in his hand, staring into the fire.

Jungkook nodded, swallowing his drink. "Yeah."

"He's like- my platonic soulmate, you know? I'm literally not- I'm unable to have romantic feelings for him, you know that, right?" Jimin explained, his mind fuzzy.

Jungkook nodded again, his head falling on Jimin's. "Aha."

Jimin turned to Jungkook, raising his head, Jungkook's head falling with the movement. "You're my romantic soulmate." He nodded to himself, taking a swig of the drink in his hand, not able to recall how many bottles he had already drank.

Jungkook smiled shyly. "That's a twin flame I think." He corrected, his feet playing in the sand.

"What's that?" Jimin frowned, emptying his bottle with a final sip.

"Someone you're meant to meet in your lifetime, someone you meet when you're ready mentally, when it's right, I think I read somewhere that they're all like, having a partner to share your entire lifetime with, and when you're reborn, you meet them again, like in different bodies and stuff? But, the thing is, not every lifetime ends up with them being with each other, so they could sometimes be separated or something like that. It was such a long article, I don't know." Jungkook tried to explain, picking information from the top of his head.

Jimin returned to putting his head on Jungkook's shoulder again. "Well, I hope the other Jimin and Jungkook don't suffer much being away from each other. Do they? Do they suffer? Do they know they're supposed to meet?" He turned in his chair, his interest peaking.

"Yeah, they meet. They meet in every lifetime but they get separated. Like, sometimes it doesn't work out, sometimes they break up, and then get back together again, and then break up again, there's a lot of different scenarios if they're still not ready for their final reunion, but I think to summarize, they called them something like the chaser and the runner." Jungkook explained further, reaching for a new can of beer, the soju being too bitter for him, so he was little less drunk than Jimin.

Jimin pouted, wiggling around in his chair to look at the sun rising. "Do you think I would be the runner?" He suddenly asked after they had gone quiet for a while, seeming to be sober for a split second.

Jungkook bit his bottom lip, knowing the answer to Jimin's question, and knowing that Jimin knew he knew, but despite all of that, he mumbled a quiet, "I don't know."

When Jimin had fallen asleep on Jungkook's shoulder, he had decided to call it a day, carrying Jimin up in his arms much like how they had entered the house three days ago, kicking sand into their small fire so it would die down, and going up the stairs and into bed, not getting the chance to settle down on bed, before Jimin had held him close, his hands clenched tight around Jungkook's shirt.

"It's alright, Jiminie. No one is running." He had whispered with a kiss to Jimin's temple, falling asleep straight after.

The fourth day, Jimin had surprised Jungkook twice. The first one was when he woke up before Jungkook, so he decided to bring him breakfast in bed, even if it was simple pancakes and fruit, it had to count for something, especially when he added a little flower on the tray, that he had stollen from the bushes by their front door, which gave him an idea for the second surprise.

"Baby, I have to run and make a phone call, you stay here, swim for a while. I'll be right back." He had said without giving Jungkook the chance to offer going with him, swimming away quickly and running into the house, getting the flowers he had collected that morning from the kitchen, and then running up the stairs and into their bathroom.

"Jungkook-ah!" He called from the shore, waving his arms, and jumping up and down, trying to grab Jungkook's attention, who was busying himself by trying to do flips in the water.

When Jungkook had finally noticed Jimin trying to catch his attention, he got worried, quickly swimming to the shore, and then running the rest of the way to him. "Is something wrong? Are you alright?" He had asked, holding Jimin's shoulders, and looking for any injuries on him.

"I'm alright, but I need to show you something. Come on." Jimin had assured with a laugh, pulling Jungkook by the hand to the house and up the stairs, straight into their bathroom, when Jungkook stopped, his mouth agape, running his eyes over the colourful petals on the ground, leading to the bath tub, which was already running, and filled with water, the petals in the water too.

"You did this? Now?" He turned to Jimin, eyes wide with excitement.

Jimin nodded enthusiastically, a smile on his face. "This is for you, baby, but can I join?" He pulled his puppy eyes, as if Jungkook needed to be asked.

Jungkook had pulled Jimin into the tub silently, a smile stuck on his face. "Oh, it's really warm. Wow." He sat down with a sigh, pulling Jimin to sit on his lap before he could go sit beside him, and Jimin immediately leaned back, resting his back on Jungkook's chest.

"Oh, it feels great, I could fall asleep." Jimin threw his head back, turning to look at Jungkook. "You like it?"

