* Ann's POV *

I've been watching Asher work all morning, being on the phone all the time and shouting at people, serves him right for waiting for the last day to see if everything is ready, turns out he's an important member of the planning committee.

"No she said she wants rubies not diamonds, RUBIES" he yelled at someone on the phone. "Wait hold on a sec" he continued.

"Yes is the velvet cake ready...yes ..OK no problem just get it done" he said. "Hold on I have to take this" he continued.

"Hello" he answered while listening to the other person very carefully. "What do you mean the 3rd dress has an issue... She wants 3 outfit changes and that what she's gonna get so make sure the dress is ready before 7pm tomorrow" he yells sternly then hangs up.

"Yes where were we with the jewellery" he says and I just left before he yells at me.

I sat down outside admiring the landscape and catching up with people.

Me: bri what's up

BRI: hey I kinda just woke up.

Me: hmm almost 12:30 impressive.

Me: yh lol....I'm bored AF and ash is yelling too much, I'm currently outside cuz his voice can b heard from everywhere.

Me: OK I'm 14, idk how to drive ,I'm in his house and idk anywhere around here so he can keep me locked up

I stayed there contemplating on how to approach Ash and walking around.

* Asher's POV *

"No...no...what the fuck, of course not...yes you can do that" I said over the phone. "Ok call me back when everything is ready" I said hanging up and passing a hand through my hair and face due to frustration.

I walked towards where Ann went , to find her and I looked through the glass door and saw her admiring the garden, barbeque place and pool. She better not fall in again. She seems sad, probably because I scared her away and I've not talked to her much.

"You should do something for her" SC said.

"I should, shouldn't I" I mentally asked. When my phone rang. Its my mum, she wants to face time and I picked it up.

"Hey mum" I greeted.

"Hi honey how you doing" she replied.

"I'm good...everything is peachy" I replied.

"Is everything ready for the dinner party" she asked.

"Yes everything is set and ready" I gave her a fake smile.

"You waited until today to confirm everything didn't you" she said.

"Well..." I said.

"Liaaaam" she whined.

"Muuuum" I whined back.

"Fine whatever just try your best" she said.

"That's why I love you mum" I said.

"So how's Ann" she asked and I turned around to see her already looking at me and I shot her a smile.

"She's good... She's Just outside" I told her.

"Oh ok I hope she's coming and you guys better not be doing the nasty" my mom said.

"Yeah she's coming and mum  we're not" I said slightly embarrassed.

"Good to know...I'll check up on you later, bye"

"Bye mum" I said hanging up then putting my phone back in my pocket.

I heard the door shut and turned around to see Ann.

why does she seem so afraid?

She walked up to me head down and I used my finger to lift her chin making her look at me.

*Ann's POV *

Oh God this is a bad idea, of course he won't let me go, especially knowing with whom I'm going with but it doesn't hurt to try right.

I walked up to him still calculating how I'll break the news when he lifted my face making me look at him.

"Hey what's wrong" he asked.

"I'm bored  and lonely but I understand your busy, I'm used to it anyway" I  said and he hugged me.

"I know, I'm sorry" he said kissing my forehead.

"Yeah I want to ask you something" i said biting my lips and fiddling with my fingers and he nodded for me to go on.

"Is it ok if I go to the movies or something with Brian" i asked ready for impact when  I felt colours drain from his face.

Oh God

* Asher's POV *

She wants to go to the movies with that douche, let me just make sure.

"Who's Brian" I asked

I know exactly who he was.

"The guy you beat up at the party" she said nonchalantly.

"Are you guys gonna be alone" I asked while my phone rang.

"Yes....aren't you gonna get that" she asked.

"Nope" I replied.

"So can I go" she asked.

Just trust her

But I don't trust him

Fuck him

Uggh but she has to have fun

* Ann's POV *

He looked as if he was contemplating, which he probably is.

"Sure" he finally said with a wide grin.

Did I hear well?

"What" I  asked in disbelief.

"I said sure" he repeated.

"I'm going to the movies with Brian alone" I  clarified.

"I heard you the first time" he said and I just looked at him.

"Oh my God!  thank u thank you thank you" I squealed and hugged him.

"It ok" he said hugging me back. "Just be back before 4pm, we're leaving by 7. I'll get you a driver and you can take any of my cars, do you also need money" he said and I listened carefully.

