A round of applause broke out again.

Sean said nothing more.

After he had said what he had to say, he handed the microphone back to Harry.

The two hosts hurriedly got on stage and continued hosting the ceremony.

“Next, we have our ribbon–cutting ceremony.

“Please welcome Director Wool on stage for the ribbon cutting.”

The hostess shouted to the audience with a smile.

Damian immediately got up and got on the stage with a big smile.

After all, not everyone had this treatment.

“Please welcome Larson Pharmaceuticals‘ Mr. Larson on stage for the ribbon cutting.”

Homer could not believe his ears for a moment.

He had no idea that he would have a part in an important event like the ribbon–cutting.

After coming to his senses, Homer got up and headed for the stage.

After all, it was an honor to do such a thing!

Not everyone would be invited.

“Please welcome Mr. Luke on stage for the ribbon–cutting.”

“Please welcome Summers Corporation’s Mr. Summers on stage for the ribbon–cutting…”

“Please welcome Star Group’s President Willer on stage for the ribbon–cutting…”

Then the host and hostess worked with each other and read several names.

The company owners whose names were read looked smug as their sense of superiority was maximized.

Everyone except Jenson was close with Sean from the very beginning.

Sean had once said he would have them by his side when he reached the top of River City.

Back then, Homer and the rest thought Sean was only giving them empty promises.

Sean made room for them at the highly anticipated ribbon–cutting ceremony.

They were moved by the honor.

Willow sat in her seat, excited as she looked at the lively scene on stage.

Many big names were on stage, but Sean stood in the middle as if all the others were his lackeys.

Willow clenched her palms and smiled genuinely.

The rest watched enviously as Homer and the rest got on stage.

It was a once–in–a–lifetime opportunity to show yourself and cut ribbons with a bunch of bigwigs!

Many craned their necks, waiting for the hosts to read their names.

However, they were fantasizing after all.

No one else was invited after they finished reading the list.

That included the Quinn family.

If they were on good terms with Sean, there would surely be a place for the Quinn family on stage.

However, Sean did not even mention them.

“How dare he treats us this way!

“How ungrateful!”

The more Samuel thought about it, the more upset he became.

“After all, we’ve cared for him for two years.”

Simon’s father grumbled indignantly.

“Willow’s the one who took care of him.”

Old Madam Quinn shook her head slightly and corrected them.

They could not refute her.

Everyone was shocked to hear this.

Who could be more important than Sean to go on stage?

“Let’s give a round of applause and welcome Mr. Lennon’s fiancée, Ms. Quinn, on stage!”

The crowd froze after the hostess said that. Then they cooperated by clapping their hands. “Huh?”

Willow froze for a second before rising slowly with a slight blush.

Faye just said Willow did not deserve to be on stage.

Faye’s face was red, and she could not speak.

Willow only felt a buzz in her head.

She could not believe Sean would tell the entire River City that she was his fiancée.

“Come.”

Sean stood on stage, clapping and giving Willow a look of encouragement.

Clap! Clap!

Both the crowd and big shots like Damian were smiling and clapping.

Encouraged by Sean, Willow slowly walked forward.

“She has taken care of Mr. Lennon for two years.

“When Mr. Lennon was ill, she never gave up on him and took care of him.

“She worked hard and never complained. She took care of him every day for two years.

“She’s loyal and has devoted her entire youth without complaint or regret.

“She has bet her happiness on Mr. Lennon.

The hostess‘ emotional remarks made many people’s eyes redden.

Sean and Willow understood what it had been like these last two years.

Therefore, Willow was also moved as she had tears in her eyes.

“Mr. Lennon said Reach For Will Group is named after Ms. Quinn.

“Reach For Will. Reach for Willow!

“Let’s once again congratulate Mr. Lennon and Ms. Quinn on their love!”

With a microphone in one hand, the hostess took the lead by clapping her hands.

The audience burst into thunderous applause again.

This time, it was louder than any of the previous ones.

Willow was already under the stage, and Sean stepped forward to help Willow.

Some people were envious, jealous, and touched, and some gave their blessing from the bottom of their hearts.
