Chapter 7

CHAPTER 7

The ocean water feels good on my skin and I feel relived just being in there being submerge half of my body.

But Bane pulled me farther so I took my hand away from him.

“I can’t swim Bane, so I’m ok just in here and also I need to look out for shadow so that I need to be here close on the shore”

He smiled ”don’t worry he’ll be alright, there are no wild animal here, except for me” he said after he brought me closed to him.

I blush “alright, but not too deep I want to still touch the bottom” he nod.

And so we came at the right spot and he teaches me quite some of the basics of swimming and time flies by really fast and like the sun was already setting, sky turning orange from red.

And here we are still on the ocean laughing ourselves out, talking about our family and stuff.

I came to know him well, about what he like and about his family.

He has one brother and a sister and he lived deep in the forest, but he didn’t tell me exactly where, so I just ignored it maybe they really love it there seeing how he describe his place.

And I look at the sky  “I think we should go home already it’s almost getting late” he nod and offered he’s hand to me.

I pick it up while blushing and we came to shore and saw shadow digging holes on the sand.

I guess he found something like a crab something.

so I called him and he came in an instant.

Bane give me he’s towel I pick it up, rub the water off my face before handing it to him

“no..you should change first before you hand that to me” he smirk I blush and smiled

“ok” then I go back to the rock again and change behind it.

And after changing back to my clothes I gave him his towel.

He smirk and I was shock that he change there, in front of me, so I instantly turn around and scoop shadow away.

Does this guy really want to embarrass me or what? I blush thinking about what he looked like without---.

Gab, your being a pervert yourself.

I blush thinking about it when I feel a hand on my shoulder.

Bane turns me around and so I closed my eyes to not make me see him.

“Open your eyes gab” he said in his husky voice that sent shivers on my skin, so I shook my head.

“it’s ok..I want you to see me” is this guy really wants to torture me? so I took on the challenge and slowly I open my eyes and come face to face with Bane himself.

He kissed my cheek, he was already fully dress.

I was shock I look past him and reach up to touch my cheek.

He smiled looking down on me and I feel a blush creeping on my neck to my face.

He really know how to make me blush even more.

“you really blush a lot, it really makes you even more cuter” and then the blush on my face never leaves from then on.

He took my hand and pick up shadow.

“w-wait. What about your basket?”

“that? don’t worry about that it’ll be fine”

“come let’s get you both home” during our way back its already getting dark and I’m glad that the sky was clear, I’m trying hard seeing our way to the forest.

But Bane didn’t seem to mind walking in the forest this time, even inside the dark forest.

Maybe living in the forest really have some advantage like this one that he’s eyes adapted on the darkness of the forest.

But for me I find it hard to walk and see my surroundings so I pick my phone up and turn the flash light on.

Bane looks behind and as if I saw something on his eyes but was gone on an instant.

I stop and rub my eyes and look at him again.

“what is it?” he ask confused,

“nothing..are you sure where on the right way to the big tree?” the tree where we met.

I ask, he smiled and nod.

And so I held on him closer in his side, afraid I would lose him on my sight.

But he pulled away, I thought his going to scare me but rather he put his other arm on my shoulder.

I blush and we walk the way out.

And then it hit me remembering why I came together with him and ask why he wants to hang out with me.

“uhmm..Bane.” I called him.

He look down “yes? is there something wrong?” he ask concern.

“ nothing but can I ask you a question?” he smiled.

“sure what is it?”

“why did you want to hang out with me? I mean we just met and I’m not that an interesting person as yourself and I’m nothing, people really just ignored me so why are you doing this? are you doing this just for fun?”I ask.

He shook he’s head and said “of course not, I did this because I want to know you more, I want to be close to you, don’t lower yourself I think you’re an interesting person so don’t be like that to yourself”

“and if your thinking that I was doing this just to fool around well it’s not, from the moment I saw you I feel like I want to protect you, to be near you always, to touch you and see you”

I blush to what he said and know I feel the same way as he feels being want to be near him too.

And so I smiled to him and he smiled back and before I knew it we already are back on the large tree.

“so here we are. Do you want me to take you home?” he ask.

