"I'm so stressed" Leah muttered to herself as she stared hard at the different dresses placed in front of her.

She was picking out her wedding dress as her family and friends were helping to take more dresses for her.

But she was just anxious.

The array of options that she had was very overwhelming.

What kind did she want?

A mermaid to show of her curves? Or a ball gown to add volume? How about an A-line dress which suits all body types.

She tried on many but none seemed to wow her.

But that was until her eyes caught a long sleeved dress.

Leah put it on and showed it to her friends and family, receiving compliments.

"She says yes to the dress!" Enya exclaimed as she admired Leah and the dress.

She was stunning.

Kane was definitely going to drool on the day of their wedding.

After changing back into her clothes, she paid for the dress and headed back home.

It was a tiring day.

When she got home, Kane was already home, making dinner.

He too went to do suit shopping but it was easy for him.

"Hi honey!" Kane greeted her when he heard the door open.

"What you making?" She asked him.

"Gochujang pasta" He told her.

"Sounds good!" Leah said as she went to change into comfy clothes.

Throwing on some loose shorts and his t-shirt, she made it just in time as he finished plating the food down.

"Take a seat honey" Kane called as he pulled her chair out.

"Thank you" Leah smiled, looking at the food happily.

She immediately dug in and was not disappointed at all.

It was good.

"My fiancé is the best cook ever" She complimented Kane as she cleaned up, a mutual agreement between them.

If one cooked, the other would wash up.

It was all about fairness in this household.

Wrapping his arms around her waist, Kane pecked kisses all over her face, which posted a difficulty for her to wash up.

But in the end, she managed.

"Come on. Let's go to bed. Race you to the shower" Leah said and dashed off, leaving him stunned for a split second.

In no time, he chased after her.

Having the head start, she was obviously much faster than him.

He soon managed to catch up with her but it was too late.

Leah stuck out a tongue and shut the door quickly before hopping into the shower while Kane once again stood there questioning his existence.

She was quick and soon enough, she was out of there.

While he was showering, she was on the bed, scrolling through her emails.

Her little business was doing pretty well and she couldn't be more happy and thankful.

Since it was December, Leah had launched a Christmas line and it was doing very well.

It was plus size inclusive which was an added plus, her knowing the struggles of plus size women who rarely found nice clothes that fit them.

Leah did lots of interviews and research before launching it.

She was proud of it. But Kane was even more proud of her.

After her Christmas line, she would be working on a New Years line and a Valentine's day line for the next year.

Both of which she was excited for.

She was also looking to incorporate Hijabi friendly clothing too into her new lines, but of course wanted to consult some before doing it.

As you can tell, she valued customer's wants and needs which was a big part as to why her shop is doing well.

Due to her concentration, Leah hadn't realized that he was already done with his shower, as she usually would try to prank him.

But a working woman shall not be disturbed.

"Honey you look so pretty working" He said as he got onto the bed, admiring her beauty.

She blushed at his comment and threw a pillow at him.

"Shut up" She said. "Let me work"

"Fineee" He said, rolling his eyes.

Kane too actually had some work but he didn't want to do it, but seeing her work made him work too.

Waiting for her to finish work would be boring.

He grabbed out his laptop and started his billionaire boss things.

When she was done, Kane was still on his laptop doing work.

Noticing Leah was done, he quickly finished up and shut his laptop, before lying in bed with her.

"You know, I'm so lucky to meet you" Kane said.

"Yea I know. I'm so amazing" Leah retorted back jokingly.

"It's funny how you were working in a toilet" Kane chucked at the memory.

"Hey the toilet wasn't all too bad. It was very clean and sophisticated" Leah said.

It was true. Office toilets were something else.

(AN: this was the toilet i had in mind when Leah was working)

"De Luca toilets are good" She told him as a matter of fact.

"I'll be sure to tell that to the cleaners" He said.

"Oh please do. I'm going to buy some doughnuts for them" Leah chirped at her brilliant idea.

"Sure" He said. "Come on, it's bed time"

"Alright" Leah said mid yawn.

"Good night precious" Kane said.

"Good night honey" Leah said.

The weeks flew by so quick and the next thing they knew, it was the day before their wedding.

As much as they were excited, they were also sad to be apart.

Following traditions, they couldn't see each other until the next day.

It was going to be a small wedding just for their friends and family, and they would be holding another one for business, them both being bosses.

But tomorrow's one was going to be very intimate. A very simple yet beautiful wedding.

Currently, she was with the girls: Enya, Scarlet and the some models she were closer to that she had worked with.

Enya was her maid of honor, and she was honored.

Having no siblings, Enya was like a sister to her.

"I can't believe you are getting married tomorrow. And to my brother?! Like I'm even surprised that guy is wanted" Enya commented, which made everyone laugh.

"Well he treats you well. Otherwise" She continued, cracking her knuckles.

"Chill honey. I'll let you know first thing if he does anything" Leah said before winking at Enya.

"Anyways, how are things with Romeo? Any chance of him popping the question?" Leah asked.

"Well, we have been together for five years now and he told me to tell him when I'm ready since he doesn't want to spring it on me" Scarlet started off.

"And I just recently told me I'm ready. So I guess you can expect an engaged couple" She said, which made everyone cheer for her.

"Can't wait!" Leah exclaimed happily.

While the girls were chatting and pampering themselves for tomorrow, the guys were going crazy.

Alcohol, video games and snacks were all laid out.

As expected, Romeo was the best man for Kane.

But apart from Romeo, he also had invited some of his friends from university who he still talk to every now and then to be his groomsmen.

They were all being the stereotypical men playing games and watching basketball games.

Both the guys and the girls had stayed up late to have fun and enjoy the night.

However, as the hours were creeping by, both sides decided to sleep, knowing that they had a long day ahead of them.

But despite being apart from each other, they both had the same thought- they missed each other.

In spite of that, they were also excited to finally get married after all that they had been through.

Good night, they thought, before falling asleep.