"Emm no that's fine thank you...oh and I want the black one" I said and stretched up to him wrapping my arms around his neck. "King" I said pecking him.

"Queen" he replied sticking his tongue out.

"No I don't have time for that" I said trying to get out of his grip but obviously it was not use. Its either I'm very weak or he's just strong.

"Nope your not gonna leave me like that" he said lifting me up making me sit on the cold marble counter.

"Ash please" I begged and he stuck out his tongue.

"Kiss me" he said and I brought out my tongue too kissing him when his phone rang.

"Aren't you gonna take that" I said between kisses.

"Ignore it" he said and I shrugged it off but the caller was too persistent.

"Its Austin...hello" he said picking it up. "No I don't want to hear what Trent did to Rylie... I'm kinda busy right now" he said and hung up.

"Now, where we're we" he said and we resumed our business when he's phone rang again and he groaned picking up the phone with out checking.

"Don't you get that I'm busy right now" he yelled. "Oh sorry mum, yeah the orchestra is ready" he said which made me laugh.

I got down and pecked him on the cheek then mouthed "I'll see you later" and went up to my room.

I walked into my closet and looked around. "Ok what to wear" I thought

"Ok kimono, shorts, tan top, cap and converse,bag,watch,bracelet,necklace....perfect" I said looking at my layout then wore them.

I called Brian to tell him I'm ready. "Hey I'm good to go, just text me where to meet you" I said.

"Ok no problem see you then" he said and I hung up skipping downstairs.

But before I leave I wanted to kiss ash goodbye and saw him texting in the living room.

"Hey I'm leaving" I said hugging him from behind.

"Ok" he said turning around. "You look good" he said grabbing my ass kissing my forehead then lips then nose. "No shorts" he whispered into my ear.

"What! But I look pretty" I pouted.

"You see what I did there, with shorts a guy could easily do that" he said.

He has a point tho

"No one is gonna grab my ass at the cinema" I defended.

"Well people are crazy and if it was up to me I'll make you wear sweats and turtle neck when you go out" he joked.

I pray he was joking

"You know sweats do make my butt look bigger" I smirked.

"We'll discuss your closet later, now go change" he said taking a sip of his juice. "Your car and driver are waiting outside"

"Ok dad" I said sticking my tongue out running upstairs.

"Don't make me bite that tongue...and no crop tops" he yelled.

"Fuck you" I yelled back.

So I changed the shorts and wore denim jeans and a crop top just to tease then everything else was the same and ran back downstairs.

"Bye" I yelled before slamming the door and saw my driver waiting for me.

"To this location kind sir" I said showing him the phone and he nodded opening the door for me and I got in.

"Where the fuck are you I've been waiting for a whole 2 minutes" Brian said through the phone cause I decided ti picked the call to be greeted by he's marvelous voice.

Sarcasm, that was sarcasm

"Shut the fuck up you live closer to the place" I said looking out the window. "I'm there already just stand somewhere" I said.

"Okay just don't waste my time" he said.

"I thought your lack of Patience would have faded as you grew, guess I was wrong" I said hanging up before he replied as the car parked and I got out.

I gave him some money so he won't be bored while I'm gone "done  spend all of it at once" I said and walked in.

I walked into the place and searched around but I didn't see him and decided to call.

"Where are you I'm inside" I said.

"I'm just a few steps behind you, I've been watching you search for me, you should really get your glasses back" he said and I turned around  and saw him waving his hand in the air wearing a grey sweater, black jeans, Adidas shoes and accessories.

I hate boys sometimes, they don't have to put too much effort and they still look drop dead gorgeous.

"Hey glad you could make it" he grinned hugging me and I hugged him back before punching him.

"I'm doing great without my glasses plus there are a lot of people here" I said making him laugh.

"Oh how I've missed you" he said ruffling up my hair.

"I have to get back before 4pm so let's hurry up" I said

"Ok let's get going" he said holding my hand then looked at my wrist.

"His Queen...seriously" he looked at me.

"Cute right" I asked.

"Totally" he replied and faced the other side making a fake gag.

"Sheesh jealous much" I said and he just rolled he's eyes.

we walked to where we would buy our snacks and movie tickets.

