Bride seeing ceremony of Nila, The Arrival of Vinay and Dealer(Rajesh), Durga was shocked and stumbled breaking a vase on the table.

Vinay and Rajesh turned to see Durga who was standing there Vinay asked Rajesh to leave the waiting room and he pulled Durga by her wrist and pinned her on the wall.

Durga: leave me..

Vinay gently removes the scarf concealing Durga's face, and leans closer to her ear, speaking softly and affectionately as he whispers, "Baby, I love you and only you." He continues, "I accepted to marry Nithya only for the money, but I promise you, after I obtain her assets, you will be the queen of my empire." He begins to kiss her passionately, his hands slowly roaming over her body as they express their shared devotion to each other.

Durga breaks the kiss, excitement glistening in her eyes as she leans back. "Vinay! I followed all your instructions. Nila trusts me now. Yesterday I spoke with her, and she is starting to doubt Chezhiyan."

Vinay's lips curl into a satisfied smile, "Good job, baby!"

Vinay leans in closer, his voice dropping to a conspiratorial whisper. "Today we should ensure that Nila hates him," he suggests. "You should take her to the same pub where we can set the trap. She needs to witness him drinking alcohol for herself." A sly grin widens on Vinay's face as he continues, "And then when she leaves, we can drug him and bring our plan to fruition when he's locked in with the woman I selected for this purpose." He pauses, a chuckle escaping his lips, "She will use the victim card and blackmail him, thereby damaging his reputation."

Durga: I don't know how they fell in love even within a few hours of meeting. We should speak with her groom's parents to plan marriage within the week.

Vinay: Baby! She is just an innocent fellow! Why are u worried about her? Let's get drowned in our love...

Durga and Vinay are embroiled in a passionate embrace, their lips pressed together in a heated kiss. However, their moment is interrupted as Vinay's gaze is drawn to a dark shadow looming in the doorway. Sensing danger, he quickly breaks the kiss and readjusts his attire, signalling to Durga to pretend to be discussing the financial file they had been examining earlier.

Nila: Durga! What are u doing here? And who are you, Mister?

Durga: mm... I'm asking some doubts about our current project.

Vinay: I'm Vinay. I'm his sister's fiance as well as his friend and well-wisher. Now I arrive with a dealer for a business proposal. He offered his hand for a handshake but Nila clasped her hands politely without touching him.

Nila: Are you waiting for long? Please Call the dealer and Just wait for a few minutes, I will lead you to the CEO's room.

She left the room not before looking at him and he smiled.

Nila mv: what happened to me? Why I can sense the bad vibration around him! What's Durga doing with him? He is not our employee, but she says that she asked doubts. I can sense something is wrong! She sighed.

Nila left the room and knocked on Chezhiyan's cabin.

She looked at Chezhiyan's face was dull and his eyes did not meet hers as he was working on the laptop.

Nila: sir!

Chezhiyan felt as if his heart was pricked with a thousand needles.

Chezhiyan: yes. Miss Nila Prasad,

Nila gulped and she understood that she hurt him as he called her by her name.

Nila: Mr. Vinay is waiting to meet you. With his dealer for a business proposal.

Chezhiyan still typing on his laptop said, Okay! Call them.

Nila left the cabin and called them. After vinay and Rajesh enters, vinay greets chezhiyan.

Vinay: hey buddy, how are u?

Chezhiyan: Not bad! How about you?

Vinay: I will be fine if you accept this business proposal.

Rajesh, confident in his abilities, prepares to sell the deal to the CEO. He knows he has a weak hand and must use his persuasive skills to make the deal seem appealing. As he presents the deal, he uses manipulative language and false promises to convince the CEO that the deal is profitable and worthwhile. He hopes to persuade the CEO to accept the deal despite any doubts he might have. All the while, he is aware that this deal is primarily beneficial for him, and he must use every trick in his book to secure the sale.

Chezhiyan leans back in his chair, his eyes narrowing in concentration as he listens to the dealer's every word. Nila, on the other hand, is watching with a keen eye. She notices the slight hesitation in the dealer's voice when he mentions the terms of the deal and it immediately raises her suspicions. Her intuition is screaming at her that this isn't a profitable deal, and before Chezhiyan can accept the proposal, she interrupts, expressing her concerns.