But I just shook my head “it’s ok..I’ll be fine” he smiled and let go of me.

He handed shadow to me.

“Well I have fun today. thank you” I said while smiling

“Don’t mention it, I have fun too, we better do this more offen.

I smiled to him ”of course”

He smiled “goodbye” he said while walking back into the forest, waving at me.

I wave back “goodbye” I turn around smiling my way home shadow still sleeping.

He offend too sleepy today, I wonder why.

Then I feel a hand on my shoulder and turn me around.

Again I was shock to even comprehend who was it when I feel a pair of lips crash on my lips and kissed me.

Stun on what was happening, my eyes hanging open.

And when the person withdraw and stand in front of me, I saw Bane smirking while licking his lips slightly.

Shock to see that he totally steal a kiss from me, not just a kiss my very first kiss was him.

He smiled and kiss me on the lips again only a smack and run while waving all the way to the forest.

I’m still shock.

OMG! I was kissed by Bane.

A blush creeps up to my face and there in that place my body wobbled but I regained my stand.

And shadow bark at me, wagging his tail and licks my face.

I didn’t notice him waken up.

I touch my lips still feeling the lips of Bane on it.

I smiled and walk my way home.

Were almost home and I still have that smiled plastered on my face when I hear a branch snap behind a tree and shadow growls and jump down.

I crouch down to pick him up when I hear a growling sound knowing it’s not from the little pup and saw large paws and instantly I look up to see a large grey wolf.

It’s really large considering its look like the one that I saw lately but its fur was grey, it growls at me looking like it wants to tear me apart barging its sharp teeth at me.

I begun to walk back but saw that shadow was in between us like he was ready to go for it when the wolf would attack me.

But I can’t just leave shadow, he would die if that wolf attack him too.

Without thinking I grab shadow when the wolf looks down on him.

I run but the wolf beat me to it and bumps me on my side.

I drop down together with shadow looking at the wolf with horror plastered on my face.

I saw it started to bite me so I hug shadow and close my eyes embracing myself for its teeth.

That’s when I hear a thud and followed by a whimpering sound and when I open my eyes I saw the same black wolf appeared and covered us from the grey wolf.

The black wolf growled menacingly on the grey wolf but the grey wolf stand up and growled low on his throat.

They took stand and they look like talking with each other and then the black wolf look to us and back to the other wolf growled and stand ready to attack and suddenly the grey wolf walk back.

Looking at us before looking at the black wolf and runs towards the forest leaving me and shadow together with the black wolf.

Relieve flash in me when it’s gone.

Then the black wolf came to us lick shadow up and me.

I smiled, maybe his the mother or the father of shadow.

So I put shadow down and push him towards the large wolf but he just came to me again.

But then the wolf licked me again and nuzzled his head on me.

And I saw it smirk the way Bane smirk.

I shook my head and then saw the wolf jump back at the forest leaving me and shadow.

So I stand up, grab shadow and run all the way to the house.

I hurried and saw our grandparents and Jade sleeping on grandma’s lap.

“where have you been gab? I told you to come home early” grandma said

“I’m sorry grandma..I-I got lost?”

“well you’re a lucky one gab just don’t wonder around the forest to much there are so much danger inside there you know”

“tell me about it”

“all right, we prepared food for you, you should clean first and change your clothes” looking at my shirt cause its dirty considering the large wolf bump me on the ground I’m glad I don’t have any bruise or anything.

I nod and put shadow down, still following me to my room.

I change and go down to eat dinner, shadow still on my trail I started to eat.

I also given shadow, we ate and after I said goodnight to my grandparents, before I go to sleep I lay down remembering today’s event.

A very strange yet happy event.

I lay here together with shadow cuddle against me and that’s when my day went out.

A tiring day that is and after a while I instantly drifted to sleep.

Still bugging me are the two wolves but Bane always pop’s out in my mind.

I edited pix of my character, i just found that pic of a guy..sadly i dont know his name for the character of Gab..Y_Y..

The next chapter would be the story of Bane..we'll know him more and how he is to shadow and Gab..^^.. so keep on reading guys..^^..