"Very much so." Jungkook had said, leaning back more and wrapping his arms around Jimin, and they both stayed there for a while, relaxing their bodies from swimming and playing all morning, not talking much, enjoying the comfortable silence, until Jungkook remembered that he needed to talk to Jimin about something he had pushed to the back of his head. "Jiminie?"

"Yeah?" Jimin answered, turning to Jungkook, so he could look at him in their position.

"The other day, when you had your panic attack." He trailed off, not knowing how to approach this.

"Yes, what about it?" Jimin answered absentmindedly, moving his legs in the water, and creating little bubbles on the surface.

"Don't you think you should see a therapist? For your anxiety?" Jungkook asked in one breath, pulling the bandaid off in one go.

"I don't know." Jimin answered, his eyes moving around the bathroom.

"Baby, you said it yourself, that you're prone to having an anxiety attack, so you shouldn't ignore it. You have to take care of yourself." Jungkook had advised softly, his hand rubbing Jimin's arm.

"Will you go with me? If I decide to go?" Jimin asked quietly, looking down at his hands.

"Of course, baby." Jungkook said, kissing Jimin's shoulder. "I'm always with you. You don't even have to ask."

Jimin sighed, his body melting into Jungkook's. "Thank you." He breathed out.

"For what, babe?" Jungkook kissed his shoulder again, resting his head on it after.

"For being my home."

TaeTae: jiminieeeeee I've seen it I've seen it I've seeeen itttt. It's literally so cute, you'll have to show me his reaction. All I've gotta say is that it's better than the pictures. Also, I miss you my chimmy.

(Sent: 10:52 p.m.)

Jimin quickly responded to Taehyung's text, telling him how much he had missed him too, and that he's going to ask Jungkook if he was okay with going back early, just so they could have the time to enjoy his present, so he went on his way to do that, finding Jungkook sitting on the chair from the day before on the porch by the beach, a cup of ramen in his hand.

"Baby?"

"Yeah." Jungkook turned around, his lips red from how spicy the ramen was.

Jimin sat down on the chair opposite from Jungkook. "I have good news, and bad news, but you get to pick which one we're gonna do."

"Then I pick the good news of course." Jungkook answered with a shrug, eating the last bite of food.

Jimin slapped his forehead. "I worded it wrong. Just listen first, okay?"

"Okay." Jungkook shrugged again, setting the empty cup on the ground by his chair, wiping his mouth with a napkin.

"I have a present for you."

Jungkook sat up straight in his chair. "Another one! Where?" He looked around him, trying to spot a wrapped gift somewhere by the door, or on the sand.

"It's not here. It's in Seoul, so if you're eager to see it, we'll have to go back tomorrow morning instead of at night." Jimin explained, hunching over, with his elbows on his knees.

"Why didn't you bring it here with you, hyung? I'll just see it when we get home tomorrow night before I fall asleep." Jungkook frowned at the thought of being back in Seoul, enjoying their little get away too much to think about going home.

"Jungkookie, it's not that simple, in order to receive your present we're gonna need a whole day." Jimin tried not to give anything away, but wanting to throw Jungkook over his shoulder and jump into the first plane to Seoul at the same time, too excited for Jungkook's reaction.

"But I don't wanna go." Jungkook whined with a pout, pulling his legs to his chest in his chair.

Jimin stood up from his chair, going over to Jungkook's, and pulling his head up by his cheeks. "Believe me, it's gonna be worth it, my Jungkookie."

And that was how their little getaway had ended. Jimin had offered Jungkook that they stay for that last day, but Jungkook had declined, telling Jimin how he was right about them going home because he trusted his judgment, if Jimin told him that it's worth going back one day early, and that they really needed that free days so Jungkook could see it, then Jungkook believed him, and he trusted him blindly.

So Jungkook had packed their bags again, a lot of footage of their little vacation already safe on Jungkook's laptop, and on that night, that Jungkook now knew was their last night there, he had convinced Jimin to tell their bodyguards to head to their hotel, and then go skinny dipping in the ocean when they were sure there was no one there to watch. They had ran like kids into the water, holding each other's hands because Jimin was scared of the darkness, and if there was one thing Jimin was scared of more than the darkness, it was the ocean at night, because he was sure that all kinds of creatures woke up and came out of it at night, so he told Jungkook, and being the amazing boyfriend that he was, Jungkook told Jimin how he was strong enough to protect him, and fight any creature that might attack them.

They held each other under the moonlight, whispering sweet words about their love for each other, the moon and the water being their only witnesses.

