Two weeks later ...

"Do you think I'll be a good mother?" Genevieve asked, laying outstretched on the king sized bed.

Beau licked her hand, before laying his head on top of Genevieve's baby bump.

Genevieve smiled in response and rubbed the soft fur behind Beau's ears.

Just then the doorbell rang, reminding Gen that she had Mary Jane for the morning. With little struggle, she made her way down the stairs to open the front door.

Julian stood in the doorway, with a smiling MJ holding his much larger hand.

"Hey." Genevieve greeted them, one hand on the doorknob.

"Morning." Julian smiled with a charming smile.

Genevieve stepped aside and let them in to the decorated hallway.

"Thanks for watching her. We really appreciate the help." Julian said, kneeling down in front of his daughter. "Be a good girl for Daddy."

The young girl nodded, her short blonde curls bouncing with the motion.

"It's no problem." Genevieve smiled at Julian. "In fact, it's great practice. I know Remy's really good with children, but I'm honestly still a little scared for when she's actually here."

"I think every parent is scared during the first pregnancy, but you'll get the hang of it." Julian laid his hand on Genevieve's shoulder in a friendly gesture, just to get some type of electric shock.

"I'm so sorry." Genevieve apologized, blushing in embarrassment. "I should have warned you. She's very protective. The only male she'll let touch me, is her daddy."

Julian shook off the tingling sensation, and chuckled. "You two are going to have a lot on your hands."

Genevieve laughed. "It's almost exciting. N-not the shocking but knowing that will be having a little girl running around the house."

Mary Jane clapped her hands happily. "Then I can play with her and show her all my dolls."

Genevieve tried to smile, but a sudden wave of dizziness washed over her. Her gazed was unfocused as she desperately grasped the wooden arch.

"Are you okay?" Julian asked worriedly, moving in closer to help her. "Do you need to sit down?"

Mary Jane placed her small hand on Genevieve's round belly, holding Genevieve's hand with the other.

"I'm fine. There just little dizzy spills I've been getting. They go away within seconds." Genevieve assured Julian, before glancing down at Remy's younger sister.

"I think you calmed her down." Genevieve grinned at Mary Jane.

"I think so too." Mary Jane giggled, rubbing Gen's belly.

"You should go." Genevieve addressed Julian, a friendly smile on her face. "I'm fine, really."

Julian glanced at his expensive watch. "I guess I should get going."

"I'll pick you up this evening?" Julian kissed Mary Jane's cheek in a fatherly way.

Mary Jane nodded, hugging her dad tightly. "Don't forget to feed Velma and Shaggy."

Julian chuckled. "I won't, or else they just might hop out of their fish tank and come to get me."

"I'm serious daddy." Mary Jane nudged her dad in the hip with her elbow.

"I will, I promise." Julian kissed her forehead. "I'll see you two later."

Genevieve and Mary Jane waved to Julian as he walked down the driveway before getting into his expensive black BMW.

"So what do you want to do?" Genevieve asked Mary Jane, leading her into the kitchen.

Mary Jane hopped up onto the bar stool, leaning her elbows on the kitchen island. "I brought my bathing suit, maybe we could go swimming ... or whatever you want to do."

Chuckling Genevieve called Beau downstairs. "A morning swim sounds good. Do you want to swim out in the back or should we go down to the beach?"

"The beach, that way Beau can get in the water too." Mary Jane said, while looking over her shoulder as the white Doberman walked into the kitchen, his tail wagging left and right.

"Sounds like a good plan." Gen agreed, pouring Mary Jane and herself a glass of OJ.

Mary Jane hopped off of the stool and hugged Beau's head to her chest. "He's so big and cute."

Genevieve chuckled at the adorable sight. "I need to get ready. Do you want to come upstairs too or would you rather stay downstairs for a few minutes?"

Rubbing Beau's belly, Mary Jane shook her head. "I'll stay downstairs with Beau so he won't be lonely."

