She was about to fall in the middle of the road when she heard a known voice and before she could see whom that voice belonged to, she fainted.Today James was coming back and his flight was just in a few hours, so Alexa thought of giving him a surprise by picking him from the airport.In this one month, he never called her, and whenever she called him Olivia picked his calls and said he is busy or he is in the washroom, or some other excuse.Alexa didn't want to think anything wrong about James so she just consoled herself saying that he must be busy.Although she was very stressed about Carol's disappearance, she thought she would ask James for help to look for Carol.She dismissed the driver herself driving the car, one part of her worried for Carol, and another part was happy to see James after so many days, she missed him so much.Alexa was driving her car when her eyes fell on a very familiar figure on the road walking aimlessly.Alexa immediately stopped the car and ran towards the figure, it was Carol, luckily before Carol's tired body could touch the ground Alexa held her and asked nearby people to help her to sit unconscious Carol in her car.Alexa was hell scared seeing Carol's condition, never in her dreams, she thought that she would always smiling Carol in this condition.She was wondering who did this to her and why, she is such A sweet person how cruel that person would be who did this to Carol.Alexa directly drive the car to the hospital, after reaching the hospital Alexa ran and called the doctors, soon nurses came with a stretcher and picked unconscious Carol from the car, Alexa was walking inside the hospital with Carol's stretcher, and suddenly she saw James walking out of gynecologist department with Olivia in his arms.Olivia's whole body was leaning on James and she was holding her belly and James was supporting her like a husband.Alexa was unable to believe her eyes, she immediately wanted to go there and confront James, but she didn't want to leave Carol alone and she still didn't want to believe that James was cheating on her.Little did she know that Olivia had also seen her and she had a vicious smile on her face and she pushed her body closer to James.Carol was admitted to the emergency department, after making sure Carol's treatment was started Alexa walked to the gynaecologist department and asked the working doctor and asked, "Excuse me, may I know why were that two people here?"The doctor looked at her and said, "Mam, we cannot disclose our patient's details to anyone, I am sorry you may leave."For the first time in her life Alexa used her father's name to get anything and said because she was just praying that whatever she was thinking is not right, she said arrogantly, "I am Alexa William and this hospital is owned by my Dad, now if you don't mind can you tell me why they were here?"The doctor got scared he immediately pulled out a report from the drawer and said, "That couple was here for general checkup as the lady had completed one month of her pregnancy and they had travelled recently, so her husband was worried about baby so they came for general checkup"Hearing this Alexa felt like the ground beneath her feet moved away, her legs became weak even to take her body weight, her face turned pale, she somehow controlled her tears and took the report in her hand and walked out.The doctor also didn't stop her from taking the report copy after knowing who she is and no one would want to offend any of the Williams.Alexa made herself strong and called Carol's mother and Alex and Alice and the moment Carol's mother reached the hospital Alexa left the hospital saying she had some urgent work to attend to.Only she knows how much effort it took her to not leave the hospital till Mrs. Mittal's arrival.There was only one question in her mind, "WHY", her tears were flowing on her cheeks uncontrollably.Alexa sat in her car and drove her car towards James's house at full speed.James had just reached home, but he didn't find Alexa at home, he was angry at this moment, only he knew how much he missed her, but he was unable to call her because of his busy schedule but she was never bothered to call him.Little did he know that Alexa's calls were answered by Olivia and she never informed him about Alexa's call?All the words which he heard from people's mouths were ringing in his ears, he still remembers the final day of the meeting when he was about to enter the meeting room and he heard a few people from his gang talking internally.One said, "Girls from rich house only think about themselves"The second one added "They want to stay away from home in the name of higher studies so that they can enjoy every night with different men"They all laughed and the third one continued, "They don't have any goal of their life, before marriage they use their parent's money to live lavish life and to get married they look for a filthy rich guy who can bear their expenses"The fourth one adds, "They don't even love their husband; they are not bothered whether their husband is working for them or what they just know to enjoy their own life"The first one added again "And you know if you ask them any question, they will blame you back with some excuses"James heard all these and God knows why he felt like Alexa was like this only, just a rich spoiled kid, her parents spoiled to the extreme extent, not only her parents even his own parents spoil her like she is some sort of queen.