"So what do want to watch" he asked and I looked at the options.

"Oh this one... Truth or dare" I squealed. "I saw the thriller and it looked cool" I said.

"Hmm horror, nice choice... But don't be screaming into my ear" he  said and bought the tickets.

"Damn woman stop I'm bleeding here, it's not even scary" he said.

I'm currently watching the movie through my fingers, digging my nails into his hand as he holds mine.

"Oh I'm so sorry" I said examining the marks on his hand.

"Its cool, I've received worse on my back" he winked smirking.

"Oh my god you are unbelievable" I blushed.

"I know"wrapping his arm round my shoulder.

"Do you know Elliot" I asked from no where.

"Who doesn't" he rolled he's eye's. "He's worse than me" he said.

"He's Natalie's boyfriend" I informed and he looked at me in disbelief.

"Please tell me your joking" he said and I shook my head.

"How could she, is she stupid...wait did you say boyfriend" he said and I nodded.

"But Elliot doesn't date" he said.

"Well I'm happy that their happy" I said continuing with the movie.

"Well if she gets hurt, she knows who to call" he smirked and I rolled my eyes.

"You know what, I gotta pee" he stated.

"Ok your excused" I said and we walked by leaving.

I'm tired of throwing popcorn at the front row alone and the movie is really freaking me out, what's taking him so long. Maybe I should wait outside or pee too.

I walked out trying to find my way to the bathroom after asking someone when I saw Brian kissing a girl with very nice shoes. I  hide behind the wall before he could notice me and continued watching.

Wow he's really feeling that kiss I thought before realizing what I was doing and went to pee and went back to the theater.

I sat there enjoying the movie and Brian came back  sometime after, resting his arm around my shoulder like nothing happened.

"What did I miss" he asked.

"Oh nothing much, what took you so long" I asked squinting at him. He better not lie.

"Oh had to take care of something" he said and I nodded.

"I bet that something was sweet huh" I said and he looked at me like I was crazy.

"I saw you kissing that girl" I stated.

"Okay...I'm sorry for leaving you" he said like he was meant to care.

"Who is she" I asked

"Some girl" he said nonchalantly.

"Like you just met her or..."

"Oh no I've heard about her and she knows me so yeah" he shrugged.

"So you just kissed a stranger like what, hey your pretty let's make out" I whisper yelled causing people to shut me up and look at me weird.

"No it wasn't like that obviously but it was easy like that tho" he chuckled.

"But why" I pouted and he looked at me cupping my face.

"Oh my adorable little Annie, I'm a guy watching a movie and do you know what boys and girls do most times when their watching a movie" he said looking into my eyes.

"They eat popcorn" I innocently replied.

"No they kiss" he said.

"Oh true"

"Exactly...and since I can't kiss you, I gotta find somebody" he said and I started laughing.

"Ok that explains it" I said  and we continued the movie.

"Wow that ending blew my mind" I said walking out of the theater.

"I mean who does that" I asked as he chuckled at my childish behavior.

"its 3:50...I better start going" I said

.

"No way dude, your staying with me" he said holding my hand.

"But ash said" I tried to explain.

"Ash shit, he can suck my dick...your gonna be the badass I know and go by 4:30" he declared pumping his fist in the air making  me laugh.

"Ok I'm sure he won't be that mad" I reasoned.

"Now to meet some people" he said and we walked over to some guys.

* Asher's POV *

Ok Ann should be home any time now I thought as I looked at the clock, everything is set for the party so I'm less busy and I have the perfect idea to make her feel better.

I went to the kitchen to get the candles and opened some compartments.

"Where are the damn candles" I thought and opened one just to come face to face with my shisha pot that was  shaped as the Eiffel tower. A mischievous idea instantly came to my mind.... I wonder what flavour she would like.

I took the pot and the scented candles behind it and went to set everything up.

After I was done setting things up I observed everything and was pretty satisfied. "Perfect" I said walking back in to change to my swimming shorts.

* Ann's POV *

I kept on laughing my ass out, Brian's friends are awesome, with each step we took, he literally said hi to somebody, he literally knew half of the place. We were currently talking to some of his friends in a dark Lounge.

"No way he actually did the cinnamon challenge, Brian do you want to die" a girl said and he chuckled a little embarrassed.

