âSienna. Iâm coming in Rosie called, pushing open the bathroom door. She handed Sienna a towel to wipe her face. âIs it a stomachache?â âYeahâ
Sienna nodded, her voice barely above a whisper. She looked embarrassed. Im fine. Just leave me be âWhy be embarrassed?â Rosie asked. âYouâre not feeling well. Itâs not like you did this on purpose. How are you really feeling? Tell me Sienna hesitated, wanting to downplay it, but she finally admitted, âNot good, my stomachâs cramping really badlyâ
âNo. You canât just tough this out, Rosie frowned and quickly got up. Tll check with the hotel. They might have some medicine.â
âThanks.â Sienna said, her voice weak.
âNo problem. We all get sick sometimes, Rosie said, waving it off as she headed out.
She called the front desk, and they told her, âWe have some overâtheâcounter medicine here. Weâll send it up right awayâ
âGreat, thanksâ Rosie replied.
Impatient, Rosie opened the door and waited right outside. In a few minutes, a hotel staff member arrived with the medicine.
Right then, the door next to theirs opened, and Brenda stepped out. âRosie, whatâs going on?â
âMs. Scott Rosie explained, holding the medicine. âSienna ate something that didnât agree with her. Sheâs been to the bathroom a bunch and now has really bad stomach cramps. I got her some medicine.â
âReally?â Brenda said, stepping closer. âLet me see her âSureâ Rosie Inside, Brenda Law Sienna lying on the bed, looking pale and weak. She gently touched Siennaâs forehead. âTake your medicine and get some rest. If youâre still not feeling better, let Rosie know, and sheâll tell me.â
