Chapter One Hundred Eight
Let's Not Fall In Love(我们不要坠入爱河)
"Can you walk," Ba Wei said as he wrapped a towel around his waist.
"Fuck you." A chuckle left his lips as he slowly walked over to me and bent down. "What are you doing?"
He didn't answer that question with his voice but with action because right after I asked it I was lifted from the tile floor of the shower. My face began to burn almost immediately and I turned my face to try to hide it.
"Don't hide such a cute reaction from me."
I paid him no mind and just kept my head turned. In truth I was both blushing from being carried out of the bathroom and the situation. I mean it was bit embarrassing to not be able to walk after doing something like that in the shower. I mean it wasn't really my fault that I couldn't but more of his. I know he told me he wouldn't stop even if I told him too but did he really have to drain me dry. I couldn't even tell you how long we were in that shower for. All I was can say that after the fourth time I stopped counting and just enjoyed the pleasure. Thinking about it now it is kind of embarrassing.
"You can put me down you know," I said as he walked out of the bathroom.
He didn't pay me any mind and just made his way to his room. I watched as he walked over to his bed and without warning he tossed me on it. It would've been fine if I wasn't wet and was clothed but now it just caused problems.
"You just wet your sheets you know," I said sitting up.
"I know. I don't care. You're going to be sleeping here anyway so it's not an issue."
"Huh?"Â Did I hear him correctly?
"I said you're sleeping here tonight so it's not a problem."
I didn't even get time to say anything else before he walked out of the room. He's such a dick sometimes, Â but then again I like him so what does that make me? I sighed and looked down at my chest. I ran a hand over the quite dark bruise that was there, and as the memory of how I got it played in my head I couldn't help but feel a bit angry. I shouldn't have even said sorry. He didn't even deserve to hear those words from me. She is a slut, and always will be one. I don't want to speak with her but I want to know what she said to my mother, so I will. How I will do that will be a task. I might actually have to play nice with the both of them. How gross.
"Here," I looked in his direction only to be met by a pair of shorts to the face. "Wear these. They should fit."
I pulled the shorts off my face, "No underwear?"
He shook his head and pulled the towels from around his waist. I couldn't help but let my eyes wander. Feeling that I had been staring to long I shifted my eyes and cleared my throat. I got up from the bed and as soon as I did I could feel Ba Wei's eyes on me. I slid the shorts on and when I looked up my eyes met his.
" Stop staring. You look like you're gonna lick me."
I watched as he slid on some sweat pants, "I already have. I have to say that you taste a bit sweet."
"Shut the hell up," I said as my face started to burn.
Ba Wei started to laugh and flopped down on the bed beside me. I looked down at him and without thinking I reached out and ran a hand down his abdomen. This caused Ba Wei to laugh and I removed my hand.
"You didn't have to stop. I don't mind."
"I'm fine."
The room fell into an awkward silence and I couldn't help but to feel a bit uncomfortable. I looked down at the boy beside me to see that he had his eyes closed. I couldn't help but want to reach out and touch his face. His features are so sharp and strong yet when they relaxed they look so soft. How does someone have such features like that. It's almost like he was sculpted from the finest genes in both  his parents. After staring for a few more seconds I laid down beside him. I listened to the even tone of his breathing and slowly relaxed bit more.
"That bruise looks terrible."
I looked over to see Ba Wei's eyes on my chest, "Yeah. Hopefully it goes away soon."
"Yeah. It totally ruins your look," Ba Wei joked.
I laughed a bit and turned to look at him. I let my eyes scan his scar covered body and I couldn't help but want to ask about them. I want to know exactly how he got it but at the same time will he tell me. I had asked before and he has never told me anything about them. He always brushes me off, but maybe since we're a but closer he'll tell me something. Anything about where all of them came from.
"Ba Wei."
"Hmm?"
"How did you get so many scars?" There was long period of silence, "You don't have to-"
"Fights," he said cutting me off. "Mostly when I was younger. My father over saw them."
"Really. I would say that they're cool but I don't think getting them was that cool to you."
He laughed, "Yeah. You could say that, but I don't resent my father for putting me through the so called trails."
"Why? Obviously its not something normal fathers do."
"It's how it's always been. It's how my father was brought up and many generations before him. He simply wanted me to be able to protect myself." He reached down and pointed to a rather large scar at his waist, "You asked about this scar once."
"Yeah."
"I got it in my last trial."
"Really," I reached out and ran my hand over the rough scar. "Who was it against."
"My father."
I was about to say something when a loud ring noise rang through the room. Ba Wei sighed and got up from the bed. Without a word he walked out the door. I got up and followed behind him and just as I was about to round the corner I heard the voice of his father. I stopped and listened to the conversation they were having.
"I have a job for you."
"Huh? This late?"
"You know this type of work doesn't have any kind of schedule."
I heard Ba Wei sigh, "How many."
"Four. It shouldn't be that difficult. I would take care of it myself but-"
"Then why don't you."
"But I have to take care of a loose end."
"Why don't you ask Kang Wu. He's you're favorite anyway. I have a life you know."
"Is that a no?"
"no. I'll do it. If it takes more than an hour I'm going on strike."
His father let out a chuckle, "take the boy that's back there with you. He might enjoy it."
"Get out."
I listened closely until I heard the door shut. Knowing that the man was finally gone I stepped around the corner and my eyes met Ba Wei's.
"So where are we going?"
Ba Wei sighed, "You don't need to know. Just put a shirt on."
