14- 🌟 (pt. 2)

"Chipmunk.. Can you teach me how to smoothen this part? " Lisa ask Chaeyoung, Park Chaeyoung is on the top of the list for the best vocal and the Thai girl always seek for her help as she is lacking in singing. She almost dropped from a trainee but thankfully she's done a big mass of effort that she improved a lot and now.. She is one step from debuting.

"Don't tighten your lips, use your stomach for breathing, open your mouth wider because you are singing a lower tone.. " Chaeyoung is indeed a good teacher and obviously skilled. Lisa have been struggling to improve her singing skill, she used to sing in nasally tone and out of pitch.

"Use your twang" someone added, Lisa looks behind, it's Jennie. "Unniee.. Where have you beeeenn? I've been searching for youu" Jennie shake her head 'this monkey' she mumbles in her head "Since when you did not searched for me?" She smirk and that made Lisa blush.

"Where have you been anyway? " Lisa asks for the second time "Why are you asking? I'm not your child, and you are not my mom" Jennie says bluntly, she form a sly grin. "Aish.. Unnie.. Just answer my question! " "I have a shooting, with GD oppa" Lisa frowns. "What? You didn't tell me.. I mean.. Us! " well it's only Lisa who have been busy searching the latter. "Nope, it's you Lisa..not us" Jisoo restate Lisa's words.

"Why would I tell you? you're not anyone" Jennie words cut her heart "right" she answer in a low voice. Chaeyoung who've seen her reaction realise something the way Lisa look at Jennie, so does Jisoo, the atmosphere went silent, Jennie who is completely oblivious is busy with her phone "Why are you guys silent? "

"Jennie unnie, are you going for a dance practice tonight? " it's been awhile since they haven't practice together, it's been their routine since they made a duo pair. "I can't.. I have something to do" She fidget her fingers, she feels guilty to lie at the Thai girl, she actually sneaking out to hangout with her friends from New Zealand who went to Korea.

Lisa didn't actually need a practice but the Thai girl was concern for Jennie as she's lacking in dance so she offer herself to tutor her. Lisa aware of Jennie slightly odd behaviour, she knows something up with Jennie.

Two days later..

"Unnie, are you going to practice today? " Lisa asks the same question. "No.. " Jennie was thinking an excuse, she still want to hangout with her friends "Okay" Lisa cut her with a short answer. It's been almost a week Jennie ditch their late night dance practice. To be honest, she feels annoyed with whatever Jennie is doing, she know Jennie sneaked out every night, Lisa even went to Jennie's dorm to find her.

"What's wrong with you? " Jennie ask her with an irritated tone. Lisa has never been like this before, she's a carefree person. "You should stop sneaking out unnie, you'll be suspended by your action, it's not safe to go out at night" Lisa reply with a serious tone.

"Excuse me?!  Who are you to say that to me?! What a disrespectful brat.. Yah, I'm older than you, you don't have to lecture me.. You.. " she didn't get to continue her words as Lisa immediately cut her off "Because I'm not fucking anyone for you Jennie Kim! Why can't you see how worried I am?! How concern I am for you? How I sincerely care for you? " she can't cope with the frustration anymore, it's hard to deal with Jennie's attitude.  No.. Not today, she's went over her limit.

She didn't wait for the older girl to mutter a word, she immediately turn around and step away from Jennie. She can't hold her anger, she can feel her hands tremble supressing her rage. 'Oh God.. '

"Jisoo unnie, why does Lisa act strangely lately? " 'Wow.. Unbelievable Jennie Kim, she is completely oblivious of Lisa's feeling. ' Jisoo mumbled in her head. "I don't know" Jisoo lied, she isn't in the place to tell Lisa's feeling. "She is getting weirder this day.. Is she under a strong pressure? With all her the struggle? But I look she's fine with her practice.." she keeps mumbling by herself. "...yahh! Unnie! Are you even listening?! "she slap the older girl's hand for ignoring her. "Did you said something? I'm sorry I'm busy with my chicken" the chicken girl is so lost while eating her chicken.

"Aish.. Never mind! " Jennie instantly pout "If you were talking about Lisa then.. You should go check on her and ask her why is she acting like that" Jisoo try to hint Jennie, but Jennie is too contained of herself if it comes to Lisa "Next time" Jennie shrugged off.

Lisa haven't recovered from her anger while Jennie with her ego, keep distancing herself from the Thai girl. So basically, Jennie and Lisa haven't spoken with each other since the incident. Jisoo sigh watching her sisters Cold War, she keep asking Jennie to talk with Lisa but she's just an ego maniac when it come to Lisa when actually Lisa isn't at fault 100%.

"Jennie, for the millionth time, Lisa was concerned for you.. You shouldn't have snap at her like that, you should go talk to her and apologize" Jisoo convince Jennie.. Again.. While in the other side..

"yah.. Lalisa, when are you going to talk with Jennie, you should have been honest with your feeling to her" Chaeyoung try to talk with Lisa. "No, she'll despise me. " Lisa answer coldly,  Lisa's behaviour is so different and it make her more scary, Chaeyoung isn't used with this kind of Lisa.

Both are resistant and it frustrates Chaesoo. The two really want them to reconcile because it's awkward since they both don't want to talk to each other. " how did Lisa responded? " Jisoo asks the younger one, Chaeyoung sigh and shake her head. "Jennie too, that ego brat.. Aish.. " " I've never know Lisa could act like that" Chaeyoung remember Lisa's posesivness towards Jennie, it does surprised them.