Nila begins, "I'm unsure about the terms of this deal. I've done some research, and-"

Chezhiyan, visibly annoyed at the interruption, snaps at Nila, "I didn't ask for your opinion! This deal is important, and your constant interruptions are not helping. If you have something valuable to contribute, then speak up, otherwise, keep your mouth shut!" His words cut through the air, creating a tense environment in the room. He turns sharply to the dealer, "Let's continue discussing this deal. Where were we?"

The dealer takes advantage of the situation and quickly reassures Chezhiyan, "Let's not be too hasty, Mr. CEO. I understand your concerns but believe me, this deal will bring great gains for your company, and I'm confident we can address any outstanding issues together."

The dealer smiles with satisfaction as Chezhiyan accepts the deal. He knows that he has successfully convinced Chezhiyan, despite Nila's concerns. He smoothly concludes the meeting, "Excellent, Mr. CEO. It has been a pleasure doing business with you. I'm confident that this deal will bring great benefits to your company. If you need any assistance in implementing the deal, I'm just a call away." He shakes Chezhiyan's hand firmly, sealing the deal. Nila remains silent, her frustration mounting as she realizes that her concerns have been ignored.

Vinay: Thanks buddy for accepting this deal. I'm sure this will be successful for both.

Chezhiyan signalled Nila to exit the room and she opened the door looking at him with painful eyes.

Rajesh, with a cunning look on his face, persuades Chezhiyan to accompany him to a pub under the pretence of celebrating their agreed-on deal. "My friend, you've made a wise decision by accepting our deal. Let us toast to our newfound partnership and enjoy a night of merriment at the local pub."

Chezhiyan hesitates for a moment, a flicker of doubt crossing his face due to his concerns for Nila and their ongoing disagreement. However, he quickly pushes those thoughts aside, convincing himself that attending a brief celebration is a harmless way to ensure a smooth working relationship with the dealer.

Rajesh and Vinay successfully persuade Chezhiyan to attend a celebratory party at the pub to mark the acceptance of their recent business deal. Chezhiyan agrees, unaware of the sinister plan brewing around him.

The meeting ends, and Nila immediately approaches the dealer with a determined expression.

"I need to speak with you in private," she demands, and the dealer, curious and on his guard, nods, leading the way towards a quiet corner of the office.

Once they are out of earshot, Nila begins, "Listen, I know your motive behind this deal. Do you think I'm naive enough not to see through your cunning manipulations? I know you're only in it for your own benefit, even if it ends up costing my company. It's despicable."

Rajesh remains calm, his confident demeanour unwavering. "Of course, my dear. Allow me to provide you with some statistics that showcase the profitability of this deal. Our research shows that it will provide a 15% increase in revenue within the first year, with a potential gain of 20% in the second year. Additionally, it will reduce operational costs by 7%, leading to higher profit margins." He rattles off the numbers smoothly, as though reciting from a script, hoping to convince her with his "facts" and "statistics."

Nila furrows her brow, clearly sensing that Rajesh's words might be too good to be true. "I need more than just numbers. Can you share any case studies or testimonials from other companies that have benefited from similar deals? I need concrete evidence that your proposal is legitimate and not just a smoke screen for your gains."

Rajesh, realizing that his previous tactics aren't working, quickly decides to resort to a lie to escape the situation. "Ah, I apologize, my dear. I just received some urgent news, and I must attend to it immediately. However, I will send you the financial analysis and testimonials as soon as possible. And of course, we can continue discussing this deal at a more convenient time for both of us." With those final words, he hurriedly rushes out of the room, leaving Nila standing there, unsure of what to think.

Durga came to meet her. Hey Nila! How about we can go to the pub tonight? What I have said is true as you know, he also goes to the pub with his friends. I'm calling you just to make you Witness it with your own eyes.

Nila's heart was shattered, and she felt a strange feeling that something bad was going to happen. Despite knowing that he was not an alcoholic, she found it hard to believe Durga and wanted to ignore the invitation. However, her intuition was telling her something different.