It was way after the A.M that they had stumbled into their room, falling into bed together, not sleeping, until it was one hour before their flight, so they hurried to get ready, all of their things packed already, and they jumped into the car and on their way to the airport.

Their flight was once again, spent sleeping, and they were both too grumpy for the flight attendant to handle, so once she was sure Jimin was half awake she left, and Jimin kept grumbling for Jungkook to wake up, looking at his phone to find it was six in the morning of their last free day, so he told Jungkook that they should just go home, sleep until the afternoon, and then Jimin would take Jungkook to see his present.

Jungkook had grumbled back an agreement, dying to pull the blanket again around himself, and going back to sleep, but fighting the urge to do it, specially when Jimin pulled him up from his chair when people started to get off the plane.

"Jungkookie, wake up. It's time for your big present." Jimin traced his finger over Jungkook's face, moving a few strands of hair that were getting in his eyes. "Wake up, babe!"

Jungkook turned his face away from Jimin, frowning in his sleep.

Jumping up to straddle Jungkook, Jimin started to shake his shoulders. "Wake up, or you're not gonna like what comes next."

"Doubt it." Jungkook muttered, covering his face with his arm.

Jimin put his hands up in surrender. "All I gotta say is, if you don't get off the bed now, then you're not getting off at al-"

Jungkook quickly sat up, pushing Jimin off of him so he fell on the bed with a laugh, watching Jungkook run into the bathroom to get ready, him already dressed and ready to go.

Once they had went into the living room, on their way out, Taehyung called out to them. "Good luck!"

Jungkook raised his head from tying his shoes. "Wait, you know?"

"Yes, of course. Who else would help Jiminie with it?" Taehyung said, pretending to throw his hair over his shoulder sassily.

"Is it that big of a present that he needs help?" Jungkook raised his eyebrow in curiosity, glancing at Jimin who was signalling for Taehyung to cut it out, but he wasn't.

"Oh, the biggest." Taehyung nodded, walking to his room, or probably Yoongi's room with a wave.

Jimin pulled Jungkook by his sweater to the elevator, not wanting to waste more time. "It's in one of my friend's apartment, there wasn't enough space for it in here, so we have to go to it. I'll drive." Jimin informed, putting his hand in Jungkook's pants pocket, and pulling his keys out.

The drive there was silent, but it was short anyway. It only took them ten minutes by car, and if Jimin was brave enough to speed up, he was sure they could have reached it in five.

Jimin chose to park in the building's garage, opting not to park in a guest parking spot, which they had to give identifications for, and once they were in the elevator, they had to use a special key for the elevator to work, and Jimin pressed the thirteenth floor, and once they got out, they stood in front of apartment 1305 and Jimin tried his hardest not to freak out.

"Jiminie, are you okay? You haven't spoken much since we left." Jungkook observed, standing behind Jimin and holding his shoulder.

"Yeah, I just hope you like your present." Jimin turned to look at Jungkook, his eyes shaking.

"Baby, I-" Jungkook stopped to look around them, choosing to whisper instead. "Baby, whatever you give me, I'll be happy to receive." He leaned his head down, placing a kiss on Jimin's cheek. "Now, aren't you gonna knock?" He asked, nodding to the door.

Jimin smiled, turning again to the door, and putting in the password. "There's no one inside." He said, pushing the door open, and walking inside.

Jungkook walked in, looking around him to look for the present, but he found nothing. There was literally nothing in the apartment, it had no furniture, not even a chair, just an open space, maybe a new apartment Jimin's friend had recently bought. It was a good one though, Jungkook was jealous, it had amazing light instalments, and the ground was shiny white ceramic tiles, the walls a shade of creamy paige, and there was nothing else to point out, but Jungkook liked the floor to ceiling window in the space that looked like it might be the living room. "Now I get the space part." Jungkook nodded. "But where's the present. I don't think it's okay to stay for long in someone else's place."

Jimin was watching Jungkook look around, so as soon as Jungkook had asked for his present, Jimin took him by the hand and down the hallway, which was also empty, walking until he reached the biggest room in the apartment, and walking inside, standing in the middle of the room, still holding Jungkook's hand. "Jungkook-ah."

"Jimin-ah?"