"I swear.. it was so funny he couldn't stop coughing...we had to call his mum...he went to the hospital that night" I said in between laughs. I can't even remember what lead to this gist.

"Ann stop embarrassing me" he whispered into my ear squeezing my thigh.

"Oh don't worry their loving it" I said out loud causing him to glare at me.

"Remember what we used to do when we annoy one another" he threatened making me freeze for a second.

"Yes and you better not do it" I warned

"Oh I will if you embarrass me again"he smirked mischievously and I rolled my eyes.

"Damn that girl is hot...I could make her my girlfriend" BRI said admiring a girl with a cute top at another table.

"Who that one" I asked pointing at the girl and he nodded.

"Assseee!! Girl with the cute red top" I yelled making her face us and colours drained from bri's face. "My friend here thinks your cute and wants to date you" I yelled and she blushed.

"Nah nah...why you do that" he said pushing me. "I didn't say that" he yelled back to the girl.

"Ok you've done it now" he said the captured my face biting my cheek hard.

"Ow ow ow it hurts stop it" I squealed but he just bite harder almost making me bleed and I wanted to cry. "Stoppp" I said pinching him then he released me.

"You deserved that" he grinned and I kept on rubbing my cheek when my phone chimed, its ash.

I went outside to pick the call. "King" I said answering The call.

"Where are you its 4:42" he screamed.

"I know there's a lot of traffic, I'll be back soon" I lied.

"The place is like a 25mins drive" he said.

"Just keep calm I'm on my way" I said hanging up and I ran back inside, walking up to Brian and yanked him to the side by his ear.

"Ow what's up" he said as I released him.

"Gotta go bye, ash is on to me" I said hugging him.

"Oh ok bye" he said kissing the place where he bite me and I winced in pain.

"Chat with you later" he dropped me off.

"Yeah... better get that girls number and ask her where she got that top from" I said entering the car waving him off.

"Will do" he said walking back in.

"Back to the mansion...no time to waste" I said and the driver nodded.

I closed the door behind me and yelled "I'm home" but there was no answer. I checked everywhere downstairs but there was no Asher.

I went up to his room stepping inside and looked around but he wasn't there either, I decided to go to my room and take my bath, maybe he'll reveal himself then.

I entered my room placing my bag on the bed and saw a very cute bikini looking one piece on my bed.

I looked around everything else seems normal I thought still admiring it before I was yanked and slammed against the wall mankind me cuss, I opened my eyes just to meet bright amber ones.

"Where the fuck did you come from" I said realising that his hands were on either side trapping me.

"Why are you late" he said avoiding my question.

"There was traffic" I lied.

"The driver said the road was free" he said coming closer.

Busted!!

"Don't lie to me" he said looking angry.

"I didn't leave the cinema, we were just catching up and we lost track of time, I was with some of his friends" I said breathlessly and he's eyes softened caressing my cheek and resting his head on mine.

"Thank you...please don't lie to me again" he said and I nodded slightly. "And I'm gonna ignore the bite mark you have on your cheek" he said making me blush and cover it.

"As for now, wear this and meet me by the pool" he instructed leaving.

I walked outside, closing the glass door behind me and walked towards the swimming pool wearing the swim wear and covering myself with a towel and almost cried when i saw what was in front of me.

It was ash swimming in a pool surrounded by scented  candles and flowers with a bottle of wine with 2 glasses and beside it was a mini Eiffel tower with two pipes sticking out. Weird. But beside the pool read 'for my Queen' with rose petals.

He came out of the pool and walked up to me while I was trying to hold back me tears.

"Do you like it" he asked trying to look at my covered eyes and I looked up at him.

"Lee" I said trying not to cry into his chest hugging him. "I love it" I assured him.

"Good cause I spent a lot of time on this" he said stroking my hair.

"You've treated me better in less than 2 weeks than any boyfriend has in months" I said wiping my tears. "And we're not even dating" I said and he cupped my cheeks.

"I'm here for you" he assured me kissing my lips.

"I really like the swim wear" I commented.

"Thank god, I didn't know whether you preferred a bikini or one piece so I told then to get something that looked like both...by the way you look hot" he winked

"One piece all the way But I can't swim...I sink like a rock" I said looking at the pool then laughed remembering the last time I almost died in a pool.