"I'll be just a few minutes." Genevieve said, while discretely taking a picture of the young girl, who was practically the same size as the dog.

Genevieve sent the picture to Remy, as she walked upstairs into their bedroom. She hurried to get dressed in a light summer dress and comfortable flats, afterwards throwing her hair up in a messy bun. Taking a glance in the mirror, Genevieve rubbed her large baby bump.

Gen and Remy had been to seen Levi, just earlier that week for a check up. Levi had told them that the "treatment" was working and their baby was looking very healthy. The only thing that worried the two men, was the size and growing speed of the baby. According to the ultrasound and size of the baby, Genevieve had to be humanly speaking around the 25th -28th week of her pregnancy. But because supernatural pregnancies were shorter, seven months, it worried them because Genevieve had only been pregnant for nearly two months. Levi had said, their baby would most likely be born in the next two to three months.

Genevieve wasn't nearly as worried as her mate. If the baby was healthy than Gen didn't mind having the baby in two months or in another five months.

The couple had gotten most of the things on their shopping list for the little girl; a crib, a changing table, baby bedroom set, toys, bottles and everything else they needed. Remy had already bought the new house, although he was still renovating it at night.

Genevieve didn't want him gone during the nights, but Remy had insisted that he could move all the furniture and set everything up in just a few nights. Genevieve had barely seen him the last few days, with him working at the office during the day, setting up the new house at night and even continuing his lifeguard job on the weekends.

Genevieve could feel his stress through their mate bond, and she was worried about her man.

He thought he could hide stuff from Genevieve to protect her, but Genevieve knew. It was just a matter of time before he told her.

...

Genevieve held Mary Jane's hand as they walked down the sidewalk that led to the beach. Beau walking on the other side of Genevieve, matching their speed.

"What are you going to name her?" MJ asked, looking up at Gen with sparkling grey eyes; the same shade Remy's eyes were.

"We haven't even thought of a name yet." Gen faked a gasp. "We should probably decide on one before she's born, right?"

"It's really important." Mary Jane looked at Genevieve with a serious expression. "Or else everyone will call her baby girl."

Trying to hide her smile, Genevieve nodded. "Of course, you're right. What about naming her Mary Jane?"

"You're silly." The young girl giggled, while shaking her head. "My name is Mary Jane. You can't name her that."

"Well, what other names are there?" Genevieve asked, enjoying seeing the big smile on Mary Jane's heart-shaped face.

"I don't know. Maybe Sophia, Jade or Jasmine." Mary Jane listed, before suddenly gasping. "No, not those. What about Ava, I really like that name."

"Ava?" Genevieve seriously considered the name. "Ava is a pretty name."

"See." Mary Jane smiled. "Her name will be Ava Van Acker."

Genevieve was surprised the girl knew her last name. "She'll have Remy's last name, so it would be Ava Monroe."

"But you're not married to my brother." Mary Jane stated, looking up at Gen as they reached the beach.

"You don't always have to be married. But your brother and I are in a special marriage, because I'm his ... special friend." Genevieve cringed at her own explanation.

"I guess that makes sense." Mary Jane nodded her head.

Genevieve chuckled, while looking around for a spot they could sit. "Come on, smart girl."

...

Genevieve sat on her beach towel, legs crossed and leaning back on her hands, as she watched Mary Jane get Beau wet.

Her thought wandered to her own child. Who would she look more like, Remy or Genevieve? Or would she look like neither of them? Would she have Remy's stormy grey eyes or Gen's dark brown ones? Would she be considered light skinned or would she share the same skin tone as Gen? Would she have Remy's toned and tall physique, Genevieve's curvy and short figure or something in between?

The only thing that really mattered though, was the love and care Remy and Gen would shower her with. She'd deserve everything the couple could give her. And hopefully she'd have a mate in the future so she could experience all those emotions mate's offered; love, lust, attraction, friendship, comfort etc.