He took a deep breath first. "I love you. I love you so much. You're my home, you'll always be my home. I love waking up next to you. I love seeing your face first thing in the morning. I love hearing your voice first thing in the morning, and I'm greedy, b-because I want more. I want to have that life with you forever. I wanna cook with you. Clean with you. Decorate for Christmas with you. Cry with you when it gets hard. I want it all with you, and I'm so g-greedy that I want you all to myself. I don't want to just live with you in one room in the dorm. I want to live with you alone, where it's only us, in our own home, creating our own memories, s-so" Jimin stopped to take a deep breath, his hands shaking with nervousness. "I bought this place for you. This is your present." He finally said, squeezing Jungkook's hand. "I hope you meant it when you said you might let me pick a house for us to live. It's not furnished yet, so you could decorate it however you wa-"

Jimin was pulled by his hand to Jungkook, and he was shut up with a kiss. "Baby." He moved to kiss him again. "Just shut up, please." He held Jimin's head, pulling him closer and then some more. "I love you so much. I can't believe you did this." He pulled away, looking around him, at the room that he knew now would be theirs, in their own apartment, that they would live in alone together. "It's worth it, it is so worth it." He pulled Jimin into a hug, getting teary eyed. "You're my home. Thank you for buying a home for us, but as long as I'm with you I'm happy, I'm safe, I don't care about anything else, as long as I have you. You're my everything, Jimin-ah. I want all of what you said and more." He pulled their foreheads together. "Let's get greedy." He whispered, a tear falling down his cheek with one of Jimin's own.

Jimin nodded, holding Jungkook's hands that were on his cheeks, a smile spreading across his face. "Let's get greedy."

Jungkook has signed the lease that same day, and they had ordered take out, and spent the day on the floor of the living room, scrolling through furniture, and adding what they like to their shopping carts, wanting to furnish it and move in as soon as possible, the idea of living all alone together exciting them.

They had finally went back to the dorm at midnight, and if it wasn't for the five men living there, that they held dear to their hearts, they wouldn't be able to call it home anymore, because they had another place now, one to call their own, and they most importantly had each other.

When they had went through the door, they were met with confetti in their faces, and a crying Hoseok, who kept telling them they were happy tears, and that he was proud of them.

The couple had tried telling them that they wouldn't move out yet, not for another month or two at least, and that they didn't have enough time to finish the place and then move their things, but Namjoon kept saying how it was an end of an era, and that there wasn't much difference, because they would move out anyway.

Yoongi had congratulated them, telling them how he would be relieved because he could now get a good night of sleep, instead of staying up because they were wrecking havoc in the dorm, or fighting at ungodly hours. Jimin had playfully pushed Yoongi, telling him how it was okay if he was going to miss them and just wanted a hug.

The most emotional out of the seven of them was Taehyung and Jin, and Jungkook and Jimin took turns comforting each one.

Jungkook had went to talk to Taehyung, telling him how they would make one of the guestrooms his, and that he would still be a permanent part of their home, and that nothing was ever going to change, and that this new chapter of theirs might need Taehyung's support now more than ever.

When Jimin went to talk to Jin, he had told him how he couldn't wrap his head around the fact that Jungkook was now a grown man, as much as he knew Jin also couldn't, and that at the end of the day, Jungkook would continue to be Jin's little brother, that he would still need to protect him, no matter how old he got. Those few words had Jin crying softly into Jimin's shoulder, and he had motioned for Jungkook to come and comfort him himself, and Jungkook had, he had promised him to go fishing with him every month, or come at random times to the dorm just so he could eat whatever Jin cooked, and Jin had eventually calmed down, telling Jungkook how proud he was of him, and that he couldn't wait for the day when he would finally get married and have a family of his own, making Jungkook blush, and then wrestle him playfully.

Taehyung was a lot harder to calm down, because as soon as he saw Hoseok crying, and then Jin crying, it had pushed him over the edge, made him realise that for the first time in more than twelve years, Jimin wouldn't be a few steps away from him, he wouldn't be down the hall when Taehyung would need him, because no matter how many friends Taehyung made, and no matter how close he had gotten to Yoongi, Jimin was Taehyung's safe space, and he was scared of losing him.

"Tae, I will never let myself lose you. I will never let that happen." He had assured, his forehead pressed to his. "I promise I'll love you forever. I'm not going anywhere. I'll see you in the morning when I wake up tomorrow and for another two months at least, and I'll see you at work every day, and we'll still stick by each other's side even if we don't live together anymore. Distance means nothing, and hey, it's only five minutes away, so no excuses when I tell you to come over."

Taehyung had calmed down a little after that, Yoongi stepping in to calm him down more, holding his hand, and talking to him quietly, which had Jimin smiling at the sight, even if he didn't quite get what was happening between them.

"Hey." Jungkook wrapped his hand around Jimin's. "Roommate." He nodded, fighting a smile.

