Happy reading!!We reached Arjun's house...As soon as we entered the house, Aunty was busy talking to someoneShe saw us and sat up surprisingly, she came and gave me a warm hug and my mom Perfect timing! She exclaimed, I was just checking out the wedding jewelry and lehengaThe lehenga we ordered has already come!? That was pretty quick, my mom saidYeppp! And it looks so gorgeous Aunty saidDamn these women were still kids by their heart Come on let me show them to you she said grabbing my handsI walked after her while Arjun went upstairsIt was a beautiful red lehenga with beautiful diamond jewelry, the entire lehenga was hand embroidered and had pearls stuck to it at some places, it had a beautiful flare, if someone spun the lehenga it would spread up into a beautiful red lehenga, but the only turn off was it was heavy!Due to all the flare, the lehenga had it was very heavy to carry the lehenga and of course, the jewelry was of diamonds, so yepp it was a pretty hard taskMy eyes blew off at their selection of clothes and I appreciated them for choosing such a beautiful lehenga to wearFor the next few hours, we went on deciding the types of flowers in the venue, the color combinations, and the outfit theme for the eventWe soon finished that work, and I saw Arjun coming downstairs Aunty called him and he walked toward usWe have just chosen all the decorations for the wedding and I want you to go there and check out if everything is going fine Aunty said Sure! Arjun said You can join him if you want to mom said Umm okiee I whispered We both started off to the venue I have made the guest list very intimate, only the closest ones of both the sides would be allowed Arjun said  I nodded I don't want the same things to repeat again, all the guests will be thoroughly checked he said firmly We drove calmly for the rest of the journey while I was humming to my favorite songs, no wait OUR favorite songsI liked this change where I became us, and mine became ours this new journey was definitely a hurricane but yes! if it's for that beautiful soul beside me I'd surely even give up heaven for him, I just regret realizing it this lateI continued looking at him as if it were my last day on earth, my hand on the window and my head resting on my palm with my legs folded on the seatStop looking at me! he said shifting gearsThere was one thing that always distracted me, he looked so damn hot driving a carWhat? he took a quick glance at me laughing Nothing, just drive! I said without moving my gaze and finally, we reached the venue But I was still not done staring at him huhhhWe went inside and checked out the place, it was pretty much how we told them to decorate, and it was absolutely beautiful!....It was the day, the day my life will change forever! either it'll go upside down or perfectly well, there was no chance Kajal could mess it up this time but it was childish to think she would do the same thing again, as far as I know, she is really really smart! and when I mean she is smart she actually is, she always topped her grades and was a scholar, she has graduated from an IIT, so this pretty well explains how smart she is, but let's pray nothing happens I wore my pretty huge lehenga actually an extremely huge lehenga, and wore my jewels, they were shining beautifully on my skin and matched the lehenga, my makeup was minimalI like to keep it as minimal as possible phew...and I wore my heels, the veil was put over and it now covered my faceI sat there nervously waiting for the priest to call the bride or me out, and that is when my dad enteredHe saw me all dressed up and ready for my big dayMy Gosh is that my little dumpling over there?! he came excitedly towards me, no matter how bratty I was as a kid, he always loved me the same and cheered for me with the same excitement, in fact, he was the best motivator for me (daddy's girl wohoo!..)A smile immediately spread upon my face and I stood up to hug himAww, my sweet dumpling!! I can't believe you're getting married already!!I laughed Time passes so fast! I still remember when you were a kid, you would always come running to me and sleep on my tummy, I still remember our little parlor session he laughed Oh by parlous session he means -  as a kid, I used to accompany my mother to the parlor and saw her getting facials and stuff done, and when I came back home I practiced my facial on my daddy Come on, it's the time! let's go he saidYepp I said, I took a deep breath and held my dad's hand Let's do this he said I nodded He carried my hand in his and we both walked down the hallArjun sat before me on the stage, where the priest was chanting a few mantrasAll the eyes were glancing at me and my dad as we walked offAnd I kept on smiling looking at my dad and everyone there I took a quick glance at everyone and...I was surprised to see our friends again! My goodness! I never thought I'll see them again! I looked towards Arjun who smiled looking at my surprised face We reached the stage and I sat beside ArjunI didn't know you invited them too! I said excitedlyWell, how about we refresh a few memories he said looking at me, the priest continued with his mantras and asked us to do a few thingsSoon, it was time to take the seven rounds around the sacred fire while we promised a few things for a happy married life Arjun held my pinky finger and the ends of our clothes were tied together, he walked ahead of me, and we completed the seven rounds and this marked us as husband and wifeThe ceremony finally ended with this and now it was time to take blessings from the guests Both of us sat down while everyone blessed us, gave a few gifts, and took pictures with usAfter the blessing session was done and my back gave up after all the sitting we had done for the past few hours, we finally stood up and it was time for dinner Ah, talking about the dinner, it was a fat menu decided by me, I was a fuckin foodie and couldn't live without food, the last thing I would want was proper cuisine at my wedding, there was a chaat section, south Indian, north Indian any Indian you want and all sorts of Italian food, trust me I have this weird obsession with Italian food hence it was a mustI first started with my beloved Pani Puri, then finished it off with pasta now don't ask me the list of what I ate in between (it's a secret lol)Damn, I probably got married just to eat  So again there was the meeting and greeting session and finally, we got the chance to get back to our friends, damn all of them had grown up so much trust me, one of them was even going to be a dad soonWe spoke a lot and recalled all the fun we did as kids until one of them spoke of PraveenGagan Bhaiya said Praveen is married now and has a kid already, he is a software engineer Wow! that's good I guess I sighed Gautam who by now was irritating me continued Bhabhi!! would you like some ice cream? he askedI swear if he calls me Bhabhi again, I'm going to chop his throat out I gave him a deathly smile and he shut up FINALLY, fine let me go get some he went away saying this That's ittttt!!! hope you liked it!!!! see yaa in the next chapter!! stay tuned the story is gonna end soonnnn...Â