" I'm worried about our next task, we shouldn't gamble it with our current state, I mean.. Look at those two, we can't perform if they aren't done dealing with their personal matter" Chaeyoung rants her concern because the next two weeks would be their performance in front of YG and the seniors. Jisoo agree with a sigh "You right.. "

Knock, knock!

'Aish.. Who on earth is that! ' Lisa scrunch her nose feeling bothered by the knock on the door.

Knock! Knock! Knock! Knock!

Lisa's groan at the noise, she pull the comforter wrapping her from head to toes, not minding the non stop knocks. She didn't get enough sleep for days because of Jennie, she's been keeping her eyes on the brunette, waiting for her to comeback because her head refuse to stop worrying . But today, she won't give a damn as the girl have never care about her feeling.

"Lalisa Manoban, can you open this fucking door?! I tell you what.. Jennie haven't came home since yesterday and it's 3 in the morning! " It's Jisoo's voice, that make Lisa's eyes wide opened and she immediately seated up on her bed. 'Aish....that, dumpling.. What is she doing?! ' she immediately put on her hoodie sweater, a cap, a mask and a scarf. An anxious feeling heated her up, even her anger was boiling her since 2 days ago, her concern about the brunette is above of all.

Jennie win, the bed lost.

"Where is she? "

It's a club, Jisoo and Lisa headed to the place where Jennie went for the whole week. Jisoo have warned her many times but Jennie is too hard headed. "She was here all the time?! " Lisa feel dizzy with just the glance of the place. "Yes" Jisoo answers shorts. Lisa massage her temple, out of so many place.. Why here? She mumbles in her mind.

"You know Lisa, I'm sorry for dragging you here, I know I'm the eldest one and I should be the one who is responsible for all of you.. But you know, I think you are the brav..." "stop unnie, let's go inside, we should drag Jennie out before we get caught" Lisa cut the eldest off, Jisoo was taken aback with Lisa's action, this isn't like her, she is more serious, her gaze darken with a blast of anger mixed with anxiety and concern.

They step in the crowded place, the sounds make both of the girl fixated on the entrance, it's too loud that they have to cover their ears. "Stay here unnie, I'll be back shortly.. I'll go find Jennie" she drags the eldest to an empty corner, Jisoo was about to protest when the Thai girl sillhoutte slip between the crowds.

Lisa feel sickened with the crowds who doesn't bother to space out a little to let her go through, this make the thin girl use some force to slip between these high people. She roams around the dance floor and suddenly she stunned when her eyes landed on a familiar figure. 'Jennie Kim?! What the actual fuck?! ' Jennie is dancing with some guys, touching every inch of her body while looking on her like she is somehow a prey, their eyes are full with lust and hunger and ready to eat her when their crave blind their functioning brain.

The sight made Lisa fumes, she clenches her jaw with a trembling hands. She storm towards them then tug Jennie's hand, it made Jennie snapped and her body pulled close to a woman, she look ahead.. It's Lisa, with a cold stares. "let's go." she drags the brunette hand from the guys. Her grips on Jennie's wrist went too hard as her anger boiling up. Jennie winced with the pain and the guys before approach them pulling apart the two girls, Lisa turned to them with a blazing glares.

"Don't mess with us kid, she is ours company" the guy states as he pull Jennie away from Lisa. The guy's statement make Lisa want to punch him so bad, she doesn't utter a word and pulls back Jennie close to her, wrapping the brunette body with her long arm, full with possessiveness. She didn't get to walk a step when the other guy pushed her hard that it made her fall on the floor.

Jennie frozen but immediately pull Lisa up, Lisa can't think anything as she feels so humiliated and disgusted with the guys'act. She storm out to the guy and pull his shirt with force, making the guy face the Thai girl in inches. "She is mine, don't lay your dirty hands on her" Her voice is deep, that made the guy startled, he backed off and ask their friend to do the same, not wanting to cause a scene with a teenage girl.

Jisoo who have been waiting for awhile seems worried, as she start a step towards the crowd, she sees two familiar figures.

They get out from the club instantly..

"Are you hurt? Did they do something to you? Did you drink? " Lisa furiously bombards her with question. Jennie still couldn't move on with Lisa's brave act, she feels confused and amazed, but scared at the same time.  She shook her head. " Where were your friends? " Lisa was so much calm now as she manages to get Jennie's out from the place. And again.. She shook her head.

Lisa sigh 'did I creep her out? ' she pulls the shorter girl into a hug. Pulling the girl's head deep in her crook, while holding it, her other hand wraps around Jennie's waist. "Stop sneaking out Jennie, it's dangerous, those guys are dangerous.. What if they do something to you? Do you think I can inhale a happiness? " She voiced her concern out, suddenly she feels so hot that it made her cries, just the thought of Jennie hurting made her lung suffocates with anxiety.

"Call me insane for feeling this way, but I will do anything to protect you Jennie" she mumbles in tears, Jennie was completely froze, she couldn't utter a word.. She have never take this girl seriously but now, what she witness is a completely different side of Lisa, a soft, a warm, a protective Lisa. It's odd that she feel secured in her embrace. She pull her body slowly and head up to look at the crying girl.

"Why are you crying? I'm okay.. " She wipes the Thai girl's tears, looking at her like this suffocate Jennie with guilt, she shouldn't feel mad at her when all she does is feeling concern for her. They stares at each other for minutes. "Jennie, I wasn't someone who you can look up to, but I care for you, so much, it might sounds cheesy but I care for you more than I care for myself.." She paused for awhile and continue "I've made my mind, to protect you, to take care of you.. I-i.. " She inhale a courage and

"..I love you Jennie.. I love you so much.."

Lisa confessed.

"I let my heart choose you Jennie"
