Chapter 1034 - Feng Tianlan’s Weird Feeling

Feng Tianlan walked towards the crowd with her hand in his while telling him about the things that should be done by a couple. Si Mobai took note of all of them. He must do all these things with Lan’er.

At that moment, the western street of Lin’an City was as lively as the northern street.

Shu Jingfeng looked like a devil in everyone’s eyes due to his silver hair and red eyes. Everyone was avoiding him. However, the crowd felt even more surprised when they saw Feng Yunsheng. Wasn’t she the Demon Princess Consort?

Why was the Demon Princess Consort with a devil-like man? Wasn’t she supposed to be with the Demon King?

Perhaps it was due to Shu Jingfeng’s devil-like face, everyone was making way for them.

Shu Jingfeng raised his head and glanced at the commoners, who were looking at him, coldly with his bloody-red eyes. When he saw them looking away, he laughed. “This is because Sheng’er is too pretty. You are like a goddess whose beauty is out of this world. They have no choice but to give you a few more glances.”

“Is that so?” Feng Yunsheng was smiling sincerely and happily after being complimented. However, she then felt quite unhappy. “But I don’t like their gaze.”

Those judging stares made her felt really bad. She felt really uncomfortable as if she was being misunderstood as someone else.

“Brother Feng, let’s wear a mask.” When Feng Yunsheng was troubling over that matter, she raised her head and saw some masks. She then let go of his hand and jogged forward. Shu Jingfeng followed her immediately.

Feng Yunsheng was choosing their masks. However, she suddenly felt as if a string in her heart was plucked out for no reason. She then pointed at two bunny masks that were grey and white respectively. “Brother Feng, I want those masks.”

“Alright, I will buy whatever Sheng’er wants.” Shu Jingfeng was extremely pampering towards her. He reached out and grabbed those bunny masks, then paid for them.

Feng Yunsheng took the white bunny masks. She then spoke while putting on her mask. “Brother Feng’s mask is grey. They happen to be in a pair.”

After hearing her saying that these masks were a pair, Shu Jingfeng smiled in a pampering manner. He then put on his mask. When he saw her being so pure, like the purest person in the world that had never been polluted before, he felt contented.

She was still the person from his memories.

Feng Tianlan was choosing a lantern. However, she frowned subconsciously after feeling something weird happening to her heart. Her hand that was choosing the lanterns suddenly came to a pause.

“What’s wrong?” Si Mobai looked at her worriedly when he saw a slight change in her behaviour. “Are you not feeling well?”

Feng Tianlan didn’t say anything. She raised her head and scanned through the crowd instead. However, that weird feeling had disappeared.

“Lan’er?” Si Mobai was shielding Lan’er while looking around guardedly. Could there be another assassin around? However, he didn’t feel anything.

Feng Tianlan chuckled when she saw him being in a defensive stance. “It’s nothing.”

She felt as if her heart was connected to someone from the crowd, or in other words, someone was summoning her. No, it was more like she was trying to summon someone. However, that felt wrong as well.

This weird feeling was really unexplainable.

“What happened to you just now?” Si Mobai asked her worriedly.

Feng Tianlan chose two lanterns. She then grabbed his hand and left the stall. “Let’s go light up some lanterns.”

At the same time, Feng Yunsheng also raised her head and looked around, as if she was looking for something.