Flashback

I was 12 years old, my parents and I went to swim with Natalie's family. Danny, Nat and I were in the pool while our parents just watched as us as they dinned in the near distance.

"Doing great Honey" my dad commented.

"Dad I'm wearing like 5 floaters" I whined.

"Safety first" he yelled back as nat and Danny were laughing at me.

"You know what, screw this" I said taking of the floaters and throwing them to the side.

"I wouldn't do that if I were you" Danny said but I ignored him.

"Take that...how do you like me now pool" I said and before I knew it I remembered I couldn't swim and started sinking fast.

I tried to get to the surface but it was no use...I was swallowing a lot of water and grasping for air before Danny saved me and swam us bank to the surface, patting my back making me cough out water and  carried me to the nearest chair so I could take a break.

"I told you it wasn't a good idea" he said while Natalie was just laughing her ass out.

Present

"Then its high time you learned...I won't let you go, I promise" he grinned and I nodded.

He entered the pool first and  gave me a hand helping me inside. Once I got used to the temperature I smiled at him and he grinned back.

"I'm sorry for being so busy earlier and I just wanted to give you a treat" he said.

"Its ok, this is quite a treat tho" I said.

"Climb on my back" he said turning around.

"Why" I asked.

"Well how else are we gonna reach the wine" he said in a duhh tone and swam us to our mini Paris experience.

"I placed it where its not too shallow nor deep" he said turning me around making me straddle him. Seems like he's sitting on something cause he seems oddly comfortably and the water is like an inch below my shoulders now.

"You know I remember the last time we were in a pool together ...mehn were you stupid" he laughed pouring us a glass of wine.

"Shut up" I whined.

"But you were cute tho" he said handing me mine and tasted it.

"Lee" I said after tasting it.

"Hmm" he replied.

"This is not wine" I said and he started laughing.

"Yeah I know, it juice. I poured out the actually wine to fool you...0% alcohol for you Missy" he teased.

"I can handle a little alcohol" I pouted.

"Sure you can" he said sarcastically and I  scoffed.

"What's this" I asked grabbing a pipe.

"It's a shisha pot" he said taking a pipe into his mouth and released some circles of smoke from his mouth amusing me.

"Oh I've heard of this" I said admiring it.

"Yeah it helped me get over smoking actually drugs...I have almost everything that makes me feel like I'm actually smoking" he said nonchalantly.

"Well I'm glad your clean now, can I try" I asked curious.

"Of course, that's why their two pipes" he said.

I put the pipe into my mouth and took a swift and coughed a little but after trying a few more times I was getting a hang of it.

"Tastes like apple" I grinned.

"That's cause its double apple flavour" he smile. "And I guess what I can do" he smirked taking a swift the released small hearts. Or rather what looked like a heart and I clapped in glee.

"Here's another one" he said inhaling the pulled me closer kissing me the released the smoke into my mouth and I smiled against his lips.

"Does this thing get you high" I asked.

"Not really, depends but since you're virgin to it you might get a little dizzy but you'll be ok" he informed.

We smoked and talked for sometime and he was tickling me cause I teased him about something.

"Ash stop" I said pushing his chest.

"Are you sure you don't want to swim" he asked.

"Yep" I answered popping the p.

"But why" he asked.

"Cause I don't want to die...I can hardly float properly" he said inhaling the delightful smoke.

"But your floating... I let you go" he said and I looked at him in horror and back to myself before panicking and and started sinking before he grabbed me again and I tightened my hold on him basically digging my nails into his back with my head in his neck.

"You said you won't let me go" I whined into his neck then looked at him.

"Oh man of little faith" he tried quoting the bible making me laugh.

"Ash" I said playing with his hair and looking into his eyes.

"You make me happy" I said biting my lips actually confessing to him then kissed the tattoo on his shoulder.

"You make me happy too" he replied kissing me.

"I'm here for you" he kissed my forehead then Hugged me.

Author's Note:

😭😭😭 what a beautiful ending to a chapter... I really love LIAN, I just wish they could open up and really confess how they feel toward each other.

Brian, Ann and Natalie were such a beautiful trio.

Anyway that's all for now babies sorry for the late updates tho, I just get a little distracted or I'm just lazy but I'm trying my best for you guys.
