Siya stood surprised looking at bubbly Anshika who walked in through the college gates and rushed to hug her. Siya found her friend to be extremely happy and reciprocated the hug. "What's it Anshu?""You seem to notice already huh?" Anshika said with a smile."Yes of course. What happened yesterday with Ruhan huh?"Walking along the building with Siya's hand in her's they she went inside her class and sat together."Tell me now!"Anshika sat blushing."We made love yesterday.""What? Are you serious about it?""Yeah, I'm.""Oh well! I'm so very happy for you Anshu!"Both Anshika and Siya talked about their loves for Ruhan and Aditya.Days passed on swiftly with the couples hanging out with each other on holidays.It had been a while that Ruhan and Anshika hadn't spoke since Ruhan informed her about his important project and assignments as also his role to play in an important business deal. They used to speak for sometime everyday before they would resume to work again and as well on the day of the business deal Anshika called him up to wish him."All the best Ruhan!" Anshika almost sang her wishes to him as he picked up the call."Are you done singing yet?" Came a rude reply from Ruhan."What? What do you mean? Is there any problem?""No, now tell me I don't want to speak.""Tell me Ruhan what is it? Why do you sound so angry?""Seems like you just called up for nothing.""Is there anything wrong with the business deal?""Wrong?" He chuckled from the other end."I think you're not in a state to talk right now. I'll call you later." Anshika calmly said before disconnecting the call.She sighed and kept her phone on the bed before going out of her room for a walk. The whole while she thought of their conversation and thought what could have possibly made him so rude. Returning home she found some missed calls from Siya. She immediately called her back."Hey what's up?""Aditya is having a party at his place tomorrow. So we'll go together.""Oh okay. Who all are coming? I mean is it only us or other friends as well?""Yes his friends from college and us, he will be informing Ruhan now.""Alright."She kept the phone and didn't feel like calling Ruhan. She planned to talk to him at the party. Anshika got a call from Siya as she was going to get ready."Hello.""Hey Anshu listen I'm already at Adi's place. We are doing some decorations so you come and of course I guess Ruhan and you are coming together?""Yeah okay." Anshika didn't feel like talking more about Ruhan so she kept her reply short."Okay. Will meet you in a while!"Anshika stood for a while near Ruhan's place since she thought of going along with Ruhan. Standing there she called him up."Yes Anshika?""Ruhan. You're coming to Adi's party right? I'm waiting for you near his place.""Oh I'm already inside. You come in as well.""Sure."Anshika gulped down some saliva down her throat before entering the party. Ruhan was already talking with Siya and Aditya in one of the corners. She walked to join them."Anshu's here!" Siya came for a hug but Ruhan didn't even get up from his chair.The friends talked for a while after which Aditya and Siya left to meet some other friends. Anshika and Ruhan were only left in the corner when he was about to get up keeping his empty glass on the table beside Anshika called him."What is this Ruhan? Why are you behaving so arrogantly with me?""Why would you think that?""Does that require any description?""Yes. You're saying I'm being arrogant so you're accusing me.""So you mean that you're not being rude and arrogant?"Ruhan kept quiet and turned his head towards the people who were dancing."Ruhan?""You know what Anshika your bragging nature is pulling me down. That business deal that we couldn't get is all because of you. What makes you so much bragging huh?""So it means that you're accusing me for the business deal?""Yes absolutely. You're not letting me concentrate.""Oh, I didn't know that. I really didn't. I never meant to be your distraction. I'm sorry."Anshika left Aditya's place without anyone noticing while Ruhan went to get another drink.
