After finishing lunch, Alexa left for home. James was in a very good mood today, He felt very satisfied, he felt that he had the tastiest food in his life and he was proud that his wife was the best cook in the world.Alexa was also happy seeing his satisfied face, she thought that her thought of giving a chance to this marriage was not bad.On the other hand, Lucas felt like Catherin had changed a lot, she would hardly come home, and many times she was out of the country with her friends on tours at different locations.Today Lucas's friends called him and asked him to join for a few drinks in the new pub which was open on the outskirts of the city.Lucas thought Catherine was anyways not in the country so he thought he could go, he also wanted to pull Carol out of his mind, he did not like the way she was capturing his mind.One part of his mind was always thinking about her, her smile, her lips, and her melodic voice.He always wanted to be a one woman man, and he knows that he loves Catherine, then why Carol is capturing his mind and heart.He reached the decided pub after leaving the office; his friends had already booked a private room for them.Party started and everyone was enjoying it. Lucas's phone started ringing, it was an unknown number, usually, he never responds to an unknown number but at this moment he doesn't know why but he wanted to pick this call.He excused himself from his friends and walked out of the room, he picked the call, and when he heard the voice from another end of the call he was happy that he decided to attend this call.It was Carol she said, "Mr. William, sorry to disturb you this late, actually we have a meeting with one of our big client and Mr.William Senior wants you to join this meeting as you are going to take over the business"Lucas was listening to her words; her voice was like a lovely melody which he wanted to hear without any disturbance.He was so lost in her soft and sweet voice that he forgot to reply to her, not getting any response Carol asked, "Mr. William are you there?"Lucas was about to reply, when his eyes fell on the walking figure in front of his eyes, he hung up the call without replying.He walked ahead and followed the figure that was walking with a man hand in hand.The figure was none other than Catherin, Lucas was beyond pissed. He followed her closely and saw her entering a room; he was unable to see the face of the person with whom Catherin was.Lucas was unable to believe that Catherin was cheating on him after he did so many things for her. After he tried to give her all the happiness in the world, but what surprised him more was that he was not very sad, in fact, he had a weird feeling as if he got freedom from something to achieve something.He turned around and left the pub.Carol was still not able to understand what she should do, she was not sure whether Lucas heard her or not, but she was also thinking that As Alexander had said that Lucas is a man of few words, her other part of mind said that he might have heard her.She was struggling with herself whether to call again or not, she came up with an idea, she dropped a message saying, "Hello Mr. William, as informed on call, please meet us in XYZ café at 3pm, Carol Mittal here."Lucas reached his home and went to sleep, he was surprised that how could he be so calm when he knows that his wife, his love of life is cheating on him.In fact, this didn't even bother him, he was more bothered about tomorrow's meeting. He just wanted time to fly and he met Carol.time for the meeting.Lunchtime had just finished, and Lucas was completing his work, today he dressed up very nicely, he himself was amazed by this change in him.He had never dressed to impress anyone but today, he wanted to look best in front of Carol. He wanted to make an impression in her eyes.He was busy finishing his work, when he heard a knock on the door, after his permission the person entered the office.It was Catherine, she walked to him crossing the working table and hugged him and said, "Baby, I missed you so much"Lucas felt disgusted at her touch but still tried to play along with her because his heart was still not able to believe that his Catherine could cheat him.He stood from the chair and hugged her back and asked, "When you came back?"She smiled hugging him and said, "I came here directly from the airport, I missed you so much"Saying this she kissed him passionately, Lucas was unable to hold himself, "He kissed her back, and they kissed for ten minutes"After that Lucas broke the kiss, and dialed his secretary's number, and said, "Don't disturb for me for next few hours."His secretary was about to remind hin about the meeting but before that, he hung up the call.Lucas was a man and he didn't have sex with Catherine for a long time, so when she took the initiative he was unable to control himself.After hanging up the call Lucas kissed Catherine again and picked her to take her to his office lounge.They had sex like crazy; luckily the room was soundproof otherwise whole office would have heard Catherine's moans.Catherine was tired, and she slept. Lucas got up from the bed and went to the bathroom.Under the running water of the shower, one thing was bothering him; he was imaging Carol all the time. He was seeing Carol's face instead of Catherine.
