Growl

After classes the next day I had left Amelia with Crystal and Phoebe to go and see what the council wanted.

All day I had noticed that people were now moving out of my way or avoiding me all together.

Amelia had laughed when a wolf boy had turned at the sight of me and run off in the opposite direction.

Even the teachers were acting differently towards me. I had caught a few people taunting Phoebe and Crystal in the hall and as soon as they had seen me thay had scattered.

I walked down the empty hall and into the auditorium where the council liked to be and saw all of them sitting in their seats.

I walked down the steps and sat in the seat in the middle of the room and waited.

"Thank you for coming Ms. Frost." Queenie said and I nodded my head.

See I can be civilised.

"We asked you here because we have a project we want to propose to you." She continued and I nodded for her to go on.

"To help build interspecies camaraderie we wanted to hold a weekly tournament where groups of up to six could compete and show their skills." I nodded my head it didn't sound like a bad plan at all.

"The teams would be challenging you." Smokie cut in and I frowned.

"So what your saying is that you want the different species to come together to try and beat me up?" I asked and they nodded their heads slowly except for Puppy who was smirking at the end of the table.

"Did you have a juicy bone today Puppy?" I asked and he growled.

I can only be civilised for so long.

"We got the idea from your challenge and loved how they worked together." Trix said and I frowned.

"I'll think about it." I said and stood.

"You will do as you are told and follow the orders of the council." Puppy growled and I growled back.

"You know what, let's go. You and me right now." I said and took off my jacket and shoes.

I haven't shifted into a wolf since I first came to this planet, this should be fun.

Puppy jumped up from his seat and over the table shifting mid-air landing on all fours as  a large black wolf who growled at me.

"Grr to you too puppy." I said and pulled of my shirt and pants.

What? I don't want to rip them.

I stretched and closed my eyes and called the wolf sleeping inside of me and she came rushing forward and I felt my body shift.

Because I hadn't done it in so long it hurt but only for a little while. When I opened my eyes again I was looking down at the council and Puppy.

There were gasps of suprise and astonishment as they looked at my wolf and I smiled a wolfie smile because I knew what they were seeing.

My fur was ice blue and so were my eyes and I was huge. Far bigger than and alpha. I growled at Puppy and saw that he had come to the same conclusion and tried to back down.

There was no way that was happening. I had already stripped and shifted. I was getting my few pounds of flesh.