Love, lust, attraction ...

Genevieve watched Remy move his heated gaze back to her parted legs. She sucked in a ragged breath, her heart pounding in her chest. Looking at Genevieve one last time Remy began to place soft kisses along the inside of her thighs, exciting her even more. His fingers hooked onto the lacy waistband of her underwear, slowly guiding them down and off her curvy legs. The cold air touched Gen's sensitive skin, her thighs moving closer together. Remy glanced at her, the clear desire not be overseen on his face. With his hands on her knees, he gently placed her thick thighs over his shoulders, exposing her bare flesh to his lustful eyes.

"You're so beautiful, Genevieve." He whispered into the warm night.

When his hot breath hit right between her thighs, Genevieve bit her lower lip, in anticipation. Her hands trembled, as she gripped the satin sheet beneath her. His hot tongue brushed against her, making her moan in pleasure. Genevieve couldn't imagine any better feeling than the simple stroking of her mates tongue, until Remy took the sensitive flesh into his mouth, nipping, sucking and licking. Genevieve's whole body trembled, her back arching as a completely new sensation flowed through her veins. Soft gasps escaped Genevieve, her heart pounding hard, pupils dilated. Remy's name flew from her lips, as she closed her eyes, moaning for him to never stop. Remy loved giving Genevieve so much pleasure, he licked faster, sucked harder, using his hungry lips to bring her to completion.

Genevieve could feel herself reaching her clima✗, just a few more strokes of his tongue and he'd tip her over the edge. Gen's toes curled, as she tugged on Remy's short blonde hair. He flicked his tongue over her swollen -

"Your nipples are peeking through your dress." Remy whispered in Genevieve's ear, making her jump.

Genevieve clutched her chest, just above her racing heart. "You scared the hell out of me."

"Having dirty thoughts are we ..." Remy smirked, pulling Genevieve to her feet, not so subtly grazing over her hard sensitive nipples.

Genevieve moaned quietly, holding on to Remy's suit jacket. "Not here ..."

Remy pulled Genevieve in for a sweet put tantalizing kiss. His hands grasping her firm butt, as he leaned back slightly. "Let's go for a walk."

Genevieve's face was flushed, a dazed smile on her face. "Beau, Mary Jane."

"Has she been good?" Remy asked, waving to his sister as she ran out of the water, Beau trotting right behind her.

"She's a really good kid ... and very smart." Genevieve chuckled, watching as Remy wrapped his younger sister in her pink towel.

"Are we leaving, already?" Mary Jane asked, pushing back her tight blonde curls.

"No, were just going for a walk." Remy told her, helping her slip on her strappy sandals.

"Okay." She smiled at her brother. "Do you want to race against me?"

"Not right now, Mary Jane." Remy said, as they began to walk down the beach.

"Please Remy?" Mary Jane asked once again.

"I said no." Remy said, this time sternly, a slight edge to his deep voice.

"Beau will happily race you." Genevieve jumped in, as she noticed the hurt expression on the little girls face.

"Sure ..." MJ mumbled, calling Beau as she walked ahead of Remy and Genevieve.

Genevieve frowned, looking up at Remy as the continued to walk. "What's wrong with you?"

"Nothing, I'm just stressed." Remy told her, watching his sister chase Beau. "Don't worry."

"You could have raced against her." Genevieve said honestly, intertwining her fingers with Remy's.

They continued to walk in silence, always a few feet behind Mary Jane and Beau.

"I miss you." Remy whispered, his voice tainted with vulnerability.

"Come home tonight." Genevieve squeezed is hand. "I think you need some Genevieve therapy."

That made Remy grin, his eyes twinkling as he wrapped his arm around Genevieve's shoulder, bringing her closer. "That sounds more than great."

"As soon as we get home, I'll give you a good session." Genevieve winked, blushing at her own words. "But that's only if you answer me, why you haven't told me about the pictures I found in an envelope, with threatening messages on the back."