"Jungkookie, we're already roommates." Jimin laughed, standing in front of Jungkook and holding his other hand.

"Alright, flatmate." He raised his eyebrows, feeling accomplished. "Let's go to sleep, we have a busy schedule tomorrow, and my butt is tired from sitting on the ground for eight hours."

Jimin laughed, following Jungkook to their room.

They had ended up moving one month later, right after they had installed the minimums, they had a couch with a TV, their closet was set up, and they had a bed to sleep on, the kitchen was fully done so Jungkook had suggested they move anyway, and work on the rest of the apartment slowly when they had free time, too eager to wait for another month.

Living together meant that the members would no longer take turns with them in making food, or cleaning, or doing the laundry, but it was definitely different when everything was for only two people, because it took them a while to get the amount of food right, they either cooked too much or too little, and they fought over the small things, like Jimin throwing his jackets around the apartment, too lazy to just hang them up as soon as he got home, and Jungkook's products kept hogging the sink counter to himself, leaving too little space for Jimin to put his things in.

Moving together definitely wasn't all rainbows and sunshine, but they were the happiest they had ever been in their life, and they felt as if they had a life of their own now, things to call their own, inside jokes that only them were there to witness, and moments where they felt like doing nothing at all in their day, which they had enjoyed doing, not holding back from lazying around all day, because if they wanted it, then they could do it, with no one to judge.

"So when are we gonna get married?" Jungkook had asked for the millionth time that weekend, just to annoy Jimin, and Jimin had punched their clothes in the washing machine, turning his head with a glare at Jungkook.

"When you stop leaving your socks everywhere!" He yelled, punching the right buttons for the washing to start.

"Careful with that." Jungkook laughed, pulling Jimin's hand away when the washing machine started doing its job. "Come with me, I'll fix your mood." He pulled Jimin with him outside their door, calling the elevator before he stepped in, Jimin pulling his hand away from Jungkook, and crossing his arms.

Jungkook held back a sigh, pressing the rooftop button, getting out when it arrived. "Wait? When did this get here?" Jimin asked confusedly, pointing at the pool in the middle of the rooftop.

"It was just finished a week ago." Jungkook explained, walking to the edge of the pool. "See?" He pointed at the water, and Jimin walked to him to see what he was pointing at, and next thing he knew, he was pushed by Jungkook in the pool. "See how stressed you are? Now, did that feel good?"

Jimin shook his head to get the water out of his ear, pushing his hair off his eyes, and he let out a big sigh, relaxing in the water. "Yeah." He admitted looking up at Jungkook guiltily.

"Then my job here is finished." Jungkook smiled, standing over Jimin still.

"Will you get me out, please?" Jimin asked in a quiet voice, raising up his hand for Jungkook to pull him up.

"Yeah, come on." Jungkook leaned to hold Jimin's hand to pull him up, when Jimin raced him to it, pulling Jungkook down to him as hard as he could, and Jungkook fell into the water.

Jimin laughed, twirling around in the water to face Jungkook. "See? See how cold the water is?" Jimin imitated with a laugh, splashing at Jungkook.

"Yeah, didn't think it through." Jungkook laughed, swimming around Jimin.

"Hey, Jungkook-ah."

"Yes?"

Jimin swam to Jungkook, wrapping his arms around his shoulders in a hug. "I'm sorry." He apologized, feeling bad for taking his stress out on his boyfriend, even if the little things kept stressing Jimin out more, he knew Jungkook had no intention of actually making him upset.

"I know, baby. It's alright." He patted Jimin's back, his hands holding his waist.

"No. No, I'm sorry, okay? Thank you for getting me out of my head. I just-" He breathed in, moving closer to Jungkook. "My therapist told me that I need to see her twice a week now. That's not exactly a good sign."

"Well, it's not, but it's all to get you to become better, baby. You're no ordinary human, you're Park Jimin, one would need nerves of steel to be you, so it's not a bad bad sign, it's only a little bad, not big bad." Jungkook assured, nudging Jimin's nose with his.

"You're amazing. I don't know what I would do without you, honestly." Jimin sighed, kissing Jungkook once.

"You wouldn't have dirty socks lying around for starters." Jungkook pointed out.

"Those things I fight with you about don't really matter, what matters is that at the end of the day, we're in each other's arms, still ready to work on this, and still ready to face another day together." Jimin whispered, his fingers brushing Jungkook's hair.

"You're right. Then let's get more greedy." Jungkook smiled playfully, squeezing Jimin's waist.

"Let's get more greedy."
